” Tonia, plea-se I’ve had enough of your mood today, plea-se open your mouth ” he said and I had to give up
I knew he won’t let me off the hook so I opened my mouth, he fed me until I finished the food then he ordered my favourite smoothie from when I was in school, that almost made me cry, that made me wonder how come he didn’t recognize me, before I knew it the question flew out of my mouth.
” How come you didn’t recognize me when you saw me at that h0tel? ” I asked and his eyes are wi-de-ned.

God knows I don’t un-derstand Tonia, one minute she’s mad at me, the other she act like every word I say should not be countered.
I didn’t know what to do to make her st©p being mad at me so I ordered this smoothie I know she loved ever since we were in school
” How come you didn’t recognize me when you saw me at that h0tel ” she asked and my eyes almost popped out, was she not mad at me few minutes ago?
” So you won’t answer? ” She asked folding her f!ngers
” Tonia, if you were me and you saw yourself that day you won’t recognize yourself ”
” What do you mean? ”
” Tonia, do you remember how you looked in school?… You were chubby, your hair was not this blond, and you definitely didn’t have this curves you own now back then ” I said and she blu-shed profusely
I moved away from where I was standing and wra-pped my hands around her w@!st

What’s wrong with this woman for God sake, at least she should try not to tempt me, how can she be pregnant but is still able to cause weird reactions in me?

I moved my hands to her face and traced her brows with my thumbs

Can I even trust him at all?
I can’t deny the fact that I am still very much in love with him but then I’m not sure if he feels the same
I’m not sure if he is un-der the influence of something, I don’t know and I don’t want to go throu-gh the same thing twice.
I was still thinking about the whole thing when I heard him knock on the door
” Come in ” I said and he c@m£ inside, he was definitely not looking less than h0t
” Tee?….. What’s wrong? ”
” No…. ”
” Don’t lie to me Tee, what’s wrong? ”
” You really want to know what’s wrong, I’m still in love with you Edward that’s what’s wrong with me, I’m still in love with the pl@yboy and you are gonna up and leave me and my child alone… I’m trying my best not to get too attached to you, and I’m definitely not going to let my child get too attached, so just plea-se… plea-se let me go, it hurts enough alre-ady so plea-se let me go, I’m pleading with you. ”

I knew Tonia would be asking me that anytime soon and there is no want I’d like to her
I told her everything, how my dad was trying to use me to bring down Calvin, and how I got obsessed with Calvin’s wife, how I got involved with Lucas.. I told her everything leaving out no detail.

” Yes we can and you have to apologise to your friend and tell him the truth ”

We talked for a while about our wedding and we decided to inform her parents the next day, we enjoyed each other’s company, her hand ba-rely leaving my hair

I woke up the next day feeling on t©p of the world, everything is just perfect and the only thing that is causing me worry is the fact that I have to meet with Calvin and tell him everything.
I got up from my be-d and did my routine, then I rushed downstairs to make breakfast for Tonia, but I was quite late because Tonia was alre-ady setting the table
” It smells heavenly in here ” I said entering the dinning room
” It’s right about time you come downstairs ”
” Good morning my babies ” I said hvgging her from behind
” Good morning ”
” What did you make? ”
” Toast, bacon, sausage and some fruit ”
” You really don’t have to stress yourself ”
” It’s fine, I wanted to do this ”

” You are welcome, So how are you planning on doing things today? ” She said chewing on a toast
” I’m thinking we should go to your mum’s first and tell her about us, then if you don’t mind, I’d love you to go with me to Calvin’s ”
” I’d go anywhere with you Eddy. ”
” I’m really bothered about this thing Tee, I don’t know if he would turn me away or get mad at me, he’s the only true friend I have ever had, to be honest I won’t be surprised if he set the dogs after me, what I did was actually mean. ”
” Eddy, even if Calvin won’t forgive you it’s fine, what matters is that you are repentant, God sees your mind baby. ”

” What took you so long? ” My mum asked Edward right before she hvgged him
” Your daughter was quite stubborn ”
” What? ” I asked and he shook his head
” Blame it all on the pregnancy hor-mones ” my mum said and they all laughed
” Congratulations guys ” Cas-sy said hvgging me
” Thank you Cas-s ” Edward replied before I could
Telling my mum about us was much more easier than I thought and she took it better than I am doing. Cas-sy being the best friend in the world was alre-ady fussing about how they have to plan the wedding in two weeks
” What are we going to do about the wedding go-wn? ” My mum asked pacing
” That has been taken care of ” Edward replied
” What? ”
” I ordered for it, I really can’t wait for too long since the baby is showing alre-ady ”
” Oh, then we’d take care of other things ” my mum said then shooed us out
” Next st©p, Calvin’s ” Edward said obviously nervous
” It’s gonna be fine ” I said holding his hand and he nodded
He drove us into the street I found him the last time, then he st©pped in front of a very big house

