Cyrus couldn’t ba-re to see Mabel and Tega go on a everyday d@t£.It didn’t know what was going on.He nee-ded to talk to Mabel.S he nee-ded to give him his answer.She was ma-king him hope too much.
Jane was ma-king it more difficult for him too,telling him to leave Mabel alone.H ow could she think of that.He waited patiently at Mabel’s door step.Jane said she was going on another d@t£ with Tega today.He had to st©p.it.
The door opened and Mabel c@m£ out looking very beautiful,she was surprised to see Cyrus at her front.
“Hey”she greeted with a smile.Cyrus didn’t reply her he just kept staring at her,sge was dressing so gorgeous for a d@t£ with Tega
“I want to take you out”he managed with a cool voice
“Cyrus..Tega”she tried to talk
“Enough of this Mabel..Tega all the time..you nee-d to give me more time to talk to you…you nee-d to give me reply and st©p ma-king me hope for so long”He said
“Cyrus…”
“You are not going on a d@t£ e with Tega today Mabel.You have to give me a reply today”he said.Mabel stared a him…of course she nee-ded to give him a reply…it’s just 5 says to her wedding..she nee-ded to break up with A Tega and move on with her soulmate..but pres£ntly she doesn’t even know what to do
“Excuse me”she said to Cyrus and went back to her room.She jumped on the be-d and sigh.She picked her phone and text Tega a message

She stood up and re-adjusted her dress and her makeup.She hoped Tega won’t be disappointed by her sudden change in plan. she c@m£ out of her room and gave Cyrus a warm smile
“Shall we?”she asked
“Definitely”he replied immediately very happy

She sat down opposite Cyrus as he ordered some foods
“Mabel..”Cyrus said as he held her hands. “The day I k!$$£d you….”he was cut short by Mabel’s laughter.He looked up at her.She was staring at her phone.Why was she laughing.He tapped her.
“Oh sorry”Mabel said to Cyrus.She looked at her phone again and re-re-ad Tega’s message again

yesterday.I went back home..but.
but I woke up with a chicken bone
in my hand.Does that mean I sleep eat?’
She laughed again and then looked up at Cyrus
“Excuse me?”she said to him. and picked her phone to reply Tega’s message
‘Fool! I made you dinner before

“You said something”She said to Cyrus back.
“Yeah…”he replied trying not to get offended with what she just did.Who the hell was messaging her!

“Yeah you did”she replied
“It wasn’t a mistake Mabel”he said again
“Yeah you told me earlier”she said again

“It’s funny I did”
“Well…I’m glad you did cause…I really like you”

“You might be wondering why I really like you when you are about to get married..but I can’t even explain myself..Tega saw us k!ss…did he tell you”
“Yeah he told me”she said with a smile that Cyrus didn’t expect
“Was he angry about it…I mean is that gonna spoil the wedding”he asked anxiously
She laughed..but not to what he said but to her phone.Again?How does she expect him to keep talking with this distraction!
‘and how will you explain how all my bo-xers disappeared from my wardrobe’
She laughed continually this time around and replied his message
‘Sorry darling..I forget them in the
washing machine”

“Cyrus…I know you are worried about Tega getting angry about the k!ss..bit it’s nothing..Tega isn’t like that”she said
“No that’s not what I’m worried about…I just want you to give me a reply….choose between me and Tega…that’s all I want so I can know my fate!”he said
“Hmmmn… reply!”she said and wondered.She was definitely going to chose you Cyrus.. Just chill.
“I will give you my Answer Cyrus.. bî not now”
“I want it NOW Mabel”he said with a command tone

Her charming husband stood by the bar and waved at her.She could not hide her laughter as she bur-st Into smiles and waved back at Tega like a girl who just saw her crush.
She didn’t know when she stood up from Cyrus table and moved to meet Tega.

“Seriously..don’t tell me you’re not putting on a bo-xer”Mabel said to Tega.He laughed
“My bad!”he said and she laughed
“Sorry for that..”she said to him
“Well…it isn’t obvious is it”he said looking at himself and she laughed
“You are the one ma-king it obvious as you are staring at yourself”She said and he smiled
He looked to his right and his eyes met Cyrus’ .The guy was angry..he knew.Mabel had walked out on him…that was a big insult.H e waved him hi and Cyrus managed a smile
“Don’t you think you have a d@t£ to finish”Tega said to Mabel
Mabel looked towards Cyrus direction
“Oh yeah”she said weakly
“So run along”Tega said to her
“Are you gonna be here waiting?”she asked
“If you won’t take long”he said and faced the bar man.Mabel turned to Cyrus again but he was not there.
“Tega!”she called.He turned to her and she let his eyes trace to where she was looking. “He’s not there”she said
“He left?”Tega asked and looked around.It was clear cyrus was angry
“I think he did”Mabel said looking around too.She sighed.Cyrus must have been disappointed
“What were you guys discussing about”Tega asked
“Well…he said it’s high time I give him an answer”
“Hmmmn”Tega said and paid the bar man for the drink he had
“Shall we”he asked
“Sure”she said and they left the restaurant
They got outside the restaurant,Mabel st©pped Tega.He looked at her wondering,she looked up at him and smiled
“Where are you taking me for d@t£ 6″she asked anxiously.He stared at her..at the beginning if this d@t£ she had told him to st©p that she was still gonna choose Cyrus..now she was asking for more d@t£?His plan was working quite well
“Hey!”she tapped him from his trance
“Thank God you reminded me…”Tega said to her “Today will be the end of our d@t£!”he said again.S he stared at him as her smile faded
“Why?”she asked
“It’s 5 days to our wedding..if I take 2 days to complete our d@t£…it remains 3days…it isn’t enough for you to think right.. so let’s suspend the d@t£”
“No the d@t£ doesn’t have anything to do with my thinking”she said
He smiled “I’ve made up my mind”he said to her and opened the door if his car for her to hop in.She looked inside his car.She wasn’t going to go in..why the hell did he cancel their d@t£.It wasn’t funny
“I’m not entering”she said with a shrug
“Okay”Tega said without del@yand shut the door of his car
He moved to the other side of his car and entered jamming the door
Mabel stared at him.He didn’t even apologize?
Tega started his car and she immediately opened the door and entered.She couldn’t risk missing the ride..cause she was cashless.As she entered Tega turned to look at her and smiled,she have him a frown
“Don’t get used to me apologizing all the time okay?I’m the man here..I have a say”he said
She looked at him..He was right.A man has to be the head…she got to respect his decision..not hers all the time
“Do you un-derstand?”he asked her..she ignored him and increa-sed the volume of the radio.She heard him chuckle loudly and she smiled.

