Irish slowly stood up from the be-d and began walking towards the living, Peter leaving is really hurting her but it’s not something she can really cry about maybe it’s because she don’t really feel that way for him, maybe it’s all a stupid crush and crush don’t last at all
“Mummy, there you are, I was wondering if you won’t eat breakfast anymore” Jenna smiled
Irish just let out a simple smile as she c@m£ to sit beside Jenna
“You don’t look too good, are you okay?” Jake who’s sitting opposite her asked
Irish looked at him and sighed a little
“I’m sure I’m ok” she muttered as she gr@bb£d her cutleries
Jake took some meat from his plate and added on hers while she looked up at him
“You should eat more meet, since you just recovered from the hospital and will start working in my office, it’s not something to joke around with, I nee-d you to have energy” he said
Irish nodded and began chewing on the meat quietly
“So, who’s gonna drop me off at school, since mummy will be working with daddy in the company?” Jenna asked
“Suzy will” Jake replied
“Suzy again!!!!” Jenna gro-an ed
“Why, is anything wrong with her?” Jake asked
“She talk too much, she’s a talkative and she’s too pla-yful” Jenna pouted
“It’s not nice to say that about someone” Jake frowned

“Fine, I’m sorry I won’t say that again” Jenna rolled her eyes
Irish just chuckled watching them
“So did you sleep last night?” Jake faced Irish back again
“Hmm?”
“Last night, when I told you to imagine yourself in my arms, did you do it, did you fall asleep?” He asked
Irish looked at Jake then Jenna.. why must he say that here for crying out loud!!!
“Ahh… Yes, surprisingly it worked” she replied
“And I told you, you weren’t having rest of mind that’s why you can’t sleep, something in your memory, nightmares, all those are ma-king you not to sleep, have you ever seen medical advice?” He asked
“Yah, I did that once, the doctor recommended some night yoga clas-s for me, I went to that clas-s for a month and it didn’t changed anything” she replied with an eye roll
“Then your only solution is me, why don’t you just move here, all my workers in this house, sleeps,in this house” he said
“Nah, I don’t think I can… If I do then my friend Della will be alone, I don’t think I can leave her there alone” Irish shook her head
Jenna was just listening to them and eating
“Kaylee can stay with her” Jake said
“Kaylee left, we had a fight and she left” Irish rolled her eyes
“Oh, okay then you can do what you want but, make sure you do what I asked of you every night, I don’t like seeing your face looking pale or your eyes looking swollen” he said
“Yes boss” Irish chuckled
After breakfast, Suzy took Jenna to school while Irish and Jake went to the company together.

Irish smiled the moment she stepped in with Jake
“Why are you smiling, acting like you haven’t been here before?” He chuckled as he led her to his office
“I’m not smiling because the place is beautiful” she rolled her eyes
“I’m smiling because I can’t believe I’m going to start working in a company, do you know how much I’ve always wanted to work in a company” she added
“Anyhow” Jake chuckled arranging his things on his desk
“So where is my office?” She asked
“Kaylee’s office but!!, I had my men decorate it for you, you’ll go in there and here” he brou-ght out a heavy book and slammed it on her hands
“Here’s what you’ll nee-d to know to be a secretary, you’ll nee-d to re-ad this book” he said
“You’re kidding right?” Irish laughed
When Jake didn’t smile her laugh turned to a frown
“I’m I really going to re-ad all this?” She asked and he nodded
“I… I’ll nee-d my glas-ses then” she dropped the book on the table and began searching her bags, then she took out get glas-ses and wore it
“You use glas-ses?” Jake asked
“No, I just wear them to make me look serious” she replied and shifted it with a smile before carrying the book to get office
Jake just looked at her chuckled, Eric pas-sed the office and met Irish sitting there and re-ading a book
“She must be the new secetary, she’s pretty” he smiled
“Eric” Jake called from his office, his door is tinted glas-s so he can actually see Eric looking at Irish and smiling
Eric rushed into Jake office
“Boss” he replied
“Don’t you have any work to do other than just stand there and look at the new secretary?” Jake asked and Eric gulped
“To your office now” Jake ordered
Eric nodded and rushed to his office immediately
Jake breathed and looked at Irish over where he is, Irish looked at him too, she smiled and waved happily.