We got down from the car and checked in with the security, the security guard called him and told him who was there. We were told to wait downstairs.
Few minutes someone that looked really familiar stormed downstairs, followed by a lady around my age, she looked really familiar too, before I could warn Edward, the man launched forward and punched Edward, I tried to separate them, but the lady pu-ll-ed me aside.
Minutes later Calvin left Edward alone and la-id on the floor beside him, I quic-kly moved to his side to inspect the damage done, I was really thankful that it was just hisl-ips that was bleeding
” Calvin, believe me you are in big trouble, I told you not to t©uçh him! ” His wife said and I turned to look at her, it was really no wonder Edward was obsessed, she was really an angel amidst human, but where do I know her from?
” Tonia is this you? ” She asked and everything cli-cked
” Tonia, yes it’s me ” I said standing up to hvg her
” Oh, you have no idea how much we looked for you, you didn’t put a call throu-gh either ”
” I’m sorry, things has been quite weird this days ”
” Calvin, help Edward up now ” she said then ushered me inside, the guys c@m£ after us
After we all settled, Tonia started asking me questions
” Why are you here with him? ”
” To help him seek forgiveness ”

” Who is forcing him to get married to you? ” He asked and I blu-shed profusely

” Calvin st©p stressing her, she’s in no condition to be stressed ” Edward said but Calvin shunned him

” You are pregnant? ” Kira yelled and I nodded
” Congratulations ” she said hvgging me

” So there are two pregnant women?… Oh great ” Calvin said and Kira threw the pillow on him

” We actually c@m£ to tell you something else entirely ” I Said gesturing towards Edward, he took that as his cue and explained everything to him, apologizing for each as he explained
” We kind of figured out you are the one that s£nt the message. ” Kira said to Edward when he finished
” You did? ” He asked obviously surprised
” Edward, do you seriously think I’m that dumb?… Edward, it’s only me, you and the contractors that know about the back entrance, it is well hidden. ”
” Oh true, well in summary, I am very sorry I was a pain in the n£¢k, I’m very sorry Kira for doing all that to you, I’m sorry Calvin for deceiving you all this while, trust me, I’ve st©pped working for my dad and you are still the best friend I’ve ever had. ”
” You are forgiven, on one condition. ”
” Tell me I’d do anything ”
” I’d be your best man on your wedding. ”
” And I’d be one of the bridesmaids ”
” You can be anything you want to be on my wedding day, well except the groom ” Edward said and we bur-st into laughter, he didn’t find it funny tho.
” Then You are forgiven bro. ” They stood up and hvgged, then Edward hvgged Kira, I didn’t know when I started crying.
” Wait, don’t tell me your fiancee has the overdose of pregnancy hor-mones too. ” Calvin said
” She does ” he said
” You are both crazy… Let’s have lunch together Tonia ” Kira said pu-lling me towards the kitchen
We all had lunch together, then Edward drove us back home.

Within the twi-nkle of an eye it was a day before our wedding, I ba-rely saw Tee throu-gh the week and I was missing her real good.
She was staying at her mum’s till the wedding, but I couldn’t help myself, it was late in the night but I drove there anyways, she was Definitely surprised to see me.
” Eddy?, Why are you here so late?. ” She asked when she saw me at the door, but I was too overwhelmed to talk, I hvgged her before she could ask again
” I missed you ”
” Don’t worry about that, by tomorrow you won’t have to miss me again, I’d be right by your side ” she said hvgging me back
” I know, but I can’t wait ”
” Eddy, it’s late and my mum must not see you here ” she said and I gro-an ed but I knew I had to go, like she said by tomorrow.

The wedding was a quiet one with few of our loved ones, but that doesn’t matter, what mattered was that we were together.
I was over joyed when the wedding ceremony was over, I was happy I’m now married to my first love.
We had a small p@rty to celebr@te, then my mum saw us off to the airport where we met Kira and Calvin.
” You know, you guys never told us why you are going with us ” I said pas-sing my luggage to Edward who in turn pas-sed it into the cart
” We are also going on honeymoon too ” Kira answered
” Ooooooh, that’s nice then, we can meet up and do this things ”
” Um we’d have to see about that ” Edward said smiling sheepishly
” Oooohhhh I get you bro ” Calvin ch!pped leaving me and Kira confused
” What are they talking about? ” Kira asked me and I shrugged
” I don’t know, I guess we’d have to wait to find out.
