“Daddy?” Valentina said and Pearl nodded
Valentina looked up at Ricardo. She swallowed ha-rd and looked down, what should she say?
“Uhm boss…Good evening boss,, Uhm..geez” She cursed.
“Mommy, daddy told me something that made me so happy! He said that Myles and Minnie are my big bro and sis and he even showed me a CNA test” Pearl said happily, l-icking on the lolli-pop she had in her hand.
“It’s DNA baby” Ricardo chuckled.
“What’s happening?” Minnie asked confusedly.
Ricardo just smiled and took a step closer to Valentina. He cu-pp-ed her cheek and ru-bbed it, especially the burnt part of her face..
“How do you do still remain beautiful despite your disfigured face” Ricardo whispered to her.
Valentina froze as she stared at him. Wait, what’s happening? Did he got hit on the head while coming back?
“You really don’t remember me? Not even a single bit my love” Ricardo whispered, brushing his li-ps against hers.
Valentina was just confused. What was happening? The little distance between their li-ps also made her not to think straight.
“Dad! What’s happening” Myles asked, slowly getting impatient.
“Let’s wait for Michael, he’s gonna explain everything clearly to all of us” Ricardo said, intertwining his fingers with that of Valentina before placing a ki-ss on it.
And like that, they began waiting for Michael. Seconds p@$$ed, minutes p@$$ed and everyone was slowly loosing their patience..everyone except Ricardo and Pearl.
The door opened revealing the most important man at the moment, Michael.
Michael walked in while whistling a song to himself. He stopped when he said everyone staring at him.
“Uhh,, did I coming a crime?” Michael asked.
“Dad said you had something to tell us” Minnie said.
Michael then looked at Ricardo who was smiling. He noticed him holding Valentina’s hand. That enough made him know what was going on.
“Took you one day to find out..not bad” Michael smiled.
“Please just start talking already..I’m dying here” Valentina whined.
“Alright so this is how it goes.. Jocelyn, I’ll first start by telling you that your real name isn’t Jocelyn but Valentina,, Valentina Thornton” Michael said.
“What? What do you mean by Valentina Thornton..wait, do you mean that..” Valentina paused and looked at Ricardo.
“Yes, he’s your husband. Three years ago, when I can go visit my relative Ryan. He contacted me and asked me to come to an uncompleted building and that’s where I saw the building was on fire. I rushed in and unfortunately, I met Ryan dead but luckily you were still alive on a thin line between life and death. I took you out of the area and then gave you proper medication. I traveled back to Germany with you and looks like your lucky star is really shining, coz you survived with the baby but with a burnt face and a memory loss” Michael said.
“Sorry I lied to you about your identity..thought it would be the best option.” Michael said.
The whole area was silent like a graveyard as everyone was completely speechless.
Myles and Minnie looked at Valentina and then at Pearl who smiled at them.
“I have a big brother and a big sis” Pearl said happily.
“Also, that’s not all what you nee-d to know. Well when we all thought that you were death, I found out that Evelyn my ex wife is your half sister” Ricardo added.
“So,, I’m the lady whom I saw the picture on the wall…and I’m married to you. Pearl is our daughter and Myles and Minnie are practically my nephews” Valentina said
“But,, if mommy is here then who did we burry in her place” Minnie asked.
“Probably a woman who was also in the building” Ricardo said.
“This is really shocking to the bones.” Myles said.
They all felt so happy but damn! This news really got them speechless to the core.
“Mommy!” Pearl called when she saw Valentina swaying sideways and then the next thing they knew, Valentina p@$$ed out in Ricardo’s arm.
“Valentina!” Michael called.
Ricardo lifted her up in his arms and stood.
“What’s happening to mommy” Pearl asked, fighting back her tears.
“Dont worry,, mommy is fine. She’s just trying to regain back her memory.” Ricardo @$$ured her.
He went upstairs With Valentina in his arms. Myles sighed and fell on the couch. He suddenly smiled and jumped up.
“Ah ha!! I won the bet Minnie!! It came out to be a girl” Myles said.
“Wait!, that’s true..oh no” Minnie whined.
Pearl came and sat down on Minnie.
“What’s true?” Pearl asked.
“Minnie and I made a bet on which gender you’ll be if you were born and I won” Myles smiled.
“Anyways!, i still don’t mind.. So long as my baby sis is this cute then no problems” Minnie said and hu-gged Pearl.
“I’m gonna teach you all what I know baby sis” Minnie said happily.
“Hey!, what of me?! I wanna teach her all what I know too” Myles said.
“No me!, she’s a girl just like me” Minnie said .
“Who is the one who won the bet? Me!, so back off!” Myles frowned.
Pearl just stared at their middle, watching them argue over nothing. She got bored and stood then left without them knowing.
Pearl went upstairs and opened the door to Ricardo’s room before peeping in.
“Can I come in?” She said.
“Sure princess” Ricardo smiled.
Pearl opened the door and walked to Ricardo who lifted her up and placed her on his thi-gh.
They both continued staring at Valentina who was sleeping.
“I just hope that everything goes back to normal really soon.. So that we can live happily ever after, just like in stories mommy use to read to me” Pearl said.
“Me too” Ricardo said and ki-ssed her cheek.
“Don’t worry, were going to catch up with all the father and daughter stuff we could have done for the past three years.” Ricardo said.
Pearl smiled and hu-gged Ricardo before ki-ssing his nose.
“You’re really so cool as a dad! I’m lucky” Pearl smiled.
Ricardo smiled.
“You’re the princess of the house so I’ll spoil you” Ricardo said.
Pearl smiled widely and ki-ssed him on the li-ps before they faced back Valentina.

