Lamia and Damon are good friends since forever, it started when Lamia saved Damon from some hungry vampires,they were too strong for him that they almost killed him.
They bec@m£ friends after the fight,even though they ha-rd ly talk to each other, they still make time once in a while.
They both walked out of the Clan few minutes after Damon arrived,,the road seems to be lonely as they walked and different type of animal sounds could be heard from afar but they doesn’t seem to care as they had their conversations.
“I just think it’s high time you accept the fact that you are in love with that human,,do you want me to tell you how your heart beats right now?” Damon asked almost in a tease but he’s more serious than ever
“I really don’t want to talk about her,,,but she’s in trouble. Opal wouldn’t let her rest and I am trying my best not to hurt her” Lamia replied
“Why? Because of Melaina?” Damon asked
“Why asking when you know the answer alre-ady?” Lamia shrugged and Damon smiled a little
“I am really surprised,,” Damon said and Lamia scoffed
“I think I will have to bring her here,why did I let her go in the first place” He said as they continue walking.

It was all dark and silent until the eyes opened,the tomb got broken and the b©dy c@m£ out. Another one c@m£ out as the ground continue shaking,, another one still c@m£ out until they become three all in different directions.
They started their journey out of the land going into the human world.

Someone is tou-ching me,a soft hand. I feel so weak that I can’t even open my eyes right Now,,
“Evelyn?” I heard my mom’s voice and I was f0rç£d to open up
“Gosh!!I was so worried,what happened to you? Why did you suddenly pas-s out like that?? Huh?” She rushed her words as she t©uçhed me without st©pping for once.
I sighed and tried to get up,,I gro-an ed tiredly. She immediately helped me at Staring at me like I nee-d to explain somethings to her.
“I’m fine mom,,,I don’t know why I pas-sed out but I am fine now” I said even though I know I am not.
“That’s a lie, you’re not fine.” she said
“I just said I am fine,,plea-se leave me alone” I snapped and looked away
“Baby,,I know you’re still mad at us. But trust me,we are re-ady to support you on your decisions okay? We won’t f0rç£ you to do anything again,,I just feel like I am ma-king you sad without knowing it” She said and I was quite plea-sed but I didn’t show it.
I nodded
She smiled and k!$$£d my forehead
“You can go now mom,,I want to be alone” I said and she immediately got up
“Call the maids when you nee-d anything okay?”
I nodded watching her as she walked out of the room.
Okay I still don’t un-derstand, why did I pas-s out and why am I feeling so weak now?? I stood up and moved to the mirror,,I look fine but not really fine. Should I just take my bath maybe I will feel better??
I sighed and pu-ll off my t©p,, I turned and then bu-mped into a b©dy,,I screamed out as I fell on the floor. I looked up and it was Lamia,,,
He scoffed and shook his head,,
“Lamia??” I called and stood up
His gaze fell on my che-st and I realized I was only in my br@,,okay never knew Vampires are per-verts too.
I guess he heard my thought because he looked away almost immediately which almost made me laugh.
“You can just put on your cloth back” He said and I smiled
“Why? This is my room,you’re the stranger here” I said
“You want me to leave??” He asked
“You have a reason why you’re here right?” Honestly I don’t want him to leave,,I won’t mind if he stays here forever.
He scoffed
Okay I messed up again,he heard me.
“How are you feeling??” He asked and I sighed
“Sick,,” I muttered and moved closer to him
“Lamia,, I think I am not safe in here. ” I said
“Do you want to follow me back to my world?” He asked and a quic-k smile escaped myl-ips
“Why did it take you so long to ask? Are we going now?” I asked and he smiled
Okay I noticed he smiles more often now,or is it my imagination??
“What? You want your parents to get worried again?” He asked and I shook my head
“Don’t worry,,my mom just said she will support me no matter what. I will just write a note,, what do you think?” I asked
Maybe I am really crazy but the truth is,all my thoughts right now is filled up with Lamia,,I even have to forget my damn sickness and start to imagine silly things.
Just then we heard a knock and I froze,,I didn’t reply and the knock c@m£ again.
“Who is it?” I asked
“My lady,,, I heard your scream, are you okay?” that’s Zara’s voice
“I am fine Zara,,thank you” I replied feeling relieved
“Okay my lady” She said and I guess she left.
I faced Lamia and he’s wearing those cold face again,,
I immediately put on my t©p back,,
“I will write the note,,just few minutes” I said and took a pen

It was evening when the royal family were prepared for dinner,Both the king and queen sat down re-ady to eat but without Evelyn..
The king asked one of the maids to get her and immediately she left.
She knocked on Evelyn’s door countless times but got no response, she decided to open the door and went in.
“My Princess?? My princess??” She called but it was silent. She almost left the room when she saw a short note on the be-d with a pen placed on it gently, she was pushed to pick it up and she did.

