Leo and Amelia started fighting and everyone watch with great intent as to the outcome of the fight.
Aurora was smiling as she watched the fight and as well impressed with Amelia’s fighting skills.
At a point she started wishing she was Amelia, having the freedom to do what she want monito-red.
She felt a strong connection from her and she intended to get to know her after the contest.
” The girl is good” she heard her mother say.
” Yes mother, I have a feeling she will win this contest” she replied smiling.
” I hope so, the men has been dominating the contest for so long and this will change things”
” because this will instill courage in every women out there” the queen said.
” Or expo-se them to more danger, if the women get injured, no man will ask their hand in marriage” Klaus said.
” Well said son, spoken like someone who cares for his subjects” the king said.
” Yes Father, I really do” he replied smiling as Aurora glared at him.

Leo and Amelia keep fighting without giving each other a chance to spare.
Leo threw a fast on her but she caught his hand and twisted it backwards, kicked his leg and gave him a ha-rd punch on face.
‘ ugghhhhh’ the audience growled.
” Sorry” Amelia said.
” Damn, you’re fast and strong, too strong for a Lady” Leo said getting back on his feet.
” I have a great teacher” she replied then Leo charged at her again.
Amelia dodged all his advances and punch him back at any given opportunity then she was caught off guard.
Leo gr@bb£d her by the collar then smash her ha-rd to the ground.
‘ uuuuggh’ the audience growled again.
He made to punch her but Amelia gr@bb£d his hand and punch him on the face drawing the first blood.
Amelia used the opportunity to get up and Leo charged at her, as he made to punch her she move swiftly dodging his punch then punch him at the back of the head.
He made to punch again and Amelia gr@bb£d his hand and skillfully roll around him and kick him off the ground.
She smashed him to the ground still holding his twisted backwards which cause him a great pain.
” Yield” she said.
” You are good …… you’re very good, I’ll give you that” Leo said.
” You too, so yield” she said again.
” I don’t want to, I think I love our recent position” he said referring to Amelia’s b©dy being pressed to his.
Amelia scoffed and twisted his arm ha-rd which cause him to yelled out in pain.
” Yield”
” Fine….” He said then raised two f!nger as a sign of surrender and she re-leased him.
” Yesss” Aurora yelled out excitedly as Amelia was declared winner.
” You seems to be enjoying the contest” the king said.
” Yes Father, the girl is a good fighter” she said.
” Indeed”

” You fought well” Amelia said after they left the arena.
” But not well enough, I was defeated by you……a woman” Leo replied and she smiled.
” Among the others, you’re the only who gave me a tough time, you did good today” she replied.
” Why don’t you just say yes to me alre-ady, and make me a happy man, why the torture” Leo said moving closer to her.
” Calm yourself, big boy…….I still have a contest to win” she said.
” So after the contest then?” He asked.
” After the contest” she replied and he smiled as she left.
Leo was smiling as she left then turn to see his angry sister staring at him.
” I’m sorry Laura, I tried” he said.
” No you didn’t, you let her win” she said back.
” Of course not, you it back there……she’s just too good” he replied.
” She took advantage of your soft sp©t for her, while you’re busy flir-ting away” Laura said pouting herl-ips.
” I tried okay trust me…….we will find another way to get some money just st©p being this way” he said.
” Fine”
” Now, let’s watch and see who prevail in the contest”

It’s remaining just four fighters and at this stage they are to fight using sword.
Amelia and one other hvge fighter were the fight to be paired together and they started fighting after the official waved the flag.
Amelia feels very comfortable using the sword and the audience were amaze as she skillfully rolled the sword with her hand.
Aurora on the other hand was smiling as she saw her fight which makes Klaus to stare at her.
” Why are you smiling?…I thought you don’t like fighting” klaus said.
” Yes I don’t, but when a girl stood up defying all the odds and kicking the men’s as-s, that’s another story” she replied.
” I think I like the girl alre-ady……I must have a word with her at the end of the contest” she added.
” Why your sudden interest in her, you don’t even know her” he said.
” Does it matter?……I love her courage,… look she won again” she said pointing at the arena as Amelia defeated her opponent.
” I have no doubt…..she will win this contest, I know that for sure” she said.