Della just c@m£ back to get desk with two handbuggers and a hvge fruit jui-ce
“I deserve to eat this, after all I didn’t have breakfast this morning” she muttered and took a big bite
Suddenly Beau entered the office with a kind of look on his face, his eyes first went to the food she was eating then back at her
“Um, miss Lorry said you should help her sign on this from your dep@rtment” he said
Della nodded, she dropped her food aside and signed on it
“There” she smiled and resumed eating
Beau took the sit opposite her and looked at her face again
“Um, can we hang out later on Wednesday, we can go to the island restaurant across the bridge” he said
“A d@t£?” Della asked
Beau nodded
“And Sally?” She asked
“Nothing is going on between Sally and I, she’s just to clingy” he replied
Della took herl-ips in and nodded, she took her handbugger and took a quic-k bite
“Easy… You don’t wanna eat so much, you’re still a girl remember” He said awkwardly
Della paused eating and cleared her throat
“I’m sorry, I’m not trying to st©p you from eating but it’s just that you’ve been adding weight recently, it can make you look unattrac-tive” he said and cursed inwardly for saying that
“I’m unattrac-tive?” Della asked
“No I didn’t mean it like that I mean if you gain anymore weight then you can get unattrac-tive” Beau replied and cursed himself again
“Oh, don’t worry about me then… Pfft, I don’t care if I’m unattrac-tive” she rolled her eyes
“But I do” he replied and she looked at him
“I don’t want people to notice you as the girl that love eating too much, I don’t people to see you as clas-sy, yunno just like Sally, she has a really great b©dy you should learn from her” he said and pressed hisl-ips together

Della just stared at him silently without replying, she stylishly shifted her food away till it fell on the floor
“Oops, what a mess, I don’t think I can eat this again” she muttered

She took her broken phone that won’t even come on since the day since she smatched it

She sat on a long bench, looking at people walking, some laughing, group of girls laughing today, couples holding hands and walking their dogs
“I miss my life” she muttered and sighed

Kaylee rose up at the comments she’s hearing, she don’t care who they are talking about, all she cares is the job
“I’m sorry” she waved at the girls and they looked at her
“I heard something about a job you guys are talking about cab you explain to me more?” She asked
“Have you ever heard of the Rodriguez investment?” One of the girls asked

“It’s a kinda old investment owned by miss Pearl and Dante Rodriguez, married couples with two blessed children Micheal and Ava they used to be one of the best tech programs owned and created thousands of technology idea but all of the sudden a news popped up saying the family died in a car accident expect the first son Micheal who suddenly disappeared after his family death but he’s back now” the girl explained
“Oh, what is their company name?” Kaylee asked
“Rodriguez investment, bye we’ll get going now” the girl waved
“The company is here at LA right?” Kaylee asked
“Yes” the girl replied and left with her friends
Kaylee tapped her face repeatedly before running inside the house to change, she’s not missing this for nothing!!

“I want my office to be painted in white tommorow” Micheal ordered
The workers bowed
“Good, interview stands now open the gate for the people, I get to Interview them myself” Micheal added and went to sit at his desk
One of the security standing outside listened to the instructions and nodded, he opened the gate for the people not after checking them if there’s anything thing like weapons or anything with them
“The interview starts now I want all of your to sit at the reception over there and wait for your names to be called, I hope you’re with your University certificate?” The security man asked
The nodded and went to sit, Kaylee just got there
“I hope I’m not to late?” She asked
“Not at all, plea-se have a sit” the security man smiled
Kaylee eyed him and went to sit, after few mins names began getting called
“Any roll, any roll is fine by me, I’ll do anything, just plea-se let me get this job” she prayed silently

“Who’s named Kaylee here?” A security man asked
Kaylee immediately raised up and rushed in, she met him with his nose mask staring at her, he started at her silently for what seemed to be a long time before clearing his throat
“Have a sit” he said
Kaylee sat down and smiled immediately
“Your name?” He asked
Kaylee gulped down, she heaved before talking
“Kaylee Doraemon” she replied, her hands were sweaty with the reply he’s given her
“More” he said
“Uhh, I’m planning to enrol as your secretary,I students business management in England university, pas-sed with a really good degree, I just know that you won’t be disappointed if you hire me” she said,, praying silently he’ll hire her
“Any job experience before this?” He asked
“Yes I worked at JM Entertainment but…” She bit herl-ips
“But…..
“I got…. I quit, my father was sick so quitted, when I c@m£ back he had hired someone else” she lied
Micheal looked at her
“Are you lying?” He asked, even though he knows she was lying and he knew the exact reason why she got fired
“I’m not lying” she shook her head and he nodded
“I can call the company to squee-ze out information…” He said, bringing his hands to his telephone
“No nee-d” she immediately st©pped him but tou-ching his hands on the telephone, he looked at her and she immediately re-moved her hands
He then took the sanitizer and poured on his hands then ru-bbe-d it together, Kaylee frowned when he did that
“Miss, I nee-d loyal and trustworthy workers, what I’m seeing now is nothing compared to it” he said
“What are you trying to say?” Kaylee asked with slightly wi-de-ned eyes
He leaned back on his couch
“You’re not compatible enough to work as my secretary or work in this company” he said
“No” she shook her head in tears.
