ONE WEEK LATER.
We were still in the animal realm. I wanted to go back home. I miss my world. I miss our technology…. everything.
Kai noticed Nina’s mood swing.
“Hi” he said and kis-sed my cheeks
“Hey!” I answered and smiled
“Something wrong?” He asked
“Kai…when are we going back home?” I asked as my smile disappeared
“Don’t worry I was just discussing it with Kaleb….we will be gone back to the palace tomorrow” he said
“Palace?” I asked feeling irritated
“Yes…we will be going back to Vansham” he said
“Kai!, I don’t mean Vansham….I want to go back to earth…to my world..” I said
“What?” Now he had the irritated face.
“I miss my world…I don’t like it here….I don’t feel secure” i said
“Even with me by your side?” He asked
“Yes….I mean …no….Kai… please try to understand” i said
“Nina….i won’t let your stubbornness put you in danger again” he said and stood up.
“Kai….don’t tell me am stubborn okay!, We both know i don’t belong here…you know too” I yelled
“Oh so am the one who belong in your world?” He yelled back “look here Nina…..whether you like it or not we are going to Vansham tomorrow and you’re coming with me!”
“You don’t tell me what to do!”
“Hey…hey what’s going on with you two again?” Kaleb walked in.
“Why don’t you asked your brother!!!” I yelled and walk away but Kai drag my hands back and hold my hands tight.
“Let me go!!!” I yelled
“Kai…Kai let her go…. please…” Kaleb said
“No!!!, She’s being stubborn again” Kai yelled and my wrist hurt as my eyes become heavy.
“Kai…let me have her…I’ll talk to her…..!” Shimmer said and Kai finally let go.
Shimmer and i walk in the field.
“You know Kai is right and you’re right….but let’s say…you’re both right but Nina….if you go to your world you might lose your child…..your child has to be in Vansham and grow here….. please for the sake of your child” she said and I smiled bitterly.
“So what’s up with you and Kaleb?” I teased as I wipe my tears
“Oh that?, Hehehe…. I’ve retired the gods now have eyes on little Ella…..so Kaleb and I…I don’t know it just happened” she said
“Am surprised with Eva and Baron too….guess it’s all a love team”
Shimmer and i chatted for a long time.
The next day we traveled to Vansham. I noticed Kai avoid me and wasn’t paying any attention to me.
We got to Vansham and a feast was prepared for us. The people sang Kai’s name in praise. They were all happy that their ice prince was back. The queen hug-ged me and asked about her grandchild. I smiled.
I entered Kai’s room where it all started. The room were love and hate was built. Everything was the same nothing changed.
After refreshing my self I went to the feast.
Kai and Baron was busy talking and having fun with his friends. Kaleb was busy with the king and ministers. Shimmer was busy with wizard training Ella. Eva was with her friends. She queen kept on talking to her friends. I felt bored so I took a stroll away from the feast.
I so missed home.
“Hmm…I’ll keep myself company…..so baby…if you’re a girl I’ll name you Arial….you know the little girl who helped Kai find me?, Her name was Arial. I promised Kate I’ll name my baby after her but ehmm….not anymore…. So if you’re a boy….I’ll just let Kai name you…..baby you know your daddy is mad at me….what should I do?, I was just….just trying to make him understand me…now see am bored”
“I can keep you company if you want” I heard the voice of an old man. I turned and guess who it was???????

I turned and guess who it was?
It was king Vansham the 5th, Kai’s grandfather. I couldn’t hide the smile that escape from my li-ps.
“Grandpa….” I ran to hug him….I pulled back “Sorry…mind my manners…. Greetings to King Vansham the 5th……” I bowed
“Hahahaha….. little girl…you never seize to amuse me…..”.
“I missed you grandpa” I pouted
“Me too little lad….me too….come come…am so bored am happy I met you here” he said
“Me too…..”
I end up telling him about me and Kai’s fight.
“Why don’t we go to your world and enjoy ourselves there…..this world su-cks” grandpa said and my eyes wide open.
“I’d love that but I can’t go…..if I intend to use Kai’s necklace he’ll know….I don’t want him to get more angry” I said
“Who needs Kai’s necklace….i have one myself” grandpa brou-ght out a necklace similar to that of Kai but his was white and Gold. “Let’s go” he said.