NEXT DAY, AIRPORT**
Reporters, photographers flooded the airport as they were eagerly waiting for Ga-X to land back in his hometown.
The door to the airport opened and Gavin walked down the stairs, dressed to kill! He turned back and watched as Irish descended the stairs gallantly.
They both intertwined their hands. Gavin’s fan were busy screaming and cheering his name while the reporters and photographers did their job, asking questions here and there and also taking pics.
Gavin’s bodyguard came and made a way for them. Gavin walked to the car waiting for them, not without answering few questions from the reporters.
The car drove them silently to the white house. Gavin kept looking at the various houses and places they came across.
“Been so long I came here, really miss this place.” Gavin smiled.
The car drove p@$$ Twilight High and they both smiled.
“Where it all started” They chorused and Iris chuckled.
The car continued driving till it stopped in front of the white house. The driver opened the door for them and Gavin got down the car before helping Iris out.
Suddenly, another car stopped just opposite their own car and two person came down the car.
The four of them all froze as they saw each other.
“Aaaaahhhhh!!!!!!” Kimberly and Iris screamed excitedly..

“Hope you all are getting ready?” Evelyn asked.
“Yes boss!!” Her men chorused.
“Good” She smiled wickedly and dangerously.
She had no other choice but to lie to her clan in order to maintain the crown.
“Good, we’ll attack whenever I say so..and remember, don’t spare anyone..not even a single soul” Evelyn said slowly and carefully, meaning everything she said.
She smiled wickedly and glared at no one in particular..
“Baxter clan… Ricardo, prepare for what’s coming your way. And I will make sure you don’t even notice my moves” Evelyn smiled wickedly.

RICARDO’S MANSION**
Valentina slowly opened her eyes and hu-gged Ricardo even more ti-ghtly. Ricardo smiled seeing her wake up.. He really missed it.
Valentina quickly released Ricardo when she realized what she was doing. She shifted slightly away from her.
“Good morning my queen” Ricardo said and that made her blus-h.
“Morning” Valentina said and looked down, slowly remembering all what they told her yesterday.
“How did you sleep?” Ricardo asked.
“Well…you?” Valentina said.
“Well, sleeping with you have always made my night wonderful” Ricardo said and pinched her chin..
Valentina unknowingly smiled. Seeing Ricardo smile like this kinda makes her happy.
“Your little sister is back in town. Do you wanna meet your family?” Ricardo asked.
Valentina thought for a while and then nodded with a smile.
“Good but first thing first, we’ll go to the hospital… For your face” Ricardo said, ru-b-bing her cheek.
“Okay Rick” Valentina said.
Ricardo smiled and pulled her closer making her gasp loudly.
“Why acting like a teenage who just loss her V¡rginity? We’re married so it’s normal” Ricardo ki-ssed her forehead.
Valentina slowly relaxed and placed her head on his che-st, slowly wrapping her hands round his wa-ist.
“Feels good” Valentina smiled, snuggling against him.
Ricardo ki-ssed her hair and hu-gged her, stro-king her.
