He ran a little bar at the ghetto which helped pay up his bills and other expenses .
Everyone knew how ha-rd the country was , Even though he was a graduate of the university of Lagos , job opportunity had never located him which he blamed on bad governance .
“Girl this one your thinking like this abi you don get appointment from buhari ? He asked with a Chuckle and dunni sma-ck ed his head .

” Kele you’re annoying ” she said and smiled .
” So come out with it is it wale again ? He asked and she shook her head . It would have been better if it was wale at least she knew how to handle the situation .

Ace stared at his brother as he was teasing his grandma as usual .

” Cherish …why are we even going there it’s not even safe enough , besides where girls ‘ Emerald said in fear and cherish stopped the car .
” Castillo you said you wanted to see the land Tristan bought for the shoot right ? That’s the address why did you ask for my help if you where this nervous ? Cherish asked and she shook her head .

He started walking towards the land and a group of guys sighted him .
” That guy looks rich we nee-d to hold him ransom” one of the goons said to the others .
” Boss I think he came with another guy ”
” Even more better , get the others make sure you get the other guy too ” the leader commanded .
” This guy smells like a bag full of money ??

” Yes em just go down lemme park the car ” cherry said and she gave a nod as she picked her gean jacket .
She stared at her silver heels and regretted wearing them immediately .
She walked towards and bumps into someone .
” Ouch ” they both said in unison .
” YOU ” they both said in unison and just before they could start their normal fights Ashton caught sight of the suspicious group of men coming towards them with logs of wood .
” Damn ” he cursed
” Emerald let’s get outta here ” he pannicked.
” Why ? She asked cluelessly and he pulled her hands and ran into the bush the men where in hot pursuit .
Emerald turned and gasped .
” Why are they after us ? She asked in fear .
” Do I look like I wanna Know ? He asked as they ran in dee-per .

” Did Ashton vanish into thin air or what ? Ace asked as he strolled towards where he last saw his brother .
“Hey there he is get him ” one yelled loud enough for him to here .
” Wait get me for what offence ,is it because we came late or something ? He wondered and when he saw the weapons on their hands his eyes wide-ned .
” Shit ” he cursed as he ran towards the opposite direction.
Cherish was walking towards where she last saw Emerald and jaws dropped when she saw ace running like his life depended on it .
” What is he doing here and that too running like that ? She wondered.
‘ mean lady run fast !!! He screamed.
She was about screaming at him when she saw the goons .
” Oh my word ” she gasped and he held her hand and dashed into the bushes .

” Ashton I’m on heels and thus is not a land it’s a jungle why did Tristan even purchase it ” Emerald asked and Ashton facepalmed himself .
” You came to this dangerous place to see that Emerald are you normal ” he bursted .
” Don’t try to blame me you arrogant man I’m running for my life because of you ” she bursted .
” Oh didn’t you know it wasn’t a safe place ? If I didn’t help you you’d have been kidnapped ” Ashton said and she stared at the atmosphere.
” Wow such a beautiful sight ” she cooed .
” What the hell ,are mad or what ? He asked

They heard some voices and immediately his behind the bushes the goons stood facing them and Ashton covered emeralds mouth right while holding his breath.
” I saw him with a really beautiful girl ” one of the guys said and Emerald got an idea she signaled Ashton to leave her and he obeyed .
She shook the bushes and made sound like a snake .
” Sssssssss.sssssssss” she said and Ashton stared at her shocked because it indeed sounded like a snake .
” Man did you hear that ? One of the guys asked .

” Oh my it’s a snake ” one yelled and they fat goin fell as his men ran untop of him due to fear he stands up too and joins them screaming for his life .

Cherish held her wa-ist trying to catch her breath .
” Why where they chasing after you ” she asked pa-nting .
” How would I know ? Ace asked
” Who knows you might have fu-cked and dumped their sister so they came for revenge ” she said giving him a logic sign .
” No no I don’t know them ….I think they’re bad men I wonder if Ashton is safe ” he panicked.
” Ya I came with em too I hope they’re safe .” She sighed
” Jeeez ” cherish cursed as she saw some men she pulled ace and he fell with her until of him her eyes wide-ned in shock as their li-ps met he pulled her close and she melted into the kizz .
The guys p@$$ed and she pushed him .
” What the hell ace ” she bursted
” You fell on me ” he said smiling .
” You animal if I hadn’t stoped you ,you’d have made my first time in the forest ” she bursted .
” I wonder why you girls give such important to first time ” he chuckled .
” Because I’m keeping it for my special someone , maybe my husband .” She said and he burst out laughing.
” Marry me let’s have wild se-x in the forest ” he said laughing and she sma-ck ed his head .

” Don’t worry I’ll get you many dresses in the future ” he said and she stared at him in shock at what he just implied but he walked infront .
He stopped Wondering why he wasn’t hearing her talks and turned just to see her taking selfies and smiling .
” Are you crazy Emerald ? Here I am looking for a way out and your taking selfies ? He asked in unbelieve and she glared at him .
” So what should I do ? Don’t disturb me if you want you’re free to join ” she said.
” I don’t wanna take any damn selfies especially not with you ” he boomed .
” Well I also don’t wanna take selfies with an arrogant peacoc-klike you, I just wanted to take a selfie of the Baboon I saw in this forest an that’s you ,thank you for refusing ” she smiled .
” What the hell ” he cursed
” Thanks who knows my phone would have broke or start malfunctioning,I don’t want any blue hazel eyes monkey on my phone ” she smi-rked .
” Oh God what did I ever do to you ? Why did I get stuck in a forest with this mad woman ” Ashton said staring at the sky .

” Now what ? He bursted .
” I’m hungry ” she said cutely
” So what’s my business ? He snapped .
” Ashton how can you be so mean to a damsel in distress ,I just asked you for food and you snapped at me ? She asked shocked .
” Well sorry to burst your bubbles queen damsel in distress . We are not in any five star restaurant that i can feed you we are in a thick forest surrounded by wild animals maybe . By the way aren’t you fund of the forest ? You where even taking selfies earlier like a bush queen so go on the forest is yours
” HUNT FOR FOOD ” he said sm-irking .