Amelia left the arena as the people cheer up for her then went to where Leo is.
” You didn’t tell me you c@m£ here to disgrace us men” Leo said.
” You men do it to us women all the time, it’s time we fight back and show that we are also strong” she said.
” I guess I should be proud that my woman is strong and powerful who no one dare mess with” Leo said and she smiled.
” Your woman?……I haven’t even say yes and you’re claiming what’s not yours” she said.
” I have no reason to believe you will say no” he replied.
” Be careful Leo, I’m not that easy to handle” she said.
” Then I won’t, at least you will handle me” he replied and they both laughed.
” Who’s that man up there?” Amelia asked pointing to a man also sitting on the podium with the royal family.
” Oh, that’s Edgar, the champion of Malmoe” he replied.
” Oh, so that’s him” she said.
” Yes, the man is a mystery” Leo said.

Soon after, Amelia was called back to the arena for the final contest against another hvge man.
” Get re-ady for it’s your funeral girl because I’m killing you right here” the man said.
” You won’t be the first to say that to me today……..almost every one of you did and you failed” she replied.
” you take me for one of those coward, I’ve been known for my fighting skills in my village” he said proudly.
” You know what I’ve learnt in this competition, most of you are coward shielded by your hvge muscle” she said.
” You are wrong girl…… you’re wrong”
” I’ve been fighting since I was little and you think you have what it takes to take me down?” He said.
” Enough talk big man, show me what you got” she said and the man charged at with great f0rç£.
Amelia stood her ground and fight back with her sword, the man keep charging at her violently.
Amelia noticed some flaw in him and decided to exploit it as she used one of the trick her father thought her.
She held ti-ghtly on her sword and curled it with his and took his sword away from him then kick him down.
” Yield” she said pointing the sword to his throat.
The man refused which made her pressed the sword to his n£¢k cutting him a little which drew blood.
” Yield now……or lose your head” she said again and he reluctantly raised two f!nger and Amelia was declared winner.
All the audience stood up cheering and applauding for the victory well deserved and the king stood up.
” It was such a wonderful contest which I never regret to be pres£nt in, it was lovely and exciting”
” Child, you prove everyone wrong today and give us a change of heart that women also have courage”
” Citizens of Malmoe, I give to you the winner of Malmoe’s contest…. Amelia of Haida” the king said.
” Yeeeeeeeaaaaaaah”
Everyone cheered for her and she smiled then her eyes landed on Edgar and she raised her hand which cause everyone to stay silent.
” Child, do you wish to have a word?” The king said.
” Yes, your Grace” she replied.
” Okay, go on …..what’s on your mind?” The king asked.
” I wish to challenge Edgar, the champion of Malmoe” she said and everyone was shocked.
” Whaaat?” Both Aurora and Klaus said in surprise.
Everyone was astounded including Leo and Laura as to why she would request for such a thing after winning the contest.
” Child, are you aware of what you’re asking?” The king asked.
” Yes, your Grace” she replied.
” Father, you can’t agree to this…..he will kill her you know this” Aurora said.
” The girl is old enough to make her own decisions…….she asked for it, it’s only proper for me to grant it” he replied.
” Father, plea-se don’t” she pleaded then the king turned to Amelia.
” Granted, but you will have to make it a proper challenge” the king said then Amelia went to stand before Edgar.
” I, Amelia, the daughter of Gaius of the village of Haida challenge you, Edgar, the champion of Malmoe” she said and Edgar stood up.
” Challenge accepted” he replied.
” Eat, rest…….you fight tomorrow” the king said.
” Thank you, your Grace” she said bowing.

