I was seated in Jeremy’s car, cause we were parked in front of Amaya’s cabin house. It seems she stays here on her own, maybe when she wants to have a alone time. Well I don’t blame her, she’s the presidential daughter, it’s not that easy being in such position, it really involves so much responsibilities.
Jeremy went in probably to put a call to her, I hope he’s not gonna take much time. Just as I was still in my thoughts, he c@m£ out, seems he was alone, probably she’s not in.
He c@m£ to my side to open the door for me while I stepped down.
“What about Amaya?” I asked anxiously
“Uhmm.. she’s in” he replied
“But you’re not out with her” I replied
” Well she said you should come in” he said
” Really? Does she know I’m the one? ” I asked
“Not really, I only told her that someone and I really wants to see her and she said you could come in” he replied and I felt discouraged.
” She’s definitely gonna freak out, once she finds out I’m the one” I said feeling discouraged.
” Don’t worry Stelly, I’m right beside you” he said and I hit him on his arm smiling.
” Jeez!!! Why did you do that?” He asked
“Only Olivia is allowed to call me that” I replied and he laughed
” Well, it didn’t even hurt” he replied and I rolled my eyes.
” Common, let’s go in” he said and we both walked in to the compound till we reached the door of the cabin.
“Okay I repeat Stelly, don’t be scared remember someone is right beside you” he said and I just laughed.
I know he called me that on purpose. But just too make things feel better.
He put a knock on the door and Amaya offered us in from inside.
Immediately our eyes met? Gosh! I could see the hate she used to look at me. Scanning me from head to toe.
“Jeremy, why the hell did you bring her here? This isn’t our agreement” she said
” I don’t think so, I said someone is here to see you, but you didn’t ask who it was, and she’s the someone” he replied.
” So what is she doing here?” She asked with her arms folded.
” To apologise for trying to steal my Jeremy away from me?” She added
” She won’t apologise on anything, most especially that, cause I’m not yours. And obviously the only person that owes someone an apology here Amaya is you. You owe Stella a lot of apologies” he replied.
” What did I even do to her” she said rolling her eyes angrily at me
“Should I mention you befriending her for your selfish reasons, or you almost trying to kill her with ha-rd drugs, you encouraging my mum to expell her, so many more. Look Amaya let’s not even go there” Jeremy replied and I guess she was shocked. I can’t believe she’s behind my expulsion. Here I am thinking it was Alexa.
“But Jeremy, I did all those because of you, because of how much I love you” she said almost in tears trying to t©uçh him but he moved away.
“if you truly love me like you claim, you won’t try to hurt the things I love” he replied
” Jeremy I don’t un-derstand, don’t tell me you’re having feelings for this” she said pointing at me with disregards.
” You shouldn’t address her that way, it’s wrong” he said
” Jeremy why are you doing this to me?” She said in tears.
“What? I really don’t un-derstand what you’re talking about? I did nothing to you” He replied
” Tell me, is it a crime to love someone?” She asked still in tears and I must admit, I felt really awful for her.
Jeremy walked to her and wipe her tears handing his hanky over to her.
“Amaya, I love you. But as friends should be. Look if eventually I let something happen between us, things are not gonna go right. You’re just going to hate me. I don’t think you want that” Jeremy said and she shook her head.
” We were friends, I knew you always wanted to deal with clothing and modeling, but suddenly I found you in rock and roll. It was a surprise to me. And I’m 101% sure you don’t have an interest in it” he said to her
” You’re right about that, I just couldn’t let go. I wanted to be everywhere around you. Since I was 16 I always had a crush on when I see you on set, but you only termed it in friend zone, and it really hurt me to know that” she replied
” Look Amaya, I un-derstand every single word. I promise you, you’ll find someone better. And I’ll always be supportive in whatever you do. I’ve been finding the right time to tell you this, but I guess it’s now. See Amaya, don’t give up on your dreams as a fashionista and a model, you suit it okay. I promise I’m 100 times behind you, trust me. You’re gonna go places in that aspect” Jeremy said
” Thanks alot Jeremy, I’m so happy to hear you speak to me like this, I mean we’ve never really talked to each other fluent like this, it’s always me doing another annoying stuff, or getting on your nerves. I never realized talking to you without being up to something mischievous would yield such good results. You’re right, my real dream is to be a model, I’m just in Rock and roll based on selfishness, thanks alot Jeremy” she said and they hvgged for a while.
