Larry looked down, at her che-st and he could see her cleavages. He smiled at them.
Ariana used this chance to snap the lighter away.
“Get off me, je-rk!” She snarled, and landed a slap on his cheek.
“Darn you!” He pushed her away.
Ariana quickly got on her feet and ran to the door. She tried opening it but it was locked.
“Help!! Somebody! Anybody! Help!” She screamed, in a shrill voice.

Ariana screamed loudly, in tears.
She also threw the lighter far away.
“You asked for this!” He barked, and checked his brea-st pocket.
“Where…Where is- He paused, and held her hair up, and ha-rd.
“Owww” She Gr0-ned.
“Where’s it!” He yelled.
“What? I don’t know what you are talking about…” She cried.

Malcolm stood up, immediately.
“Did…you hear that?” He asked.
“Yes…Yes. We did” Tom cried.
“What was that though?” Damian asked.
“And where do you think it must have come from?” Malcolm asked.
“Probably from the tunnel…down” Mrs Agatha whispered.
“You!” Malcolm pointed at Damian.
“Me?” He wide-ned hia eyes.
“Take me there…And all of you here, don’t move cause I got my gangs down. Make sure, you don’t do anything stupid” Malcolm warned.
Damian slowly got on his feet and led Malcolm away, to the tunnel.
THE TUNNEL***
“I’ve a spare key” Damian whispered, and tried to unlock it.
“Wait…” Malcolm sniffed.
“I smell fuel. Fast,,, bring a fire extinguisher!”
Damian wide-ned his eyes, nodded and ran off.
Seconds later, he was back, with the fire extinguisher.
Malcolm took it from him, and watched as Damian open the door, carefully.
“You can go. I’ll take care of it from here” Malcolm said.
Damian started walking away.
Before he could take another step, Malcolm, ruthlessly fired a bullet at him.
Malcolm jumped in, and met Ariana sobbing.
Larry was at the other side, searching for the lighter. That was his only weapon.
“Mister…” Ariana murmured, when her eyes fell on him.
She recognized his silver mask. He had lots at the hideout.
Larry looked up and laughed.
“So,,, I guess you were the one who sent her, huh?”
“And you were the one who said she would die?” Malcolm snickered. written by sommy pearl f.
“Yes,,, She is gonna die. Unless, you’re willing to join her” Larry said, and showed him the lighter, which was now lit.
“No…No” Ariana shivered, shaking her head.
“Join her!” Larry shouted, and threw the lighter on Ariana.
And at the same time, Malcolm brou-ght out his pistol and shot him twice on his stomach.
Larry fell down, almost giving up.
Malcolm quickly grabbed the fire extinguisher, and opened it, which sprayed out the gas.
He did so, around Ariana, and the whole place too.
“Ariana? Ariana?” He ran and tapped her, but she wasn’t replying. Her eyes were shot and her side got burned and blistered.
He carried her out, quickly.
Down, he met the others.
“Boss…” They all said.
“Go in. The finger print owner is there. Just go to the tunnel, down. You’ll find him there, almost dead. Make sure to open the vault, and take out all the diamonds”
“Yes, boss..” They all nodded.
“Except you both! Cindy and Oliver! Don’t do anything and go home! You both are suspended to whenever!” He shouted, and went into his car.
Malcolm started the ignite and rushed to the hospital.

“What did I say?” Rhoda smiled.
The employers swallowed ha-rd.
“You said,,, don’t say anything that happened today” Mrs Agatha said.
“Aiish!! I’m out of here!” Tom shrieked, and ran.
Rhoda scoffed, took out her gun and shot him. He fell down, and died instantly.
“Anybody else?” She raised her brow.
“I won’t say anything. I promise” The women cried.
“Good” Rhoda smiled.
Kev and Ken later came in.
Now, they were all wearing black wolly mask.
“Let go. We got it” Kev said.
“Good” Rhoda smiled.
“Let’s go…” Ken said.
Rhoda walked away, Kev followed. Ken stopped and looked at the trembling women.
“Sorry” Ken whispered, and shot them both.
WINNER’S HOSPITAL**
“How’s she?” Malcolm asked.
“She’s fine. The burn is gonna heal too. She’s awake by the way” The doctor smiled.
“Thank you…” Malcolm said, and adjusted his face mask.
The doctor bowed and walked away.

