Episode 19
Anna’s POV
I took a de-ep breath as I dropped my phone, I swear things are really getting hectic….
A call c@m£ throu-gh that moment and it was Amanda…
“What is it??” I asked immediately,
“Presh father was found but he was sh0t dead before they could find him…” She broke the annoying news..
I fumed and bite my lowerl-ips..
“So the men must have gotten the information they nee-ded right?” I sighed
“Yes…I’m afraid Victor must have gotten the information..” She said and I arched my brow..
“Do you mean he must have known that we are the people behind presh suffering??” I asked and she breathed..
“There is a probability that he knows, just be careful, we shouldn’t make any mistake” she said and I nodded
“Okay…” I muttered and hung the call before resting my head on the headrest…
I have really gone throu-gh a lot to get to this, you can’t tell how desperate I am..I badly wants to be the queen, I want to rule the land and it still baffles me how I grew up without having the Royal blood in my vein…
My parent are from the Royal family, I was bore without the blood in me and it really shocked me to see someone like presh having the blood in her…
Presh was my best friend in the past, we were very close and does things together not until she had a wound one day while we were pla-ying in the bush, the wound was profusely bleed so I carried her on my shoulder in search of help…
We later met a man who was a great sorcerer, he decided to help us treat her wound…
I can’t forget his scream as he saw her blood..
“She is the real princess and heir to the throne!!!” His voice had echoed in my ear repeatedly…
Presh was unconscious when he said that and I couldn’t let her hear it before I took her home cursing her in my mind…
How can she be the heir while I myself that is expected to be the princess is not having the blood….
From that day, presh bec@m£ my greatest enemy…I hated her intensely and that led into wiping her memory and ma-king her blind so she won’t see Victor…
“We have finally reached your Highness” one of my guard announced drifting me off my thought..
I nodded and alighted….
Time to end all this….
Presh can never be the princess… I wouldn’t let that happen the same way i was able to make the oracle point at me..”I laughed as i recalled what I did…
I stepped down and head to the house I had booked as a base to carry out my plans…
Victor isn’t aware that I am in India so he wouldn’t be more careful…
“Hello…Dr Eric, what is the state of presh now?” I asked him
“She is still the same, we are yet to carry out the last surgery which could eventually make her see..” He explained
“That last surgery must not go throu-gh till I’m done guess you know..” I said
“Yes ma’am… I would del@yit till you come..” He said and I smiled
“You would get a very hvge amount of money if you could do It, I swear..”
“Thank you ma’am..” He said and I hung up the call…
Tomorrow morning, I’d begin immediately, no time to waste…
I can’t wait to take Anne away and show her that she can never run away from me..
I put a call to Victor with my Nigeria number..
“Hello..”
“St©p calling me you evil girl!!” He growled
“Really??..
” well, I’m just bored here in Nigeria and decided to hear your voice ” I said
“fuc-k you there, I don’t care if you die!!!’ He yelled and hung the call..
Woah!!!
It was really harsh..I don’t even give a damn..
Very soon, presh would be gone and he would have no other choice than to marry who the Oracle pointed at…
I can’t st©p laughing…
I l@yon my be-d after taking my bath, I can’t st©p smiling as I imagined how shocked presh would be, I’m sure her hope to see must be very high…
She would be damn shocked when all of a sudden she finds herself in my grasp again..
Victor’s POV
” hello Jade, I want you to find the location of Anna.. ” I said into my phone…
“Okay sir” he replied and hung up, I took a sigh and head to the hospital..
It was morning alre-ady and I just nee-ded to see presh before going any other thing…
It was still 6:08 but I am just too anxious to see presh, today would be the day when she would be un-dergoing the last surgery, I nee-d to spend sometime with her before then..
Her mother was still slee-ping so I left without her…
I got to the hospital and headed straight to presh ward, I was still on my way there, when my ear heard come murmurings..
At first I wanted to ignore but I couldn’t just pas-s, it looked so suspicious..
I stood still and listened…
“You would dressed as a nurse, I’ll give you a content to inject into her vein…with that she would be unconscious” that was all I heard..
