” It’s beautiful ” dunni said as they both walked in and Aiden chuckled .
“You like it ? He asked from behind whilst closing the door behind .
” Ya…how much did you buy it Aiden ? I know you’re rich and all of that buh we aren’t even real lovers I mean I’m just here to satisfy your nee-ds until the end of the month so I don’t think you should be ….” She was saying and Aiden placed his fingers on her li-ps .
” Dunni look at me …I know buh I wanna do things for you … okay I wanna change your life show you life can be different from what you imagined ” he said and dunni chuckled out tears .
” I hate how you make me feel Aiden …I hate it how can someone be so soft and kind and just ….” She cried and he chuckled .
” Hey you’re crying ….”he held her hands.
” That’s what you do to me ….” She glared at him and he smiled .
” C’mon you nee-d to freshen up it’s almost morning ” he said as he led her up to his room .
He made her sit down and went to set the bathroom for use .
His phone on the table rang flashing a picture of a pretty British girl on the bed with a cute teddy bear and Aiden laughing at her back .
Did he have a girlfriend ?
” Was he cheating on his girlfriend with her ?
At that moment Aiden walked out and frowned seeing the caller ID .
Why was Bella video calling him ?
” Huh it rang twice already ” she said and he gave a nod .
” C’mon ” he said and gave her is shirt .
” I figured you’d nee-d something to change into ” he said and she took the shirt and decided to go take her bath .
Aiden stared at Bella’s call and decided to ignore it .
He knew he still had feelings for Bella buh they weren’t strong enough to overlook what she’d done to him .
A while later dunni came out off the bathroom in his T shirt and blus-hed red at the hieght of the shirt .
” I can’t believe you can even blus-h dunni you are such a tigress” he teased as he switch on his apple laptop , she joined him on the bed and a video call came in .
God what did Bella want ? He Gr0-ned .
” Huh I’d just escuse you ….” Dunni trailed and he pulled her on his lap as he stared into her eyes .
” It’s not an important call ‘ he said as he continued doing what he was doing with his protective arms around her .
” Aiden …” She trailed and he picked the call.
” Jeremy..I….” Bella was about saying something with tears in her eyes and froze seeing a beautiful dark looking goddess on his arms .
” What do you want from me Bella ..I told you it’s over …? Right isn’t that what you wanted from me .. wasn’t that why you fu-cked Tomas ? He snapped and she cried Makin dunni feel pity for the girl .
” Huh Aiden calm down you don’t want her to faint now do you ” she whispered and he rolled his eyes .
Bella faint ? Nah that was impossible .
” Don’t bother calling again Bella because I’m blocking your number this minute , you threw away what we had for nine years for reasons best known to you I’ve moved on ” he said and as the screen went blank he lay down flat dunni stared at his handsome face and chuckled .
” You’re hurt and you acted all high and mighty whilst talking to her ” she teased .
” Bella was my girlfriend …the only girl I’ve been with ..I loved her blindly you know senselessly I’d never even tried looking at another girl ..” he laughed out tears and dunni felt sorry for him .
” I figured you’re not the type to just randomly ask a girl a to be your lover for a month ” she teased and he laughed .
” Ya my brother suggested “he said and she smiled .
” You have a brother ?
” Well I’m triplet unidentical though ” he said and she smiled.
” That must be cool ” she said and he chuckled .
” Ya I have two sisters Mia the eldest and Val is the baby of the house she’s in college though …and my mom and dad they’re the craziest set of persons I tell you especially mom she’s a whole vibe she’ll love you ” he said and she froze .
” Aiden I’m only staying with you for a month ” she said and he smi-rked .
” We’ll see I plan on taking you back with me ,we have a get together coming up next month ” he said and she slapped his hands off her wa-ist .

Cherish Gr0-ned in frustration as her elder sisters banged the door over and over again .

” Well he’d told me he liked me okay I was 17 then and due to how nice jovial and you know ace right …I used to have strong feelings for him buh…. something happened …he asked me out on the night of his 21 birthday just for me to see him the next morning in bed with Barbara you remember the lead actress in his first debut ? She asked as she laughed out tears .

This man was just something else even after years of being together he just got better at doing this .

” Well I figured you’d never eaten anything Nigerian so I decided to cook you something …it’s a soup egusi soup ,don’t worry it’s not that spicy ” she said and he smiled .

” Ya buh you won’t taste it if you don’t go upstairs and freshen up ” she said and he pout .
” But my tigress I’m hungry ”
” You’ll starve if you don’t find your way upstairs , you’re not in your father’s mansion where you have breakfast in bed oya move before I move you ” she smi-rked .

” Getting my spoon and fork I’ll nee-d it to cut …” He was explaining and dunni burst out laughing.
” Are you being serious Aiden ? I sent your gate man to go the market wasted time preparing this for you and you wanna eat it like that ? She asked.
“How do I eat it then ? He asked innocently.
” Your hands wash them ” she showed him the bowl and he demonstrated.
” Then cut….” She began explaining .
” Jesus cut what with my ba-re hands ? Dunni ” he shrieked and she burst out laughing .
” See who wants to learn my culture and you can’t even eat with your ba-re hands ? She smi-rked .
” Dunni nobody eats with their hands what are spoons made for ? He asked and she ate in front of him .
” Dunni …” He whinned and she laughed .
” He’s forming posh na …” She said as she picked the chicken from the soup .
He cut a tiny morsel and took the first time .

‘ it’s delicious buh my hands are sticky ? He pouted .
” Because that’s not the way you do it Mr North ” she said and walked over to him he pulled her with his free hand on his lap and she burst out laughing .