“Hey…” Malcolm murmured, and went in.
Ariana blinked and sat upright.
“Mister” She whispered, weakly.
“You good?” He asked.
“I guess” She nodded.
“You’ll be fine” He sat close to her.
Ariana suddenly broke down into tears.
“Its my fault. I got drunk and I…I failed. I’m such a idi-
“No. Its not your fault. You did fine” He said.
Ariana sniffed, and quickly hu-gged him, out of the blue.
“Thank you…for un-derstanding” She whispered.
Rhoda was about going in, but when she opened the door, she saw the scene and sadly sighed.
She looked away and walked out.

” DUE TO AN ACCIDENT, STAR LABS GOT BURNT TO THE GROUND, DEMOLISHING BILLION WORHTY LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND CHEMICALS”
“AND UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE FIRE OUTBREAK, ALL THE WORKERS THERE DIED AND THEIR CORPSES ALL BURNT TO ASHES. OUR CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY AND TO MRS WOODS, THE FOun-der OF STAR LABS…” The reporter on the TV screen said.
“Good job, everyone” Malcolm smi-rked.
Rhoda, Ken and Kev nodded.
“By the way, What if the cops investigate about the fire outbreak and see a tip, that it could be arson?” Rhoda asked.
“There’s no serious worries about that since we have our attorney who is willing to go extra miles to prove it’s not arson. Isn’t that right?” Malcolm raised a brow, slyly.
Everyone looked at Ken and smiled.
“Usual…” Ken flaunted his biceps, and Ariana who was behind them on the hospital bed, chuckled.

“Uhmmm…Bad” Ariana replied.
“And why is that?” Ken arched his brows.
“Cause I was a flop? Well, I’m really happy. I was joking then. I’m joyous we got hold of the diamonds” She said.
Everyone smiled.
“Ah,,, by the way. Where’s Cindy and Oliver?” Ariana asked, looking around.
“Those two?? Boss suspended them for the main time” Kev chipped.
“Huh? But why??” Ariana wide-ned her eyes.
“They are a catastrophe. They cause unneccessary chaos cause of their childish fights and silly quarrels” Malcolm uttered.
“Oh no. Please, have mercy on them and just bring them back” Ariana said, cutely.
Rhoda looked at Malcolm who was in thoughts.
She briskly, went to him.
“You don’t have to worry about that anymore” She said.
“Huh?” whispered Ariana.
Malcolm just looked at Rhoda without uttering a thing.
“I talked to Malcolm and he promised me, their comeback” She lied.
“Really?” Ariana gushed, excitedly.
Malcolm looked at his side to see Rhoda smiling at him.
Ken and Kev just looked at them suspiciously.
“Huh…Yeah? Yeah. Yeah. I did…huh,,, but on one condition though” Malcolm said.
SUBWAY RESTAURANT***
“Yes, boss! What’s that? We promise not to fail you” Cindy said.
“Yes boss! We won’t fail you,,, certainly” Oliver agreed.
Malcolm inhaled.
“Cindy, If you can promise to teach Oliver how to fight well like rest of us here, then, I’ll ask you both to come back to the gang”
“But I can’t work with her” Oliver said.
“And I can’t work with you, either!” She spat.
“Both of you are outrageous. Forget about coming to the gang if you don’t want it” He stood up.
“Besides, I”m only trying to bring you cat and rat, closer to avoid future consequences”Malcolm thought.
“Wait! Boss!” Oliver shouted.
Malcolm adjusted his mask.
“What’s the problem?” He asked.
“Can we think about it and get back to you?” Cindy asked.
“It’s now or never or just forget about all of this, the moment I walk throu-ghthat door” Malcom said, seriously.
Cindy and Oliver shared meaningful glances.
“Huh,,, Okay then? Cindy scratched her head.
“But for how many month will it take, to be trained un-der her?” Oliver raised a brow.
“Till whenever you learn how to fight” Malcolm answered and Oliver swallowed ha-rd.
“Gosh. I’m dead. Cindy is gonna rou-ghhandle and kill me” He thought.
“Since, we’ve concluded,,, I’m gonna take my leave”
And they saw him finally, leave.
“Cindy, remember,,, you should teach me how to fight and not to kick my bu-tt” Oliver told her.
She scoffed and left, leaving Oliver to gnash his teeth and scatter his hair infrustration and devastation.
