EPISODE SIX:

{TEDDY’S POV}

” Where did you get that?” I asked, feeling my head going steamy.

” It doesn’t matter where I got it from,” Simi sh0t back. ” What I want to know is why do you have it with you?”

I grew mad. Soo mad I felt like giving her the beating of her life. ” Simi, I’m not going to repeat myself. Where did you get that mask from?”

Simi wasn’t fazed. ” Found it lying on the floor of your wardrobe when you returned home last night. You clumsily left it unlocked so Iā€“”

” Simi,” I barked. ” You have no right to look into my wardrobe.”

” And why is that?”

I was controlling myself with an effort. ” Don’t you un-derstand the word, ‘privacy’? What you did was terribly wrong.”

” Not like what you’re doing to yourself,” she sh0t back, opening the lid of her l@ptĀ©p. ” Marcel, who is this man?”

She turned the l@ptĀ©p screen to face me. I saw myself in k!ssES website wearing my mask with my str!pper outfit.

I bec@mĀ£ ice cold. So that’s why she’s been soo busy with her l@ptĀ©p since morning.

” Marcel,” Simi raised her voice. ” I’m talking to you.”

I walked up to her and seized the l@ptĀ©p away from her sharply. ” Watch how you speak to me, Simi. I’m not your age mate.”

” That doesn’t answer my question!” She stood unsteadyily to her feet. ” Tell me, are you that str!pper?”

” No I’m not!”

” Then what is his mask doing in your wardrobe?” She asked. ” I also saw a str!pper outfit and a collar chain in your wardrobe. What is going on here?”

My mind worked fast. Simi was becoming dangerous. If I’m not careful, she’d dig the truth out of me real quic-k.

” Simi,” I began. ” I’m sorry I haven’t been able to tell you earlier.”

” That you’re a male str!pper?”

” No, not that. I’m not a str!pper. Actually, the truth is, I work at k!ssES.”

” As a male str!pper.”

” Will you shut up and listen to me?” I hissed. ” I’m not a str!pper, okay!”

Simi didn’t say anything. She watches me closely with probing eyes. When she’s like this, she’s probably just waiting to listen to your lies. Simi listens first, then throw the truth in your face. She’s always dangerous and powerful when she’s quiet. I had to be careful with the lies I’m about spilling.

” I work at k!ssES as an outfit designer. Yeah, I know you wouldn’t believe me and you’ll think I’m lying but trust me, I’ve been learning the job for a long time now and of just recent, I bagged a contract with this club in ma-king str!pper outfits for a reasonable fee.”

Simi was still silent. I’ll bet she’s waiting for me to be done with my lies. Sometimes I wonder what went on in that head of hers.

” Truth is,” I continued. ” I’m still un-der someone but I’m good with the job. I make the outfits and at the end of the month, I get paid. I’ve been doing this for a while now. It’s the only way I’ve been able to take care of the both of us.”

Simi stared at me then at the mask on the be-d. ” So what is this str!pper mask doing in the house?”

” I was designing another mask for him.”

She sneered at me. ” I never knew you were a designer. Since when did you start designing outfits?”

” There are a lot of things about me that you don’t know.”

” Exactly me point,” she snapped. ” Marcel you’re too secretive and I don’t like it. I’ve known you to be a very open person. Whenever you wanted to do something new, I am always made aware before you do it but nowadays you’ve changed. Ever since you began working you’ve been acting really strange; going out late at night and returning home early in the morning. Marcel for crying out loud, of all jobs to pick from, I can’t believe you’d settle for a contract job in a str!pper club.”

I frowned. ” And you think I picked the worse job?”

” Definitely,” she responded. ” I still don’t believe you. This designer nones-en-se still sounds phoney and fishy to me. Marcel, I’ll tell you what I believe in. I believe you’re this disgusting str!pper.”

My teeth peeled off into a snarl. Disgusting str!pper? Does she have any idea how much I make every night and how much I lose just so I can take good care of her?

I didn’t say anything. I allowed her to finish.

She was speaking fast now. ” It’s a perfect give away. Your figure is a better match to his. Plus, You’re muscular and ā€“”

” Shut up!”

She paused. ” Shut up?”

” I said shut up!!!” I yelled at her face, smashing the l@ptĀ©p dangerously across the room to the wall.

Simi stiffened and stepped back a little in fear.

The silence in the room was piercing.

I stood before her, staring at my feet, breathing heavily with my hands clenched into two rounds fists. I felt my eyes getting watery and before I knew it, a tear dropped to the ground.

Simi stared at me, still shocked and frightened. The l@ptĀ©p stood by the corner of the room in broken pieces.

” Simi!” I called in a de-ep angry voice.

She whimpered like a frightened dog but she didn’t say anything.

” Ever since I began working, I started seeing the world in a whole new different light. In this life, it’s either you work and you eat or you stay idle and you starve. My eyes were opened to a whole lot of things. I wanted a better life for us, I wanted a perfect life for my sister and I. I work myself to wits, made lots of sacrifices, did things so that I can afford to keep a roof over our head, feed us good meals, pay for my school fees and your online clas-s and get you a better medication.”

Simi and I stood before each other, in silence as my tears broke out and I began sulking.

” Simi, I took terrible risks, Made difficult life choices, went out of my way to give you the best I can afford. You’ve never worked your whole life. You don’t know what it means to work. You think you care about me? You think you are worried? You’re not as worried as I am. The least I expected from you is a thank you but now I can see the big picture. You’re an ungrateful fellow. Calling my work, disgusting. I’m I that disgusting to you?”

