“Bastard! You asked them to do this, didn’t you?” Bruno said angrily.
“I didn’t do anything, I’ve been with them for so long so it’s normal they are used to me and not you” Dante shrugged.
Bruno looked at the coach.
“Do something Henry” he muttered between gritted teeth.
Coach Henry cleared his throat and moved forward.
“Enough of this madness! We made an agreement so why are you guys behaving like this now and we all know Dante is a substitute leader until Bruno arrives” the coach said.
“Why don’t you just admit that you cheated coach, Bruno laid his hands on Dante and injured his legs, it’s cheating and you didn’t do anything about it, how much did he pay you? Dante will pay you double!” Naomi said and Dante looked at her.
He sighed inwardly and shook his head.
“If you guys don’t drop the cardboard then I’ll kick all of you off the basketball team!” Coach Henry said angrily and Bruno smirked.
“Then I quit!” The guy that started the protest said.
“Me too” another one joined in.
“And me!”
“Also me!”
The players began quitting one by one till they were none. Dante smirked and looked at Bruno.
“Then I quit too,” Dante said himself.
“Yeah, have fun playing by yourselves!” Naomi added as she eyed Bruno and the coach.
Bruno angrily left and the coach followed him while Dante faced the boys.
“I want to thank you guys for standing up for me but you didn’t have to leave the team” he said gently.
“Nonsense man, we can actually build a new team on our own, we don’t need coach Henry anyways because Naomi here can be our coach!” Tom, the first guy that protested, rushed over to Naomi’s side.
Dante looked at Naomi and she just smiled nervously.
“You guys I-”

They began pleading with her, Naomi looked at Dante and he smiled a bit.
“Be our coach,” he muttered.
“If that’s what you guys want then no problem, we’ll look for a better name to give this team and I’ll look for cheerleaders for us” she began celebrating with the team happily.
Dante’s phone beeped and he dipped his hands in his pocket to check it out. It was a video, he played it and he saw what Naomi did to Bruno.
He slowly looked at Naomi and at his phone, feeling bad already.

Edward was sitting in front of his food and phone, looking at Lucky’s face on the screen, they were actually doing a facetime together.
“What are you eating?” Lucky asked as she tried putting her face deeper in the phone screen.
“Cereals” he replied.
“Anyways don’t forget to meet me around 4pm, let’s go shopping together” Lucky said and Edward nodded.
They talked some more before Edward cut the call, Dominic and Xavier weren’t in the room, it was only him and Jace but Jace hadn’t been talking to him.
Surprisingly, Jace stood up from bed and moved closer to him.
“Hey” he called gently and Edward turned to look at him.
Edward scoffed and continued eating his food.
“I kinda heard your conversation with Lucky, are the both of you planning to go out?” He asked and dipped his hands in his pocket.
“You were eavesdropping?” Edward asked with widened eyes.
“I swear I wasn’t!” Jace raised his hands up in defeat.
“I just thought Lucky wouldn’t be the right person to take you out for shopping, she won’t know things about guys so let me go with you instead” he added.
“Why should I let you? We are not friends and besides Lucky chose me in case you’ve forgotten” Edward said and rolled his eyes.
“That’s why I wanna make it up to you, I was a jerk I accept, I admit defeat and I shouldn’t have looked down on you, please Edward” Jace begged.
“Fine” Edward rolled his eyes.
“Thanks, call Lucky and inform her that you won’t be going with her, don’t tell her it’s from me she might get mad” Jace said and Edward nodded.

“I’m really glad you accepted my invitation Mr George” president Jameson smiled as he shook hands with the senator.
That’s George Smith, the senator of the country, he’s a close friend of president Jameson.
“I’m surprised you called to meet today, luckily my schedule is free so I’m glad I made it” senator George replied with a smile.
A waitress walked towards their table, she dropped a tray containing two glasses and a bottle of expensive wine.
She helped them to serve it too.
“Thank you” senator George smiled at the leader and watched her walk away.
He sipped from the wine and nodded.
“This is good,” he said, feeling refreshed.
After drinking, he dropped the wine and looked at the president.
“I believe you did not just call me over to have a drink,” he said.
President Jameson laughed and sipped from his wine before dropping his glass.
“Remember when you were talking to me about your daughter… Livy?” He asked.
“Yes,” Senator George smiled.
“I’m ready to hand over her to my son for marriage, they are both over twenty, we can get them engaged” he said.
“Huh? For real?” Senator George looked surprised.
“We’ve talked about this before and I told you I wasn’t ready but I am now, I think she would make a good fiance and wife for my son and you will make a good president after me” president Jameson smiled and raised his glass.
The senator smiled and raised his glass too.
“I like the way you think Mr President” he said with a smile and cli-cked glasses with him.
The both of them drank their drinks together.

