” Emerald get up it’s morning already we nee-d to leave this forest ” Ashton said and she mo-an ed softly .
” Ashton let me sleep a little….” She pleaded and he got up.
” Continue sleeping because as you can see I’m going home ” he said and she stood up immediately .
” My feets hurt ” she mo-an ed and he stared at the heels .
” You’ve been wearing those since yesterday they’re bound to hurt Emerald remove them ” he said and she stared at him .
” What are you being serious Xavier “she asked and he bent down and removed the heels himself .
” Get on my back ” he said and her jaws dropped .
” Emerald ” he scolded and she got on his back as he start walking out of the building a bright smile appeared on her li-ps .
Grumpy but sweet .
She stared at his silky hair and started running her fingers in it.
” Emerald don’t ruin my hair do ” he scolded and she chuckled .

They walked out of the other side of the building and as they walked right they bumped into Ashton with Emerald on his back .
” Jesus ” Ace screamed and woke up immediately .
” Has this forest suddenly messed with my br@ins and I’m now seeing things ? He asked making cherish chuckle.
” Em what happened ? Cherish Asked teasing and she blus-hed red whilst still on his back.
” There they are ” they heard voices and turned to see the North’s security team .
” Thank goodness you guys are safe ” Darren said and Emerald chuckled as Tristan took her from Ashton’s arms .
” You’re such a baby kiddo ,I missed you” he said and she kizzed his cheek .
‘ we thought something happened to you guys your mom has been crying non stop” Austin said and to his cousins and they felt bad .
” Come here cherry what happened to your leg ? Jarvis asked as the team led them outta the forest .
” Don’t do something like this next time kiddo ” Darren scolded and Emerald gave a nod .
” Fine bro ,at least calm down dad’s still gonna scold me when I get home don’t make matters worse ” she said making others laugh as they got to their car .
” One suggestion Darren please take Emerald to the physiciatric hospital on your way home because she’s mad ” Ashton said and she jumped down from Tristan’s back .

” At least Emma can finally rest now that her children came back alife , I get to sleep peacefully” Alex said and she glared at him .

The compound women stared at Aiden as he got out of his car and closed the door .
He stared at the gold watch on his wrist and white sandals that got stained the minute he came down .
The kids stop playing around and stared at him like he was an angel
Okay this was getting akward .
Maybe he should have just stayed back at the hotel and called dunni he wondered but the girl had been smartly avoiding him ever since he made the proposal .

He just prayed dunni didn’t break his head for coming without her permission .

” I said no ” she said and he kept quiet .
” DD ” someone knocked the door and as she went to open Aiden couldn’t help admire how beautiful her physic was especially her bu-tts and legs .
Damn was he turning into a shameless person for this girl ?
” Dunni dunni ” the kid said breathing heavily and Aiden walked towards them .
” Wale…wale they beat your aunty for …street she wan nearly …..”he trailed .
” WHAT ” dunni yelled and as she wore her sli-ppers Aiden went after her .
As they got closer she ronke with a cut on her li-ps and wale beating her up even if she was half conscious .
” You animal ” she screamed as she punched him to the ground .
” Jesus dunni ” Aiden said as he tried stopping her she broke the nearby bear bottle on his head and he screamed in pain as blood hoozed outta his head crazily everyone screamed.
She tried going close and Aiden pulled her into his arms she kept shaking visibly in his arms as they heard the police van people ran Helter skelter away .
The cops.got to scene and carried wale.whilst Aiden helped dunni take ronke in her car to the hospital .

” Dunni how is ronke ? Kelechi asked immediately he ran into the hospital and saw dunni sitted with a good looking man .
” Still unconscious because her good for nothing husband decided to kill her this time around. Now don’t tell me she went to see him outta love ” she bursted angrily and kelechi opened his mouth and closed it like a fish .
” Dunni wale is outta your lives…..”
” But he’s not dead , I wanted him to die ,I wanted to kill him ” she bursted angrily and Aiden stared at the broken girl infront of him .
” DD killing him wouldn’t have done him or your aunt any good ” kelechi said .
” Why ? Because she loves the animal ? If that’s what love is fu-ck all of them ,I’m done okay I’m so done kelechi …I’m not going back to her she has to choose who she wants in her life , me or wale ” dunni said and Aiden held her hands.
” Aiden let go of me stop doing this ….I’m fine on my own I don’t want anyone ” she kept saying and as he hu-gged her she burst out crying to the shock of kelechi and her grandma.
Kelechi smiled out tears as he stared at the duo ,he knew de-ep down that the day he had been fearing had arrived the day someone took dunni’s heart , but he was fine for she was better off with Aiden .
Adebisi ru-bbed his back as he took a de-ep breath to calm himself .
