“What do you mean Dean’s child? Dean is inLove with someone else!” Lilac said
“Yeah I know, I heard It already and that’s why I came”
“And you think he will ditch his recent girlfriend for you?” Lilac asked
“Do you even think he will accept the child or you? After what you..
“You worry too much Lilac,,,, Miah cut in
“Of course. He has to accept his child.. Miah smiled
“Moreover I’ll be going to his place today with bluey… And we’ll be staying there!. I don’t care about who ever he loves, I just want him!
“But.. Lilac trailed off
“Don’t worry, I’ll get back to you when the time comes. . Miah said and Lilac nodded
She walked to bluey and cowered Infront of him
“We will be going to meet your Dad. Be a good boy and don’t forget what I told you okay? Miah asked and bluey nod.
Lilac shook her head as she watch her friend

“Wow” Kaylan exclaimed as the fresh air blew past her skin
“It’s beautiful.. the sea’s beautiful.. She added excitingly and Dean immediately pulled her to himself
“Anywhere you wanna visit, don’t hesitate to tell me, I’ll take you there.. he said and Kaylan smiled
Dean’s eyes traced her bikini and he lic-ked his li-ps involuntarily.
“You look se-xy in the bikini,,, I can’t resist you.. should we just do it here?” He bit his li-ps naughtily and she smacked his head
“Ouch” he wince
“Stop being Naug-hty”
“I can’t help it” He said and she Chuckled
“I love you Dean, so much” she smiled and he smiled back
“More more sunshine” Dean said and planted a short ki-ss on her li-ps while Collins scoff loudly
” Stop it already, you both” Collins rolled eyes at them and started walking away
“Sunshine my a-ss” He muttered, glaring at them
“Going somewhere?” Dean shouted after him
“Over there” Collins pointed at an empty space just ahead of them.
They set a shade and sat, staring at the water
“Do you wanna swim?” Collins asked and Kaylan nodded
“What about you Dean?” Kaylan turn to Dean but he shook his head
“He can’t swim” Collins lied and Kaylan chuckled
“Please, huh? For my sake” Kaylan pouted and held his hands.
Dean was a great swimmer but he had stop swimming ever since his dad drowned in a river years back
He looked at her again and sigh de-eply
“Fine, I will” he said and sluggishly followed them
They got into the water and Kaylan immediately splash him
“Jeez, stop that” He said
“Don’t be boring” Collins chipped in and splash water on his body again
“I’m gonna kill you if I get a hold of you” He warned
” Catch me if you can” Collins stuck his tongue out at him and started splashing water continuously on him while Kaylan laughed
Soon, They began splashing and playing with the water while laughing heavily

“I’m so tired” Collins said and sat at the shore
“I had fun” Kaylan smiled sitting beside him with Dean
“Little Angel, do you want some ice cream?” Collins said staring at Kaylan’s slightly protruded stomach and she nodded with a chuckle
“And you, are you interested?” He turned to Dean
“Just do whatsoever you want” Dean replied
” Such a kill joy” Collins rolled his eyes and stood up
“Let’s go together” Kaylan said and Collins nodded before pulling her up
Together, they headed to the ice cream van
“Strawberry ice cream” Collins told the Ice cream seller
“I want chocolate” Kaylan said and the man nodded and handed them their ice cream
“Give us five more” Kaylan said and Collins turned to her
“One for Dean and the rest for her” she pointed at her now visible protruded stomach
“Oh, yeah.. Collins agreed
“Thank you” The told the Ice cream man
“Let’s go” Collins said and she nodded
They were too engrossed in whatever ever they were saying when Collins suddenly stumbled on something and the ice cream left his hands and landed on someone and Kaylan gasped
“I’m sorry” Collins said with his head down immediately he stood his ground.
“It’s fine.. the girl said cleaning the ice cream away from her face
“We are de-eply sorry.. Kaylan apologized and the girl faced her with a smile.
“It’s fine, I know it wasn’t intentional” she said and Collins look up at her
“Sapphira?” Collins exclaimed with a glint of excitement in his eyes
He was happy he got to see her again. He had thought they would never meet after the incident. He also couldn’t deny he hasn’t been thinking about her
“Do you know me?” Sapphira asked
“You?” Cherry said from behind
“You know him?” Sapphira turned to her friend
“Sure, the guy who hit you with his car the other day” cherry explained
“Wow.. really?” Sapphira faced Collins
“Sorry I didn’t remember you” She apologize and Collins nodded. He itched his head awkwardly and Kaylan chuckled
“See you later” Kaylan winked and left
“I’m sorry about the other day.. it seems circu-mstances always bring us together” Collins said and Sapphire smiled
“Anyway, I’ll be on my way now” she said and started to leave with cherry
“Wait” He said and she face him
“Can.. Can I have your number?” Collins asked with a little stutter but she shook her head
“Why?” Collins asked
“Because I don’t give numbers to strangers” She replied
“Strangers… I see.. Collins trailed off, disappointed
“He’s not a bad person. He’s the most sweetest person you will want to be around” Dean said from behind
“Omg Sir Dean?” Sapphira and Cherry exclaimed
Cherry wanted to hug him but Kaylan stood Infront of him
“No no miss, he’s taken” Kaylan said and Dean giggled softly
“Whatever” cherry Scoff and walked back to Sapphira who chuckled at her friend’s silliness
“Here.. Sapphira said stretching her phone towards Collins and he collected it. He made sure he called his number so Sapphira’s number would appear on his phone
“I think Collins is in love.. Kaylan whispered to Dean
“I think so too” Dean whispered back and they smiled at each other..
“Alright Collins, bye.. Sapphira waved
“Bye Sir Dean” cherry shouted as Sapphira pulled her away
“You like her?” Dean asked
“I dunno” Collins replied staring at Sapphira’s direction even though she was out of sight
“Let’s go home” Kaylan said and they nodded heading to the car
“Today was so much fun” Kaylan said as they drove to Brittany mansion

“You mean Dean want swimming with you both? Brittany exclaimed as soon as Kaylan explained things to her
Dean and Collins had left her at Brittany’s place and had gone back to the office for an urgent meeting
“Yeah.. he did.. Kaylan trailed off. “Is anything the matter?” She asked
“His Dad died in an accident and his car fell off the bridge falling into a river. Since his Dad couldn’t swim, he drowned. And since then, Dean doesn’t swim. Even when they went for school excursions” Brittany explained
“Why didn’t he tell me” Kaylan wondered
“It’s fine, it’s getting real dark. You need to go home…. Brittany stood up and she did same too
“Don’t worry, my driver will take you home” she added as they left the house
“Good bye mom” Kaylan smiled and got into the car
Brittany smiled as she watch the car drove out of the compound

Kaylan got home and slump on the couch.
” Today was fun” She smiled reminiscing about their moments at the beach
Minutes later, she heard the door bell and she wondered who it could be
She reach out for the door and open it. She met a girl at her age or older and a child along with some luggages
“Who are you?” Kaylan enquired but she push Kaylan out of her way and entered the house fully
“Who’re you?” Kaylan repeated and she turn to Kaylan with a frown
“I should be asking you that” She replied, her hands at akimbo. ” What are you doing at my boyfriend’s house?” She asked back
” Are you one of his Fu-ck mates?” She asked again with a smirk
” What? Who are you?” Kaylan frown
” Miah, Dean’s girlfriend and his baby Mama.. Miah said and Kaylan’s eyes widdened