I couldn’t un-derstand what it meant but strangely I was feeling fright, my heart was even beating very fast like I was the one that would be injected…
I looked up the door and saw Dr Eric written on the door, so the doctor’s name is Eric..I wonder which patient he wants to inject the content…
I sighed and left to see my presh…
The smile she gave me when she heard my voice left my heart fli-pping for joy…
I swear I’m the only one who knows how much I am loving this beauty goddess here, everything about her makes me glad I love her so much!!
I talked to presh for some time before i head back home, the surgery would be exact 7:00, I can’t wait, plea-se God let it go well, so she would see my face…
“Hello you are Victor right??” A nurse asked me and I nodded…
“The surgery would commence in few minutes now, this are the list of doctors to work on her..you can meet any of them in two hours later” she said and I smiled and took the list..
Thanks… ” I muttered and left
Anna’s POV
“The surgery is about to begin, you can come in two hours time, I’m among the head doctor to work on her, trust me..I’ll make sure there is complication that would leave her blind forever, it would be just a mistake..” Dr Eric said as I called him on phone..
“Okay…so the content would make her unconscious so we can now take her away right??” I asked and he said a yes…
“All you would have to do is dress as a nurse and go to the ward where she is…number 22, the content had alre-ady been hidden there, un-der her pillow” he said and I smiled broadly..
“That’s great!!!!’ I screamed and leaped for joy…
There is still a chance to win!!!!
I switched off all my phone and got dressed, I don’t want to get tracked or any annoying thing to erupt, no communication till I am done…
Victor’s POV
I got to the house and dropped the list on the table but just then, my eyes fell on something.

Dr Eric???…
Wait oo..the one who made the secret call and wanted to inject a substance to make a patient unconscious???
I g@sped as something struck my mind…
Could it be presh he was talking about???
No it can’t be…
I picked my phone and called the nurse in charge of presh..
“plea-se I have a question, does Dr Eric have another surgery after presh??” I asked
“No…” She replied and my jaw dropped as my phone fell of…
“He was talking about presh!!!!!” I screamed and picked my phone…
The time was 7:05 and there was no doubt that the surgery must have begun but I nee-d to st©p it…
Dr Eric is out there to harm presh, I don’t really know how, but he is a suspect…
I picked my phone and ran off to the hospital…
I got to the hospital and headed straight to the receptionist office…
“I nee-d the contact of the head doctor here!” I requested ma-king her stare at me surprisedly..
“Hey st©p those stare and do what I say, I’m Prince Victor I guess you wouldn’t love to suffer for wasting my time..
Her eyes wi-de-ned as she heard the name and without wasting a single minute, she gave it to me and I quic-kly called..
” hello, its Prince Victor on the line..” I said immediately
“Ohh, prince why did you call??..” He questioned
“I want a doctor to be re-moved from the team working on presh, do it now!!!!” I screamed as the fear of presh suffering covered me..
“I..I..don’t un-derstand..” He stuttered
“Dr Eric should be re-move there now!!!..if you waste a second, I’ll sue this hospital and we will be rival forever!” I yelled and he breathed .
“Okay I’ll do it now..”
“Fine, I’m waiting…”
Anna’s POV
I was all smiles as I finally found my way into presh ward, there was no bandage over her face but I was sure she would never see, the complication must have been done…
My face was slightly covered with a face mask and I was dressed in a nurse uniform…
I head straight to the pillow and saw the ampoules and injection leaving a hvge smile on myl-ips…
I quic-kly transferred it into the syringe and turned around to check if anyone was watching but there was no one…
You can’t tell how glad I am now…Dr Eric is just a saviour…
I took her hand and was about injecting it into her vein when I got the greatest shock of my life…..
Presh opened her eyes and stared at me…
“What are you doing nurse??” She asked and I shook in horror…
Did she just saw me???
“Can I see your face well??..what are you doing here all alone?” She asked peering into my face…
Oh no!!!!!!
She has regain her sight!!!!
With the speed of a lightening I dropped the syringe and ran away…
“Hey” she called but I wouldn’t listen…
I’m dead!!!!
Presh has regained her sight!!!!!
Episode 20(finale)
Doctor Eric’s POV
I sat restless on my the couch of my room with sweat all over my face, I just pray Anna hasn’t been caught…
It happened so sudden that I couldn’t even explain how it went and what prompted it..