The maid screamed and ran out of the room crazily,,
“What is going on??” Some maids asked as she ran pas-s them wondering what was wrong with her
She got back to the dinning room breathing ha-rd
“Your Highness” She called still trying to catch her breath
“What happened? Where is Evelyn??” Queen Naomi asked
“She’s not in her room” The Maid replied
“Where is she?” The king asked
“I have no idea your highness,,but I found this note on her be-d” She said and immediately handed it over to the king and then moved back while other maids waited curiously to know what the note is all about.
“What’s in the note??” Queen Naomi asked
“She left home” The king replied
“What??!” She hijacked it from him and re-ad it
“Oh no,Evelyn why,,,”
“I guess she’s fine,,we shouldn’t worry since she left on her own. It’s better than when she left without informing anyone,I was worried to death” The king said
“I know,,but how sure are we that she’s fine wherever she is?”
“Woman,,are you going to eat or keep on worrying about a child who doesn’t care about how you are going to feel before moving out??”
Queen Naomi sighed still confused,why did she have to leave?.

She climbe-d down and entered her study,just a small room attached to the be-droom. As she sat down,her eyes caught with the vampire novel Luisa once gave her to try out,,
She twitch herl-ips lightly and picked up the book,,titled THE GIRL WHO DIED
“Such a silly title for a book” She muttered and fli-pped open the first Page

As she ran throu-gh the woods,, she was calling for help in her mind. She couldn’t utter a word out,it was like she was un-der a spell control of the mind but she didn’t care,she have to escape this.
But it’s like it was too late to decide anything as the giant vampire appeared right in front of her
“No!!!!!!” She screamed out and fell down
The vampire looked at her so hungrily, his red flame eyes piecing into her b©dy.
His fangs dropping of blood,,as he moved closer to her the girl continue to scream until he let out a gr0@nand pushed in his long and sharp bloody fangs into her tummy,,,,,,,,

Ramona closed the book immediately, her heart was beating fast.
“What type of story is this??” She asked and gulped down but something keep on pushing her to re-ad more.

It was at the darkest hour,,the innocent students ran for their lives as they saw her,,it’s another creature with her mouth filled with blood,recently numerous students have been reported dead but tonight she decided to kill all,she couldn’t control her blood hunger anymore.
The High school students have no one to help,the securities were the first to be attacked,,,
She keep on muttering out silly words,,
“Death,Blood,,Crave,. ,Shadow,,,”

Ramona immediately dropped the novel and stood up,,she turned toward the entrance but found no door.
“What’s going on?” She wondered and blinked her eyes twice and there is the door.
She shook her head and opened the door immediately,,
“Argghh!!!!” She let out a scream when she suddenly saw an unknown shadow in her room
She opened the door and ran out of the room,,,she rushed into her mom’s room but it was empty,,
“Mom?? Mom!! Mom!!” She shouted but got no response
She ran out of the room and tried opening her door slowly to pick up her phone,,she didn’t see the shadow. She picked her phone up and ran downstairs,she immediately dialed her mom’s line.
📞 baby,, you’re not slee-ping?
📞 Mom,,where are you
📞 I told you I won’t be coming home tonight,,what happened to your voice??
She hanged up when she heard some strange steps,,,the voice was in her head.
“Blood,,starve,,” she put on the light and bec@m£ calm a little bit.
“What’s happening?? Am I imagining things because of the novel??” she tried to calm herself down,,this is not the first time she will stay home alone.
Her mother is a doctor and most times,she doesn’t come home if there is some sort of emergency.
She sat down on the couch and slowly bec@m£ sleepy,she la-id down and sle-pt off.
Some minutes later after she sle-pt off,,sh could feel hands on her face,moving. So cold and rou-gh, she bec@m£ still and opened her eyes all of a sudden,,,,
The lady was standing in front of her,,,her eyes gray,her b©dy white,her mouth bloody,,,
“Arrgh!!!!!!” Ramona screamed out and rushed out of the living room,,she opened the door and ran out of the house.
She ran down the street,she wasn’t in her right state of mind at that moment. As she ran,she bu-mped into a b©dy,,,
“No!!!!” She shouted and fell on the ground unconsciously.
