Leon look at me one more time and said.
“Whatever you have heard, whatever you have seen…..it’s just a misun-derstanding”
“You going to stay with your fiancee and lying to me you’re with your family, was a misun-derstanding?’ I asked.
“What?, I really was with my family. I arrived yesterday…..I wanted to surprise you…..but….but she call, I didn’t wanted to go….. but I went anyway, not because I still love her…..it’s because I want to make things clear to her. Fine….I still care about her….but my feelings for her are gone….. look what I feel for you I’ve never once felt for Rose when we were together. Gem I can’t rush to say I love you now because am still trying to un-derstand this feeling. Please Gem don’t make me do this” he said.

Seeing I wasn’t saying anything he signed the papers.
“Here…..I’ve signed them….you’re happy now right?”
I took the papers from him and to-re them into pieces. I didn’t wait for him to react as I quickly hu-g him and press him ha-rd to myself. I felt him hands caressing my back.
“Leon you’re crazy….don’t live me….I can’t live without you….” I cried.
“My little kitten….you scared the hell out of me. I can’t afford to lose you….” he said.
“So…you won’t use me anymore and pity me?” I asked.
“I’d only love you and pamper you…..I want to spoil you alot” he said and ki-ssed my head.
“What about your fiancee?”
“Ex……Ex fiancee…..and i have nothing to do with her” he said.
“Am a faithful little wife….you can’t be a cheating husband!!” I said
“I won’t…..so you’re my little wife” he said and smiled. “Kitten I thought you were innocent….I never knew you were this hot tempered, maybe I should change your name to Tiger….”
“No….I love kitten….!!” I said.
“Hahahaha….you’re too cute” he said.
“Leon…I want to go home….I hate hospital”
“Done!” he said.
Rose was angry. She couldn’t reach him.
“Leonel…..I did everything for you….. everything!!!!, now all the glory goes to a mere girl….a cheap actress…..a slut…..a bastard…….I’ll break you Gem…..I won’t let you have him Gem……even if I have to go to hell….I don’t mind.” she said.
She pick her phone and dial Kelvin number again but it wasn’t connecting.
“fu-ck Kelvin we’re are you!!!!” she cursed.
“Leon were are we???” I asked as our car drove into a very big and beautiful estate.
“Our new home” he said.
“There are rumors that Mavis Leonel lives in one of the most expensive estate in the country and he owns it. Don’t tell me….this….this is….”
“Yes…..Mrs Leonel….” he said and entangled my hands in his. My little hand fit perfectly.
“Nervous???”
I nodded.
“Why??”
“Cause….am afraid I’ll disappoint you. What if your family don’t like me???” I said.
“Kitten….you’re moving into my home…our home….not my families” he said
“I know but…what if they say am poor….and…..you know….Leon!!!”
“Don’t worry grandma already loves you….and for the rest of my family I don’t give a damn what they think” he said
“But….”
“Kitten…..no buts….okay???” he said and ki-ssed the back of my palm.
When we got into the house….I froze. My mouth was opened. Leon look at Gem. Her jaw was dropping. He quickly push her jaw back to her mouth.
“Kitten…..???”
“Huh????, Leon am not dreaming right?” I asked.
“Yes….you’re dreaming…..and you’ll wake up soon” he said
“Really???, but I don’t want this to be a dream….I don’t want to walk up” tears filled my eyes. Seeing she was been sad Leonel quickly say.
“No… kitten am just joking….it’s not a dream….am here am real” he said but she cried even more.
“You don’t get it Leon. I…..am not perfect…..I feel am not felt for you…..I mean Leonel Mavis has always been my crush….and you….”
“Baby….calm down….. okay….” he said and sat down as he drag me to sit on his lap. He caress my back as I rest my head on his bold shoulders crying.
“I know this is quite a rush kitten….but just know that….am yours and you’re mine…. always….am still your leon” he said.
Leon went to his torture house. He saw Kelvin. His men has beaten him black and blue.
“Leon….Leon.. please am sorry spear my life please……” he cried
“Spear you????, did you know how much you cost me???, how dare you!!!!” he yelled.

I walk up.and down the big corridor. We’ve been trying to reach Leonel ever since he ended my call but he wasn’t picking up.
“Madam calm down…..Sir is fine” she said.
“Mrs……?”
“Call me Susan” she said.
“Tell me the truth…… about Leon…..and Kelvin….”
“Madam….am sorry but I can’t tell you anything…. isn’t he your husband?” she said. I was starting to grow fear for Leon. I’ve heard that Mavis have a torture house. I’ve heard he kills people……..
“Leon……I mean Leonel….is it….is it true he………”
“Kitten…..am home…..” Leon voice made me shock. “Are you okay???” he said and walk down to me. I couldn’t hold his gaze and I lower my head.
“Y…you’re….you’re here???” I said. His hands were about to touch me but I moved backwards.
“Kitten are you okay?”
“Y…yes am fine”
“No you’re not….why are you behaving like this…..?, did I do something wrong?, are you mad at me?” he asked.
“I have to rest….. goodnight” I said and walk into one of the big room and shut the door.
“Kitten….. kitten open up…..kitten you’re making me worried….Gem…..are you okay????” he yelled knocking at the door but I didn’t open. I went and curl on the bed.
I married my dream guy….but he’s……he’s…..a monster.
Seeing she was not going to open the door. Leon called Susan.
“What’s wrong with my wife???” his killing gaze was melting Susan.
“Sir….she was asking me about your torture house and if you really kill people according to the rumors???” Leon gnash his teeth.
“And what did you say???”
“I….I didn’t reply….and that…that was when Sir showed up”.
Leon recall how she shock.when he called her and how she avoid his gaze. He che-st felt sour and heavy. He felt like a knife was stabbing his heart. Leon walk towards the door again and knock.
“Kitten…..!” he voice was calm and slow. “Kitten I know you can hear me…..don’t shut me out…..don’t avoid me…. please…..let’s talk…..it’s not what you think…..”, there was still no answer from the room. “Kitten you’re scaring me… please say something…..if you don’t say anything I’ll burst this door open” he said.
“Am fine just let me be” her voice was sad and down….she was crying.
“Kitten….. Kelvin is fine….I didn’t hurt him….I’ll let you rest now….. goodnight love” he said.
‘What?, I thought no one comes out alive in his torture house…..dis he really let Kelvin live??.
The next morning I came out of the room and met Leon standing at my door step with a pair of jeans and a singlet.
He had dark circles round his eyes…..
“Leon…..”
“Are you feeling better now???” he asked and I nodded, he suddenly hu-g me ki-ssed my hair. “Don’t ever do that to me again….you almost killed me last night” he said.
“What…..are you feeling sick?, why is your eyes have dark circles??” I asked and I felt him ti-ghtened the hu-g.
“It’s all thanks to you kitten….I couldn’t sleep last night…..” he said and rele-ase the hu-g. “I’ll tell you about me…..but please….don’t ever ask someone else about me. If you have a question just ask me directly”.
“Is it true then?” I ask
“What?”
“You….you kill people?” I asked and he rele-ase me and took a step back.
“Will you hate me if I say….I….I did…..” I was shocked to hear that “Last night…I. almost ended kelvin’s life….his life was gone…..I wanted to kill him….but you called…..and….Gem….. I’ll change…. please…….”
“You’re a murderer?” I asked.
“Gem!!!” he tried to reach for me but I step back.
“Don’t touch me!!!” I said.
“Sir the old Mrs is here” a guard announced