“Dad” Naomi entered her father’s ward with a smile.
This time he was sitting on the bed and the nurses were running some tests on his body.
“How’s my father now” she dropped her backpack on the couch as she walked over to them.
The nurse faced Naomi with a smile.
“Your dad is fine and he will be discharged this evening, I called you here to give you his discharge letter” she said.
“That’s good!” Naomi happily rushed to her father’s bed and hugged him tight.
“I miss you dad,” she smiled.
Doreen smiled and hugged her back, he kissed her head and stroked her back.
“My roommate cooked for you, are you hungry?” She asked when she pulled away.
“Hmm” Doreen nodded.
Naomi smiled and rushed to her backpack, she brought out a plastic plate and opened it.
“She cooked your favorite type of beef noodle pasta, smells good?” She said as she put it near his nose.
“Sure” he nodded and she fed him.
“I love it but I miss your cooking, go and get my discharge form, let’s go home so you’ll cook for me instead” he said softly.
“Okay dad, if that’s why you want” Naomi smiled and stood up.
She went to the doctor’s office.
“Miss Naomi, sit please” the doctor smiled and Naomi sat.
He wrote some things inside a paper and passed it to her.
“It’s your dad’s discharge note,” he said.
“Thanks” Naomi smiled and collected it, she looked at it for a while before staring at the doctor.
“And my mother? I heard they transferred her here” she said.
“Your mother is still undergoing her treatments, now is still not the best time to see her” the doctor replied.
“Oh” Naomi nodded and stood up.
“Thanks for everything doc” she said afterwards.
“It’s my job and I’ll tell the nurse to help you take your father out” the doctor replied and she nodded.
When Naomi got out of the hospital with her father who was sitting on a wheelchair, she was surprised to see rain falling and it was evening already.
“The rain, it’ll be hard to see a taxi and I really wanna go home, I’m sick of the hospital” Doreen muttered, looking sad.
Naomi bit her lips and all of the sudden, she was under something even her father.
She slowly looked up to see Dante standing beside her with a black umbrella.
“I’ll give the both of you a ride” he said and Naomi was speechless.

Edward was already dressed in good clothes, his hair was styled properly and he was looking so good.
The door opened and Xavier entered, he almost screamed.
“Edward, you look so handsome, I almost didn’t recognize you” he gasped.
“Thanks and also thanks to Jace,” Edward smiled sheeply.
Jace just stood beside him with a smile.
“Wow Jace you made him look like this? I’m so happy for you, I mean this means you’re finally over Lucky” Xavier said and Jace chuckled.
Xavier brought out his phone and faced Edward.
“Smile, let me take a pic and use it as my wallpaper” he said.
Edward smiled and posed and Xavier took the pic.
“Handsome” Xavier chuckled and went to his bathroom.
Edward’s phone began ringing and it’s from Lucky.
He picked.
“I’m waiting for you outside, do quick it’s raining” she said and hung up.
“Lucky is outside,” Edward said.
“Go meet her then” Jace replied.
“I’m really nervous, I know I don’t have a filter but I don’t want to embarrass her in front of her family” Edward said nervously.
Jace sighed and went to the table, he took a jug of water and began pouring it inside a glass but secretly brought out a small bag and emptied it in.
He shook the glass as he moved closer to Edward.
“Here, you’re so nervous, have some water” he stretched the glass towards him.
Edward collected it and began drinking. As he drank, Jace kept his eyes on him.
“Thank you Jace for everything and for making me look like this, I’ll repay you once I’m back” Edward said with a smile.
Jace nodded and Edward left, a hand landed on Jace’s shoulder and Jace got startled immediately.
“I’m really proud of you, giving up on Lucky and reconciling with Edward, best thing to do” Xavier said with a smile and shook him.
Jace only forced a smile.

A door roughly pushed open and two images entered, kissing passionately, they kept kissing till they fell on the bed.
The girl pulled away from the guy, breathing heavily.
“Did you get the condoms?” She asked breathlessly.
“Yeah I did, they are over here” he dipped his hands in his pocket, bringing out about seven rolls.
“Tear it off!” She ordered.
“Wait, give me a blow job first,” the guy replied.
She glared at him before opening the zip of his trousers, she forcefully pulled his boxers down and his dìck flew out.
“I love big dîcks” she smiled and gave him a long li-ck before taking him whole in her mouth.

The phone on the bed began ringing, the caller said “Dad” but the guy took the phone and threw it off.
He grabbed Livy by the head and threw her on the bed then took his condom and wore it, without warning he entered her.
“Mathew!!!” Livy screamed.

