Ashley’s pov
“are you threatening me?”
“of course not, love. It’s a promise that I’m going to fulfil if you don’t do what i want.”
“what you want? Enlighten me on “what you want” ” I air quote.
He smiled and shove his hands into his pocket. God, i wish the Js didn’t go for any meeting today. i wish they were here.
He walked closer to me and placed his hands on my hips, i flinched against his touch. Not because i love it but because his hands felt so cold.
“seems like we both want the same thing.” I raised a questioning brow at him. “i want you back, love.”
Wait, what? I pulled away from his touch and stare at him and stare at him in utmost surprise. Was he kidding right now? He wants me? Someone should give me one reason why i shouldn’t punch this guy right now.
“you are crazy.” I almost yelled. “what? you want me? Are you kidding me right now? You have no shame at all. Yeah, you are nothing but a low live cheat and a bastard…but i never expected you to stoop this low.” I eyed him from head to toe with nothing but disgust. This guy disgust me right now.
He smir-ked. “ouch! That hurts my pride.” He said feigning hurt.
“listen, i want you out of here and out of my life. There is no way you are having me back. Never. And do i have to remind you that i have a boyfriend. A boyfriend i love with all of my heart.” Huh? Love? Okay, Ashley we will discuss about that after we’ve deal with the situation at hand right now.
“boyfriend? What boyfriend? The cheat? The betrayal.”
“Josh is not a cheat, okay? Everything that happened that day was all a misund-erstanding and if you are really smart then you will ask Summer about what happened that day and stop making up stories about it. And besides, why do you speak as if you are a saint yourself?” I paused. “you cheated on me with that same girl, remember?”
Geez, Summer has a whole lot of hot history! Hmm, she is a legend of relationships breaker and a cheater. How did we even become best friends?
Evans started laughing. “hey love, i didn’t cheat on you, okay? You caused everything.” Of course I’ve being expecting him to say something like this. Can you imagine? The guy cheats on the girl and then gets caught in the act instead of him to apologize, he starts putting the blame on the girl. What a di-ckhead.
“oh, really? Look Evans, i have nothing, absolutely nothing to discuss with you. So do yourself a favor and get out of this house and never bring your face in front of me.” Wow, i didn’t know i have this part of me in me before.
“fine. Like i said earlier, i will tell the world what i know about Josh if you don’t give me what i want.”
“i am not a thing, Evans. And that story of yours is not but lies so, shoo.”
“do you think people wants to know the truth?” He asked. “listen, everyone believes what they hear and see even though it’s a lie. Let’s take your story for instance, shall we?” He smir-ked. “a scandal of you and Josh went all over the place just in a video even though you said you had nothing to do with him…who believed you? I will answer, no one. Do you know why? Because thay all believed what they saw, love.”
I hate to admit it but he was right. People are sometimes blind and yet had their eyes opened.
“so you see, your boyfriend career is going to be destroyed all because of your greed and selfishness.” He smiled with the side of his li-ps. “it’s okay if you don’t want to be with me but you will have to still break up with Josh.”
“never.”
“never? Are you sure that’s a good answer, love?”
“what do you want with me? Haven’t you done enough? My life almost got messed up because of you and Summer so, what do you want again?”
“you can’t be happy, Ashley! Because of you, my dad treated me like a piece of trash when he found out that you broke up with me and your damn father had you terminate that contract he had with him! My dad blamed me for all those mess and kicked me out of the house! It’s your fault! Do you know how long i looked for you? huh? Lucky for me, you became a star so it was easy to track you down, baby.”
That wasn’t my fault! He cheated on me first and that was the reason i had broke up with him. Which girl in her right senses will still be with him after cheating on her with her best friend and not just any random girls, huh?
Why was he acting as the victim? I was the victim. I was the one who got hurt.
“You can’t stop me from being happy, Evans! You can’t!”
“you think so? Then sit back and watch your boyfriend’s career get destroyed. But hey, don’t blame me but rather blame yourself.” He ki-ssed me on my cheek with a smile. “goodbye for now. Hey, if you tell anyone about this discussion, am so going to make your life and the people you love, life miserable. I got my eyes on you.” And with that he left. He left the house.
God, I fell to the floor and started crying. I knew for a fact that he meant every single word he just said. Evans is going to hurt Josh if i don’t break up with him but if i break up with him then I’m going to still hurt Josh.
What should i do now? I can’t tell anyone about this whole thing, I mean, he has threaten to hurt those that i love if i dare open my mouth to talk about his threats. I’m so confuse, what should i do? How do i get out of this mess now?

Stupid alarm.
I slammed it shut and groa-ned as i got up from the bed. It was just 6:30am.
I had fallen asleep while thinking about what to do an how to stop Evans for whatever plans he have.
I rubbed my face with my hands and go out of the bed and disappeared to the bathroom. I really don’t feel like going to school today. My head hurts like a bitc-h.
I turned on the faucet and splashed some cold waters on my face. I didn’t even see the Js when they came back from the meeting but i noticed when Josh came up to my room to check up on me, i had pretended to have fallen asleep. One thing for sure was that i was very good at hiding my feelings.
He just ki-ssed me at the top of my head and left. There was no way, i was going to leave that guy all because of a threat.
I walked out of the bathroom and went over to my bed. I sat down and rested my back at the ha-rd board of the bed.
That was when a message entered my phone. I picked up my phone and glance throu-ghthe message, it was from the group chat by Jasmine.
Love J: Wat am i hearing? Ash, have you seen the news?
What news was she talking about?
Me: No? What news?
Baby T: just go and check on it first. But please hurry.
Love J: I wil send you the link.
She send me the link almost immediately and i clic-ked on it. It was a news about Josh. Oh, no.
The headline was; Guy got bully by the famous superstar Josh Hilton from the Js.
The page was talking about Josh being a bully and having bullied a guy who did nothing wrong to him. There was a picture of a guy and…Josh.
Josh had the guy by his collar and was staring at the guy in fury. This wasn’t Josh. I was sure of it.
Evans.
I’m certain he has something to do with this. God. This guy really meant it.

I couldn’t read anymore as the tears threatened to fall. I pulled my phone done and let the tears down.
How could they do this to him? I thought they love him and would stand by him no matter what.
My phone buzz which signified a message. I hesitate before staring at the message, it was from an unknown.
Unknown: This is just the beginning, love. This was just an hint on what is going to happen to your love when i released the news of him when he betrayed his friend and fu-cked his girlfriend.