She left the arena and went to where Leo is and found him with frown face.
” I know what you’re going to say” Amelia said as she got there.
” Have you lost your mind, why would think of challenging the most dangerous man in Malmoe” he said.
” I don’t know……..I just really want to fight him” she replied.
” You really think you stand a chance against him, there’s a reason why people fear him” he said.
” Your overconfidence might get you killed” he added.
” You’re angry” she said.
” Of course I am, here I thought I finally found the girl I love only to find out she might be killed tomorrow” he said.
” I’m not dying tomorrow…….I know that for sure” she replied and leo pu-ll-ed her to himself.
” I hope so because right now I’m scared of what might happen and I might not get the chance to do this” Leo said and k!ssher lightly on thel-ips.
” Careful Leo, I just met you yesterday and you’re k!ss!ngme alre-ady” she replied.
” It feels like I’ve known you all my life and I don’t want to let go” he replied and she pu-ll away.
” Let’s go, I nee-d to rest if I’m to fight the champion of Malmoe tomorrow” she said.
” Not yet, the king is organizing a feast for all the fighters in the palace this evening, we nee-d to attend” Leo said.
” Okay, let’s go” she said and they left.

Leo and Amelia arrived at the palace and saw merriment going on alre-ady as people are eating and dancing.
” Woww” Amelia exclaimed.
One of them saw her as she entered and he cheered out to others who started applauding and she waved back.
Few of the fighters c@m£ to congratulate her and wish her victory toward tomorrow’s challenge.
” You fought well, Amelia…. you’re a good fighter but you made a grave mistake challenging Edgar” one of them said.
” Tomorrow will tell” she replied smiling.
” If you manage to pu-ll throu-gh tomorrow maybe I’ll buy you a drink and we can get to know each other” he said.
” No man, she’s not interested……. she’s with me” Leo said in her defence and she smiled.
” Oh sorry man, Good luck” he said then left.
” Jealousy look good on you” Amelia said then she noticed everyone silent.
” The queen is coming” Leo said and she turned and saw the queen with the princess beside her.
” My Queen” she said bowing to them and Leo do the same.
” You fought well out there today” she said.
” Thank you my Queen” Amelia replied.
” I think you instill so much courage in every women out there today…I love that” she said.
” Thank you My Queen” she replied.
” I wish you luck on your fight tomorrow, stay strong”
” Yes My Queen” she replied and the Queen left but Princess Aurora stayed.
” My princess”
” I nee-d to have a word with you but not right now……..so give me some moment, I’ll be back” Aurora said.
” Is there a problem my lady?” She asked.
” No, nothing of such……all is well, so wait okay?”
” Okay, my princess” she replied then the princess left.
” Wow, Amelia……I think the royal family love you alre-ady” Leo said.
” Maybe it’s because I’m special,….. I’m famished…. let’s eat” she said and they are about to sit two guards showed up.
” Amelia” one of them said as she face them.
” How can I help you?” She replied.
” Prince Klaus will like to have a word with you” he said.
” The Prince?….where is he?” She asked.
” In his chamber” he replied.
” You don’t have to go” Leo said to her knowing exactly what the prince intentions are.
Immediately he said that the guards made to gr@bb£d him but Amelia st©pped them.
” It’s okay, take me to him” she replied then turned to Leo.
” Give me a minute, I’ll be back ” she said to him and she followed them.

The guards took her to the prince elegant chamber and she saw the prince sitting on a chair.
” Leave us” Klaus said and they guards left.
” What can I do for you my prince?” She asked.
” Actually, it’s more like what we can do for each other which will be of great and intense plea-sure” he said.
” I’m sorry my prince, I’m not following” she said.
” I think you know alre-ady, everyone knows…..I alre-ady have it in mind to let you rest till tomorrow”
” But when you made that challenge against Edgar, I decided to make my move before tomorrow” he added.
” I as-sure you….you won’t regret this, so let’s not waste anymore time…,
“….. so Now str!p off your clothes”