The car stopped in the compound and Naomi opened the door immediately, Dante came down too, he went to the back and helped her father down in his wheelchair.
“Thank you Dante, you can go home now” Naomi said.
“I thought you said he’s your friend, let him come in or else he isn’t in a rush” Doreen said.
“I’m not in a rush sir” Dante smiled and Naomi glared at him.
He took the wheelchair from her and helped her father in.
The house was neat but a little dusty since no one has been there for weeks now. Dante was looking everywhere, feeling somehow uncomfortable.
“This place might be small compared to your place,” Doreen said.
“Don’t worry sir, I’m okay” Dante smiled and moved Doreen to the dinning.
Naomi went to the small fridge to get some water for him.
“Dante help me in the kitchen please, I’m cooking my dad’s favorite” she said.
Dante looked at Doreen and he nodded, he smiled and followed Naomi.
The moment they got to the kitchen Naomi gave him a look.
“What?” He asked.
“I should ask you that, why are you here?” She asked back.
“I just..
“No Dante! What were you doing in the hospital where my father was discharged, why were you following me!?” She demanded.
Dante sighed and picked up an apple, he threw it up and caught it.
“I saw the video of you and Bruno,” he said.
“So?” She replied.
“I’m sorry I accused you, the truth is, it didn’t sit well with me with the thought that you and Bruno..” he stuttered a bit.
“I would never, Bruno is Erica’s ex, Erica is my friend, Bruno stole your place in the basketball league and you’re my… My.. my..” she stuttered.
“Your what?” He smiled.
She blinked twice and looked around then her eyes caught some fresh Onion. She went to it immediately.
“Never mind, let’s just cook, help me with some leafs or a frying pan or something at least try to be useful here” she said as she took the cutting board and knife then began cutting the onions.
Dante smiled and went to stand behind her and he suddenly hugged her from behind.
Naomi’s body stiffened, her grip on the knife tightened.
“Are you always shy around every guy or is it just me?” He moved his lips closer to her ears.
Naomi breathing hitched, her grip on the knife kept tightening.
“I..I don’t know what you’re talking about” she stuttered.
Dante smiled and brought his hands over to hers then removed the knife from her grip and pushed him one side.
“You always turn around when you see my bare body but were really bold with Bruno, I mean you saw all of him without shaking, I watched the video” he said and Naomi blinked again.
“But I’m jealous, you wore that se-xy thing in front of him” he added before bringing his hands to her waist and turning her to face him.
“What are you doing? I’m cooking for my dad” Naomi muttered and looked at his hand that was on hers.
He actually placed them on his shoulders and held her slender waist as she leaned against the counter.
“I like you Naomi, I really do, there I said it” he said, looking into her eyes.
Naomi couldn’t breath or blink, her heart was beating really fast by his words alone.
His eyes went to her lips and he smiled.
“You don’t have to say anything for now but permit me to do this” he whispered and leaned closer to her then his lips slowly captured hers.
He began kissing her so softly and gently, lots of electricity was passing through Naomi’s body.
Who would have thought a jerk like this could actually be this gentle and tender, this is a hundred percent better of how her kiss with Dominic felt like.
Her eyes automatically went shut, her hands tightened on his neck and her lips began moving on his.
Dante let out a small groan and pulled her closer to himself.
Meanwhile, Doreen was seeing them from where he was sitting, he narrowed his eyes.

The light was dimmed blue and Gwen just finished a movie called Dominic.
“Why does it have to end!??” Gwen groaned and stood up, she looked outside the window only to find out that it’s raining.
“Huh?” She muttered.
“What’s wrong with strawberries?” Dominic said, moving towards her.
“It’s raining, I’m feeling sleepy” she pouted.
“You can sleep here,” he shrugged.
“What about you?” She asked.
“The bed is big enough for two, you can have that side and I have this or we can cuddle to enjoy the weather” he smirked.
“I’ll go with cuddling!!” She smiled and jumped on the bed then tapped the space beside her.
Dominic smiled and climbed the bed, he laid beside her and she hugged him then closed her eyes while snuggling on his chest.
He began looking at her face, the blue light even made her more pretty, Gwen slowly opened her eyes to meet his gaze.
“What’s wrong?” She asked slowly.
“I love you” he replied affectionately.
“I love you too” she smiled and he leaned closer to give her a peck on the lips.
Gwen smiled.
“You’re really beautiful,I mean it” he said and pecked her again.
He wanted to peck her for the third time when Gwen held his face and deepened the kiss, he didn’t waste a second before responding and pulling her closer.
Gwen changed position and straddled him, she cupped his cheeks and kissed him even harder, her hands went under his shirt and began caressing his bare chest.
Dominic groaned and broke the kiss.
“You’re doing that, you’re driving me crazy” he said breathlessly.
“I want to drive you more crazy my man, I want us to take it to the next level” Gwen whispered in a hoarse voice.