It was the most shocking moment of my life, I never thought of something like that happening at that moment…
I had been set to carry out the surgery, alre-ady dressed as every other doctors, we had even stood at our position re-ady to work on her eyes…
Just all of a sudden, a call c@m£ in and ordered me to leave the surgery room…
At first, I thought it was a joke, I was really re-ady to operate and cause the complication that would leave her blind forever..
“Dr Eric eliminated from the surgery with immediate effect” that was the message that shook me…
“You can leave, the head doctor orders your dep@rture from the hospital till the end of the surgery..I was filled with fear as I walked out…
Immediately I got out of the hospital, I quic-kly dialed Anna’s number to inform her of what happened but I couldn’t get to her, her line was totally shut.. I tried countless time because I knew she would come to the hospital in two hours time like I had told her, I knew she would go to presh’s ward to inject the substance into her vein, I knew she would think presh was unconscious not knowing the surgery went well…
I just pray that she covers her face so presh wouldn’t see her when she tries injecting the content into her…
Just then, my phone rang and I glanced at the screen, I flin-ched seeing it was Anna..
“Hello..” I breathed..
“Where are you!!!.. s£nd the address to me now!!” She shouted and I took a de-ep breath and hung the call,
I quic-kly s£nt the location to her before slumping on the couch…
Not long after, the door of my house sprang open and Anna stomped in with her face red in fury..
“What happened?????” She growled and sl@pped me so ha-rd ly..
“I’m sorry…an issue c@m£ out, I don’t even know how…but..I was s£nt out of the surgery room…” I stuttered and she sl@pped me again…
Anna’s POV
“You are a mad dog!!!..” I screamed sl@pping him again, I really feel like killing him right now only that he ruined my plans, he also gave presh the chance to see,
Why did I put my trust on this fool!!!
Agghr!!..I am going mad!!!
Presh is no more blind???
Oh, plea-se let this be a dream..plea-se I want to wake up from this de-ep sleep..
I slumped on the floor with tears rolling down, all my plans had been ruined just this moment that I thought I was winning everything just got ruined because of this di-ck head…
“I’m very sorry, I never intend to….”
He couldn’t complete his statement before I threw my shoe to his face causing a streak of blood on his head…
He growled but couldn’t do anything, he knows more than trying to yell at me…
“So what should I do??..what should I do now that you have shattered my dream..all of them had been ruined.” I bawled and he bend his head feeling glum..
I stomped to and fro feeling really angry that I wanted to bur-st..
Just then my phone rang and I took it and saw the caller was Victor..
I angrily cut the call and put a call to Amanda..
“Hey we are finally ruined, presh has regained her sight!” I announced ma-king her scream in shock…
“We have to plan on what to do or else our life would be a disaster..” I said and hung the call, my gaze fell on Dr Eric and I felt like strangling him..
“I can still help to bring her down, I can still help..”
He breathed ma-king me sneer at him……
“How would you help when you can’t carry out that little job” I snorted
“Trust me, I’m a doctor and i know how to make a patient live or die..I can’t still make you win” he breathed..
“Really?”
“Yes…”
“So how??”
“I was dismissed from operating from her for some reason which I would get to know tomorrow, but I want you to know that I would still resume work and presh would still be in the hospital to get fully recovered, I can still inject her and make her unconscious, I can even inject a chemical into her vein and it would badly affect her eyes…because she was just out of surgery, It would make her blind again…it would look like a complication that resulted from the surgery…all hope isn’t lost ma’am” he explained and his words looked good…
Yeah, he can still make things happen my way…
“So can I trust you in this one?” I asked with a straight gaze
“I had done many clean job for you, count this one as one of them” he said with his head lowered…
“Why do I feel like killing you if you fail the second time??..well, I’d kill you if you fail but if you should do it clean…I’ll give you a million dollars” I said with a sm-irk and he bowed
“Wish you luck!” I breathed and l@yon the couch…
Presh can see??..oh, I don’t want to believe that now…
Presh’s POV
I blinked my eyes repeatedly trying ha-rd to believe I wasn’t dreaming…
The light was really pene-trating in and my vision was blurred, sometimes everything would go upside down…
I shut my eyes and opened it again…
What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
plea-se someone should tell me I’m not dreaming plea-se, I can see!!!!