We appeared on Earth. Grandpa was amused.
“Wow……so beautiful…..” He’ll say every now and then.
We went to the amusement park.
We rode on the fairy wheels. We rode on horses too. Because it was late and some part of the park was locked we couldn’t ride on everything. I wish I could do this with Kai.
“Oh…oh little lade….it’s been long I have so much fun” he said
“Me too grandpa…..”
“Wow….I guess I’ve shakes my boredom off…let’s head back…but first I’ll have to teach that Kai a lesson…..he’ll regret ever ignoring you” he said and i smiled.
Kai was drinking and laughing with his friends. They talked about war…women….etc. it was a great gathering until Kai looked around and couldn’t find Nina.
He finds it strange. Everyone was inside the party but she wasn’t. He stood up and went to the room, but she wasn’t there….his heart began to race. Kai began to search for her.
Kai quickly inform Baron.
“She was supposed to be with the Queen” he said. Kai rushed to his mother.
“Mother….were is Nina?” He asked
“N…Nina….she’s right her….eee…..” She hook. “Huh?, She was sitting right here not too long ago”
“GUARDS!!!!!!!” Kai yelled “find Nina…..find everywhere!!!!” He yelled.
The entire palace was turned upside down. But Nina couldn’t be found. They searched till the next morning.
“Or did she return.to earth?” Han asked
“No….she can’t….if she had gone to earth id have known” Kai said.
“She’s not on Earth…..I can see she’s not in trouble but I can’t find her” Ella said as she closed her eyes.
“This is my fault!” Kai yelled and slam his sword on the ground.
“Kai…..” Kaleb called “She didn’t leave the palace either….that means she’s within the palace but were could she be?”
“G… grandpa tomb” they both said.
Kai and Kaleb hurried to their grandfather’s tomb
“I’ll wait here….you go ahead Kai” he said and Kai nodded.
Kai went ahead.
Seeing Kai was approaching grandpa used a spell to block the way.
Seeing he couldn’t go further her yelled “grandfather….. grandfather I know you can hear me!!!”
“Who is it?” He asked
“Grandfather…i need to see Nina” He yelled
“See her in your dreams!” The old man yelled
Kai could hear Nina laughing inside the tomb. He sigh in relief at least she was safe.
“Nina….Nina…can you hear me!!!” He called but Nina refused to answer even though she could hear him.
Grandpa walked towards Kai and he bowed to him.
“I thought you were avoiding her…..go away” he said
“Am sorry grandpa but please give me back my wife please” he said
“Little lad do you want to go with your husband?” He yelled
“I don’t have a husband!” Nina replied from inside Kai looked surprised.
“N…Nina am sorry…hmm….I won’t avoid you…. again….baby…come on…fine we could go to earth sometimes if you want” Kai said
“Grandpa stop talking to that madman…..come let’s eat” . Did she just call him a madman…this Nina was really getting nerves…..wait till grandpa release you….I’ll punish you.
I rob my filled stomach.
“Grandpa you’re so healthy….you’ll surely live long to see your great grandchild” I said
“It’s not a child…it’s a children….two amazing boys…..” He said and I was surprised “listen to me Nina….Kai will die before the children are born but I can’t let that happen…..” He removed his necklace from his neck “give this to Kai”
“Grandpa!” Tears filled my eyes
“Both of you will be safe and so will the kids….I’ll sacrifice myself for your safety……give the necklace to Kai….he’ll know what to do…..be good Nina and always follow your heart…., I did have fun last night…. goodbye my little lad” he said and began to fade after putting the necklace in my palm.
“Grandpa no….no you can’t go….. please….. grandpa!!!!!” Kai heard Nina’s voice….the spell was broken… he quickly ran into the tomb….he saw Nina on her kneels crying………
suddenly the wind began to blow……Nina was shaking.
“N…..Nina….” Kai saw the unthinkable….. Nina’s eyes turned white…..she was controlling the weather. She was using Kai’s power.
Ella ran in. “Kai hold her…..calm her down……!!!!!!” She yelled Kai quickly hug nina.
“Nina….Nina calm down…. please…. please……Kai is here…..am here…..” Kai said
