I was in the middle of an important meeting, when my cellphone bleep.
I brought it out from my pocket.
It was a voice note from Nila.
I hurriedly got out of the conference room to go listen to the voicenotes. I got to my off and hurriedly

🗣️ Boss! We’ve been attack, please we need a backup… Lincoln street.” Her worried voice sounded.
“Holy sh!t” I gritted in anger.
“Who dare stepped on me?” I fummed.
I brought my phone out to call Cole and Austin so they can Meetup with me.

Before Jeff could drive into the street, some cars double crossed them.
Making him to step on the break abruptly.
Some burly hefty men got down from the car.

“What is happening Jeff?” Nila asked jittery.
“All is fine,, be still.” Jeff assured.
“Nanny am scared already is everything alright?” Myla fidget.
“Yes baby,, we are gonna be fine.” Nila sounded hugging her more closely to her bossom.
Instantly, the car door was pulled off.
By one of the burly men.
“You must be Bernila huh? we are asked to bring you.” One of the men sneered about pulling Bernila.
“You can’t take her” Jeff said defensively. Holding his bleeding shoulder.
“Stay out if this,, we are here for the lady and not you.” he retörted.
“Then you must get pass me before you go to her.” He muttered.
The burly man ignored him.
“Why did you want to take me away, what have I done?” Nila mumbled.
“We are in no position to give answers to your questions.” He replied.
Pulling Myla who’s hands were tightly encircled on Nila’s waist.
“Dont take my nanny away, she hasn’t done anything wrong.” Myla cried.
“Why are you wasting time, Ramson, the boss is waiting.” said one of the men who were standing right behind Ramson.
Nila was dragged outta the car together with myla.
“We need only the lady not the child” Uttered one of the men.
“you have to take me along with my nanny, where she go I’ll go.” Myla said still hugging Nila tightly.
“Let go of them.” Jeff step out of the car pointing a gun at them.
“You think we’re gonna quiver at the sight of that toy guy?” Ramson utter and within a blink one of them knockoff the gun from Jeff’s hands.. landing him a devasting kick.
Sending him flying..
He landed on the floor with a loud thud gushing out blood.
“Jeff! Jeff are you okay??” Bernila cried about going to his aid.
But they held her pulling Myla forcefully away from her.
“No, let me go… Let me go.” Nila cried wiggling to get lose of their hold but her strength were no match with theirs. She was pushed into one of the cars..
They all got into their respective cars and zoomed off.
“Nanny!!” Myla screamed running after them.
While Jeff lay weakly on the floor.. stretching out his hands for help. But it was an underdeveloped street.
No single soul was seen around.
Just then a car pulled up in Front of myla.
Just like a flash she was sized and tossed into the car and instantly it; zoomed off.
Jeff laid down on the floor gushing out blood, as more blood trickled out of his shoulder.
He lost so much blood within a short period of time.
He struggled to stand up and Chase after the car that took Myla but him strength fIlled him
He blanked out afterwards..

I haven’t been this worry and anxious at the same time filled with panicky and shock.
“Why did you take me, let me go, Myla isn’t safe all by herself.” I snapped.
I was sitting in between two huge men who were not even answering me, they’re not even moved by my cries.
I was hella worried about Myla.
We arrived at familiar mansion.
My heart skip a thousand beat.
“Is this all Jake’s doing??”