I took a step back and ru-bbe-d the tears off my eyes. ” I’ve been patient with myself for a long time, hoping that one day, I’d leave that job and get something better but I’m f0rƧĀ£d to stay until I’m financially stable. That’s why I’m not going to leave the job no matter how disgusting it looks to you.”

I walked over to the be-d and snatched away the mask from the be-d. ” I am not a str!pper and I don’t expect you to believe me or not. Whatever you feel like doing, do it. I’m sick and tired of this nones-en-se. I won’t stand for being insulted like that.”

And with that, I marched out of the room and slammed the door shut.

{ Tarma’s POV}

It was night and I was at k!ssES. Somehow, I’d managed to purchase their membersh!pcard. It was quite expensive but I got it anyway, Jenny complained about losing her card the last time we c@mĀ£ here and it made her ran mad the entire day.

Meaning I’d have to be cautious with this stuff. I don’t want to go crazy like Jenny cause I know how much this card was worth.

Relaxing on a lonely table, I searched the club for any sight of Teddy. He was no where to be seen.

I checked the time and sighed. I c@mĀ£ far too early. It was just two minutes past eight. The show won’t begin until 11.pm.

But I’d come early for a special reason. I wanted to speak to Teddy in pri-vate without the sight of Soo many people around. I have no idea if Jenny would even come today and to be honest, I wouldn’t fancy the idea of her running into me in k!ssES.

The club was p@rtially empty but some folks were seated around, chattering and drinking. A waiter c@mĀ£ to me and took my orders.

I told him I’d like a simple Malta beer and that was that. The moment he was about leaving, I drew his arm back.

” Umm, forgive me for doing that,” I apologized, letting go of his arm. ” It’s just that, I’m new here and there’s someone I really wanted to meet in person. I was hoping you can help me get him.”

The waiter leaned forward and asked. ” Who is that if I may ask?”

I stuttered the name. ” T-te… Teddy.”

He pu-ll-ed away from me and made a face. ” Teddy?”

I s-en-sed he was going to turn me down so I added quic-kly. ” I’ll pay you for your time and help.”

I drew out my purse and dropped a clean two thousand on the table.

He regarded me and the money thoughtfully. ” Make it ten thousand and I’d get Teddy to sit by your side right here, right now.”

If I was supposed to argue with him over that outrageous offer, I wasn’t in the fvĀ¢king mood. I counted ten thousand and dropped it on the table.

He snatched it into his pockets and looking left and right, he nodded to me. ” I’ll be right back, just wait here.”

I returned my eyes to the stage where some men were working on the lighting. Everything seemed bored and lifeless. By the stro-ke of eleven, the club would blare into life.

The waiter returned with my Malta beer and left me. I sipped a little, wondering if I was too stupid to have paid such an outrageous amount just to see Teddy.

I pray this would be worth it. I’m having bu-tterflies in my stomach.

Gosh. It’s been long I’ve ever felt Soo nervous over a guy like this.

I waited for an extra twenty minutes before the waiter returned back to me. ” Teddy has arrived but he wouldn’t see you here. You’d better go to his dressing room to meet him.”

My heart hammered against my side. ” Dressing room?”

He nodded. ” That’s right but you’ve got to be smart about it. Usually, it’s the club rule never to allow customers into the dressing rooms but we’re risking it because of the money. Our manager is very busy in the office right now and won’t be out till eleven so there’s no better time than now. Meet him and be brief about it, you un-derstand?”

I nodded like an idiot and followed him. He led me upstairs throu-gh different back doors until we c@mĀ£ throu-gh this pas-sage that led to this p@rticular door, with a star marked with the name, Teddy.

” Keep it brief and easy,” he whispered to me and left.

I returned my eyes back to the door and took in a de-ep breath. Knocking gently, I entered into the brightly lit room. It was small without much space but it was fancy for a dressing room.

Teddy was nowhere to be found but I saw his outfit on the table. From the other room, I could hear a shower running.

I flu-shed Scarlet when I realized he might just be in there, n-ked un-der the shower.

Somehow, I was tem-pted to sneak peek into the bathroom but I held myself in time.

Instead, I took a seat and sat down, still imagining his n-ked figure at the back of my mind.

Then the shower stĀ©pped and someone began stepping out of the shower.

I glanced up and saw him.

Teddy.

He wore a white towel around his bĀ©dy with his diamond mask, shielding his pretty face from my view.

He stood before me and held my gaze.

Water dropped down his muscular bĀ©dy in a slow manner it made me drool. His brĀ£@st twitched cutely and his bĀ©dy stood rigid and strong before me.

I wanted to say something but my mind was dead to the world. I could only open my mouth and gape at him.

Teddy regarded me then with one swift movement, he undid the towel and it fell to the ground.

My heart skipped a beat and I grew cold all over. He wore a ti-ght bo-xer that gr!ppĀ£dhis muscular l@ps and outlined his bulging large c0ck.

He moved towards me with his hands stretched out. I snapped my eyes shut waiting for anything to happen.

Instead, I felt his hand brushing past me. He gr!ppĀ£dhis clothes on the table behind me and took them away.

I opened my eyes, realising I was out of breath.

” So what’s your name?” He asked, moving away from me with his clothes.