The sound of the sudden press in br@ke was what woke Mabel up.
“What’s wrong”she asked Tega in her sleepy tone.Tega had just pressed the br@ke with f0rç£.Mabel looked forward to see what was wrong
Another car was parked crossed which made Tega press the break.The car looked familiar.Mabel turned to look at Tega
“Settle this”Tega told her.She nodded slowly in agreement and got down from. the car.She walked slowly as Tega watched her throu-gh the windshield of the car,the person in the other car too got down and also moved to Mabel
“Cyrus?”she moved to him confused
“Lets go home now”he said to Mabel
“Hey…what’s..”
“I brou-ght you right..so I have to take you home”he said and he dragged her
“Cyrus…wait…I..”
Tega watched as Cyrus dragged Mabel to his car,but she keep st©pping looking towards Tega’s direction for a go ahead..but Tega didn’t move at all..he didn’t nid in agreement..he just kept watching.Then Mabel j£rked cyrus hand and Tega saw her approach him
She moved to the window of the other seat(where she had sat down) and dragged her bag from the car
“He brou-ght me…so he has to take me”she said to Tega and walked out
Tega watched…what was all this fight for a lady.Now Cyrus had to share his own lady with him?
They have to start choosing who will follow who…this is just so absurd.
Second time Tega felt really jealous.He watched as Mabel entered into Cyrus’ car.Cyrus also moved to the other side and started his car
Tega was mad inside of him.He knew.But he shrugged it off.He increa-sed his gear and drive off ma-king sure he drove past. Cyrus car.So they would know he didn’t really care.But he was having a change if mind
Mabel sat down in Cyrus car and sighed.What a confused life she was living.Again the car c@m£ to an abrupt st©p.Cyrus had pressed the br@ke almost immediately.What was wrong this time around.
She looked up and saw Tega’s car crossing Cyrus’s.What was Tega up to now
Tega got down from his car and stood in front of Cyrus car.But instead of Mabel to come down.. Cyrus c@m£ down instead.Mabel smelled a fight and hurriedly hopped down
“Let’s go Mabel..the person you c@m£ with left you in the middle of the dat without showing up again…I picked you up..and you have every right to follow me”
“Tega…”Mabel stuttered
“She’s going nowhere Tega…she c@m£ with me and must go with me”Cyrus said
“I’m her husband Cyrus”
“Husband to be you mean”
“Well we are engaged”
“So?”
“I have everything right over her”Tega said
“Well I have the same right you have over her”Cyrus also Said
“And why is that?
“Cause shes in love with me”Cyrus said.Tega laughed
“And who told you that”Tega asked.
“Well Tega..i think you should hear from the horse’s mouth”
“Yeah sure….Mabel..you have something to say?”Tega asked.Mabel looked at the two souls.She loved them both.But how could she say that.How could she love two men.
“The innocent girl is even taking hours to think if she loves you or not”Tega tea-sed Cyrus
“Let’s go Mabel”Tega said and dragged her hands.Cyrus dragged her back
“She’s coming with me Tega”he defended
“We are both gentle guys and you know that…”Tega said “We don’t have to fight about this do we?”Tega asked and still Cyrus didn’t re-lease her hand
Tega sighed and dragged Mabel again.Cyrus also didn’t hesitate to do the same.T he two guys stared at themselves.Mabel smelled trouble.A big one at that.
“I think I’m the one at fault here”she said with a trembling voice.The guys turned to her
“I’ve been keeping you guys waiting for too long.The two of you are in love with me and I keep pla-ying with your feelings.Maybe it’s time I give an answer to all your questions.I love you both although it’s sounding awkward…but I just have to chose one of you…and I’m gonna do that”she said
The two guys left her hands eager to hear wat she wants to say
“I’m ….gonna….chose….just….one…of you…and I’ll like the other not to be upset…I’ll like you guys to talk to yourself and un-derstand each other.Fighting will do you no good.Im not gonna chose tonight…but tomorrow…and this is it…. Whoever sees my call tomorrow is the one I chose.Im sorry I had to do it this way but right now I don’t even know how to face the two of you…..and for the ride…I’ll take a taxi!”she said and Walked out
The two guys kept staring.