Aurora’s POV
.
After attending to my mother’s request I asked my handmaiden to prepare my room and arrange some food.
There’s something about that girl that’s drawing me closer to her and I just can’t help it.
She’s the first person I’ll ever get this feeling for and I really want to get to know her more.
I arrived back at the feast but I couldn’t find her, I looked around hoping to see her but I couldn’t.
‘ has she gone?, I thought I told her to stay’ I thought then I saw the man she was with earlier.
It seems he’s leaving the feast as well so I asked my maid to fetch him and she went to him.
A while later they both c@m£ back and the look on his eyes shows that of anger and I wonder why.
” My princess” he said bowing.
“What’s your name?” I asked.
” It’s Leo, my princess” he replied.
” Leo, I saw you with the champion a while ago…..where has she gone to because I remember telling her to stay” I said.
” A while after you left the prince’s guards c@m£ to fetch her and she yet to be back” he answered.
” The prince?…..you mean my brother?”
” Yes princess, I know all about your brother and I know what he’s capable of doing”
” He’s misusing his power on us because he’s royalty, he can’t just have his way with anyone he likes”
” We men in this city can’t even get ourselves a woman because they all went crazy over the prince”
” It shouldn’t be like that your highness, you don’t treat your subjects that way” he concluded.
I noticed he was very hurt with my brother’s behavior and he can’t do anything about it.
” I’m sorry about that, you can leave now….. I’ll see what I can do about it” I replied then he left.
” Niklaus, why are you such a dog?” I muttered angrily as I made my way to his chamber.
” I’m going to have to kill that boy one day if he don’t st©p this foolish act, what a shameless boy”

Klaus’s POV

Today, I’m having my way with her whether she likes it or not but she’s ma-king this ha-rder.
Seeing her fight in the arena makes me believe she’s a strong and tough one which will definitely satisfy my high libi-do.
If I wait one more day I might not get this chance anymore and I’m going to hate myself for it.
” Are you having ear problem?……I said str!p” I said again as she was staring at me.
” I’m sorry my prince but I can’t” she replied.
” Maybe I’m not clear enough but It’s not a request or a suggestion, it an order” I said sternly.
” I’m sorry my prince but I’ll have to disobey you this first time” she said which is the first time any woman will disagree with me.
” Did I hear you just right?….I order you to take off your clothes” I said again starting to get angry.
” I’m sorry, I can’t do that” she replied.
” Guards, Guards” I called out and after a minute five of them entered.
” My Lord”
” str!p now or I’ll have these men str!p you n-ked and also have their way with you…..now choose” I said and she smiled.
” I choose none…….you will have to kill me before they get to t©uçh me” she said looking straight into my eyes.
” Boys, re-move every garment on her right now” I ordered and they made to do that then my sister entered.
” Any of you dare l@yyour filthy hands on her, I as-sure you that will be the last time you make use of that hand” she said.
” Now get out” she said and the Guards left.
” What is the meaning of this?…… are you crazy?” I said to her and she c@m£ closer and pu-ll-ed at my ear.
” Aaaaahhh……st©p it” I yelled in pain.
” Aren’t you ashamed of yourself….. forcing yourself on a woman” she said still pu-lling my ear ha-rder.
” St©p it or I’ll report to father” I shouted at her.
” You do that, and I’ll report to him as well about you forcing yourself on a woman” she replied.
” Stupid girl” I muttered.
” If I ever see you anywhere around her or you double crossing her, I won’t just pu-ll your ears, I might as well cut it off” she said before re-leasing it.
” Get your raging hormone un-der control” she said.
” You’re crazy” I said to her.
” Let’s go, Amelia” she said and they left with the girl grinning in mockery.
” Crazy girls……. I’m not done with you Amelia, I always get what I want……and I will get you” I said.

.
I find it surprising that the princess would do that to her brother for my sake and I’m glad she did.
If she had stayed a while longer I might end up hurting the prince and his guards.
” Thank you for what you did back there my princess” I said.
” Oh you’re welcome, I think it’s time I started putting that boy in his place” she replied.
” I just want you to know that you really don’t have do that for me, I can take care of myself” I said.
” Of that I have no doubt, but how many of my brother’s men can you take down by yourself?”
” Besides hurting the prince is a great offense in the kingdom and you will be punished”
” And even if you managed to escape you will be a wanted fugitive and will be hunted,…….”
“I believe you don’t want to be on the run for the rest of your life looking over your shoulder” she added.
She did have a point and also one of the reasons I’m glad she intervene.
” I guess I really owe you alot” I said and she smiled.
” It’s alright, I’m glad you didn’t give in to his crazy de-sire….you will be the first person to deny him that” she said.
” Well, I’m not like most girls…… I’m different…I believe in right and wrong” I said.
” I can see that which is why I like you alre-ady….. you’re so different in many ways” she said.
” Thank you my princess” I replied.
” You said you wish to have a word with me…..what do you wish to say?” I asked.
” Actually, I just want us to be close as friends, I just want you around me as a friend” she said which took me by surprise.
” You want me as your friend?” I asked.