I couldn’t st©p screaming, I couldn’t st©p the shout..
Who cares if I wakes up other patients who may be asleep…
I sprang up from the be-d and sighed as I saw that there was a drip in the back of my palm…
“Where is everyone!!!!!!..come let me see you!!!!” My voice echoed throu-gh the whole building…
The first person I had seen blurry was a nurse who wanted to inject me with something…
I suspected her that was why I asked why she was here alone, to my dismay, she ran away…
I had sle-pt back and woke up now only to find out that I can see?!!
I can’t even recall the face of that nurse…
The door of the ward opened and someone c@m£ in…
“Presh…” He called and I smiled
“Yes, how can i help you” I squeaked as I stared at whosoever he was, well he is a doctor because he was wearing a white lab coat…
But….how did I knew doctors wear white coat???
Well, I don’t care, all I know is that I know…he is a doctor…
“You can see me?” He asked with the sweetest smile I had ever seen..
“I can see you sir, I can feel light..I can see everything!!!” I shouted j£rking like I would faint…
The joy was just too much, i can’t just take it, I feel like i would slump in this happiness..
“How many f!nger?” The doctor asked showing me four f!ngers…
“Hey mab st©p thosefu-cking..I can see four f!ngers..plea-se there are people I want to seeeeeeeee!!” I squealed b!tt!g myl-ips as I struggled not to bur-st in great joy…
“You would see all of them now, they are even on their way here..” He smiled
“Victor is with them right???..what about my mother???” I asked as my whole b©dy shook in joy.. I could even feel cold chills run throu-gh me as I wondered how they would all look…
Oh god!!!!
Victor come here before I die of waiting!!!!!
“I have to leave..” The doctor said and I waved my hand and looked around feeling everything my hand could t©uçh…
Something struck my mind, I nee-d to see how I look!!..
There was no mirror there so I just sat there waiting for those people who had make my life meaningful especially my love victor…
I can’t just st©p glancing at the door as I waited…
Just then, like I expected, like I had longed for….
The door was pushed open and a woman I guess was my mother walked in with a man that made my heart throb..
I couldn’t move as I gaze at him…
His eyes was on me and I felt the connection, I don’t nee-d anyone to tell me that he is my Victor…
His eyes was we-t and mine was also we-t, emotions covered me and I felt like I would go crazy…
Should I say he is handsome, no..its an un-derstatement…
“Presh..” They both called together and I flin-ched and smiled
“Can you see me?” They both asked again with tears falling off their eyes…
“Yes mom and you Victor.. I can see your cute face, so this is the man I had man I had been talking to??..” I smiled more wi-dely..
My mother ran into me with a hvg as she screamed and shout in glee…
She hvgged me like she would die if she didn’t…
“So you can see your mother now!”..
” yes mom, you look so beautiful even at this age..” I muttered
“You had always been beautiful my daughter, so you can see!!!!!!” She squeaked again hvgging me more ti-ghtly…
“Yes mom, I’m very happy…” I muffled with more tears falling off…
“Its time for you to meet your man, he is the reason why all this happened..take a look at him..so charming..” My mother said and gave way for me to admire the man after my heart….
“Presh I feel like I would faint..you can see..” He mumbled in tears of joy..
I quic-kly pu-ll-ed out the syringe in my palm and ran to him with a very ti-ght hvg…
He also hvgged me and we stayed that way for a long time as our heart beat together..
Cold chills filled me that I shivered…
“My b©dy is really drown in s-en-sation, my presh can now see me…what else should hold me from ma-king her mine…” He muffled
“Let us k!ss…” She said with the sweetest smile I have seen..
“Oh yes!!!..you are my life..I love you more than anyone can explain..” He cooed with his hand on my cheeks
Victor’s POV
“I can’t say I love you because the word love doesn’t explain what I feel for you…” She said in tears as I brou-ght her head closer…
I brou-ght myl-ips into hers and k!$$£d her de-eply s£nding shrills down my spine…
I feel like coll@psing…the joy in me is just too much…
My presh can see now!!!!