” And I’m sorry for what I did Jeremy” she said.
“You really didn’t do anything awful” he replied.
” No, you’ve forgotten so soon. I drugged you with strong and over dose of sedative but your mum c@m£ to your rescue” she explained and he chuckled cutely, I couldn’t help but smile.
” Well, I really don’t want to remember that, I was so embarras-sed” he laughed
” I’m glad you find it funny now” she said smiling.
“Stella” she called calmly surprisingly me
“Huh?” I replied with a smile
“I owe you the most of my apologies. For all I put you throu-gh. It’s just so sad realizing how much I’ve been a monster to you. Because of my bad behavior, I lost my true friendsh!pwith you and Olivia. Well the truth is that the first time I met you, I was really fascinated with your talent, so I really wanted to be close to you, well I guess jealousy overwhelmed me” she said
” It’s no problem Amaya, it’s all in the past and should be forgotten” I said still smiling.
” Well the thing is that, Alexa is not really a true friend to me. I lost you and Olivia. Well I’m not begging to be you guys friends again, but I just want you both to forgive me, it will never repeat itself. plea-se help me talk to Olivia, she really likes you which gives me hope that she might hear you out ” she said.
And something in my heart told me that this time she really meant what she was saying.
“I forgive you Amaya, and I promise you I’ll talk to Olivia, okay? ” I said
” Thanks alot Stella, I love you Soo much” she said stretching her hands for a hvg which I accepted immediately.
” Enough girls, so now that things has been resolved, can we all go for ice cream” Jeremy asked and we both cheered happily.
We all walked out of the cabin heading to Jeremy’s car. Well for the first time, I feel quite relived.

“And where do you think you’re coming from?” I heard mum say as I walked into the living room.
I first settled down on the nearest couch before replying her.
“I went out” I said
“Does that answers my question?” She asked in rage
“That only depends on you mum” I replied
“I’m your mother and I deserve every right to know your where about”she said
” Mum, I’m grown up now, you don’t have to worry about where I go to, as far as I’m back home safely, you don’t have to be scared? ” I replied
” Scared? Jeremy what have you done? ” She asked totally confusing
” Done? Like I don’t un-derstand mum, explain better” I replied
” Don’t pretend you’re not aware of what’s going on” she said
“Seriously mum, I have no idea” I replied
” Fine, you were with that Stella of a br@t today, weren’t you? ” She asked and I chuckled
” Mum, she’s human, and deserve some respect from you, calling her names won’t help a bit” I said
” That doesn’t answer my question” she replied
” Well mum, as you can see, it’s late alre-ady, and I’m really really sleepy, nee-d a full rest” I said
” What the hell are you saying Jeremy, you even skipped school today. All because of a nob©dy” she said
” Mum seriously, I don’t appreciate you calling Stella names, she’s like p@rt of me, calling her names means you’re also referring to me” I said and mum stood up furiously.
” What the hell Jeremy. I’m. 99.9% sure that you’re out of your s-en-ses” she said
” I’m glad it’s not up to a hundred” I replied
“Suddenly you’ve become sarcastic. Clearly you’ve been Bewitched Jeremy” she said and I bur-sted into another round of laughter.
“Bewitched, you say. I don’t know why that word is so common among mums who don’t want their son with a p@rticular girl” she said
” Tha…..
“It’s okay mum, good night” I said cutting her In climbing the stairs to the direction of my be-droom
” Jeremy how dare you, I’m not done talking” she yelled from downstairs
” Sorry mum, I’m really tired” I replied entering my room and locking the door to avoid disturbance. Just before she comes shouting again. I put on my headset to the highest volume knowing it’s dangerous. Music is better than hearing mum yelling at the t©p of her voice.