” You might think I’m the princess and I have everything but I don’t, I’m very lonely in this place” she said.
” I nee-d someone to talk to, someone I get connected with and I believe that’s you because I feel connected with you than I’ve ever been with anyone” she said.

” plea-se Amelia, I want us to be friends so you call me by my name” she said which surprised me more.
” I’m not sure if that’s proper, the king and your mother would never allow that” I said.
” You don’t have to worry about them…. you’re un-der my protec-tion and no one can get to you not even my brother” she said.
” Okay Aurora, friends” I replied and she smiled hvgging me.
” I have to go now and rest for tomorrow” I informed.
” Why don’t you stay here with me, I know my brother very well he might come after you” she said.
” But my friend is out there waiting for me” I said.
” You mean Leo?” She asked and I nodded.
” He left angrily when he couldn’t wait any longer and he seems hurt” she said.
” Oh, he must have gotten the wrong idea ” I replied.
” Well, you can explain yourself tomorrow so will you stay with me tonight?” She asked more like pleading.
” Sure”
” Great…… let’s go to my room” she said dragging me along with her.
” Who is the guy anyway?, You two are pretty close…..your lover?” She asked and I smiled.
” he’s more like an admirer” I replied.
” Well, he’s cute and you two look perfect for each other” she said.

We entered her room and I was utterly astounded with the interior of the room and how the flowers adorned the room.
” Your place is beautiful” I complimented.
” Thank you….. c’mon let’s take our bath before eating” she said and I followed her as she left.
I think everything she said is true, maybe she did nee-d a friend because she seems happy having me around.
We got the pool which was decorated with lotus flower which also add to fragrance of the place.
She shed off her clothes right in front of me which is the first time I’ll be seeing another lady n-ked.
I smiled then follow suit and went into the pool with her and heaved a de-ep breath as the water t©uçhed my skin.
” Why don’t you wash my back first and I will wash yours after” she said and I picked the sponge and went behind her and started scru-bbing.
” Can I ask you a question?” I asked.
” Sure, go on anything” she replied.
” Why is your brother like that?….. he’s the heir to the throne he should learn to lead well” I said.
” Believe me, there’s nothing I haven’t said to him but he ignored everything, sometimes I wish I had a sister so we can join hands to beat him up” she replied.
” I heard you had a sister” I said and she turned to me.
” Where did you hear that?” She asked.
” I heard someone talking about it, I’m sorry if I spoke out of turn….I shouldn’t have said that” I said.
” No it’s alright, I just don’t like talking about it……and to answer your question, Yes….I had a sister” she answered.
” What Happened to her?” I asked even though I know what happened but I’m not sure to believe what I heard.
” She was sick and she died, it hurt me even though I never met her” she said.
” It’s un-derstandable after all she’s your sister” I said.
” Can I also ask you a question?” She asked.
” Okay” I replied.
” Why did you challenge Edgar?…..have you not heard anything about him?” She asked.
” Actually, I did, everyone told me about him and how dangerous he is, including my father” I replied.
” Then why did you do it….why did you go ahead to challenge him?” She asked concernedly.
” I don’t know, but it’s too late to change my mind now….. I’ll have to fight him in the arena tomorrow” I said.
” It’s not too late, I can speak to Father on your behalf, he will listen to me” she said.
” You don’t have to, that will make me look like a coward before everyone” I said.
” Who cares?…..so far you’re still alive, plea-se you don’t have to, I don’t want you to get hurt” she said.
” It’s okay Aurora, I’ll be fine……I promise” I replied and wondered why everyone is so afraid of him.
” It’s okay, let me wash your back now” she said collecting the sponge from me and I turn my back.
” Oh the heavens, what is this on your back? ”