Well I don’t really mean to disrespect her, but things are alre-ady getting out of hand. She really think he could just control me, I’m alre-ady off the teen age. Yh, I know she has been throu-gh a lot, that’s the p@rticular reason I’m doing my best not to hurt her, because of the love I have for her. But she’s taking it too far. Besides I decided not to have anything doing with love because of what the man she claimed to love did to her after realising she was pregnant for me. I can’t even open my mouth to say if I have a father. I wonder if he even thinks or remember he has a son somewhere or remember he abandoned a teenager with a pregnancy 19-20 year ago. Well, I don’t give a damn, I’m used to living like that. But Stella changed a p@rt of me. And I can’t let mum just spoil a everything in a blink of an eye. I’ll fight for what I want even if it means giving up what has motivated me all throu-gh my life, music.

Next Morning
It was the continuous knock on the door that j£rked me out of sleep.
I didn’t want to answer, but mum was screaming on t©p of her voice, and I just can’t afford a new dose of head ache.
“Jeremy I won’t talk again, the next thing you’ll see me doing is breaking down your door” she said
” I’m coming mum, plea-se chill, you woke me out of my sleep” I said walking to door finally opening and she rushed in angrily. I really don’t know what is going on but she’s really angry and I’m so sure it’s not about last night.
“I thought you were never going to open up” she said
“No mum you don’t un-derstand, I was asleep” I replied.
” Asleep? It’s past 8am and you’re meant to be on your way to school if not there alre-ady” she said.
” Mum, I see no reason for that, I’ll be in school when nee-ded. I got the skills from birth, what the heck I’m I going to do in the school filled with freaks” I replied.
” I know this is about Stella, and I promise you, she’s gonna pay for it” mum said angrily
” Speaking of that, what the hell did you do to Amaya” mum said ragging in anger.
” Me? Amaya? Definitely nothing mum” I replied
” Don’t pl@ygames with me Jeremy, you know what I’m talking about” she said.
” Swears mum, I’m lost here. And I don’t re-ad minds” I replied
” Tell me why Amaya left rock and roll? Her dad just emailed her letter to me this morning” she said showing me her phone.
” To be sincere mum, I don’t know anything about this” I defended
“Jeremy, why are you doing this to me? ” She asked in a tone that actually hurt me, it made me feel kind of guilty. But I’m not gonna fall for that this time.
“Mum, I’m sorry if I’ve hurt you in anyway, but the truth is that, Amaya was in that school for her own interests. If you’re worried about me and her? I have to as-sure you we are on good terms, we even talked yesterday” I explained
” Aren’t you guys meant to be together. That girl likes you Jeremy” mum said.
” I’m sorry mum, but I never thought you could trade me happiness just for your interest. I’m your son mum, the only one you have” I replied
” And what does that have to do with these? ” She asked
” Mum, we both know the only reason you want me to be with Amaya is because she’s the daughter to the president. Mum, that’s totally out of shade. What you think Amaya is feeling is obviously infatuation. Considering all the things she has done in that school. She broke thousands of rules. And you did nothing. The most shocking p@rt is you cooperating with her to expell an innocent student. The fact is that you can f0rç£ me to be with Amaya but my heart would never be with that” I replied heartily.
” You are so ungrateful Jeremy and I promise you’ll pay for all what you’re doing” she said and I must admit, those words were like a bomb to me.
” Mum, did you just say that. I mean is should be the one hating on you, you gave birth to me without a father. I was on your side. I un-derstood every reason you told me. Because of you mum I hated the man I’ve never met. Nob©dy beside me except you mum. Even though you f0rç£d me to do a lot of stuff, without caring for my own feelings if I’m happy or not. I still made sure your happiness was my priority. I did a lot of things against my will, I bec@m£ a loner, what ever I did you found wrong. I mean look at me mum. You had me when you were still a teenager. I’m sure your parents didn’t f0rç£ you to do that, I’m sorry mum if you don’t find me in this house again, good bye” I said picking my car key rushing out, not even caring if I’ve taken my bath or not, I just wanted to be far away from mum. She’s my problem now. Don’t quote me wrong, this is not because of Stella,it involves me now. And I’m leaving. She didn’t even look remorseful throu-gh out my speech, I guess she do give a damn about me. I’ll jus make that easier for her.
