“How did you know that I betrayed my friend 19 years ago?” Mr Wilson asked while Paul laughed and narrated everything that Dav told him and even add to it!
Tara on the other hand was listening to all their conversation, she was really shocked when she saw Paul.
Tara was a very intelligent and smart girl, she knows how to get what she want.
“So how do you wanna help us?” Mrs Wilson asked.
“Well, before I tell you my plans, i will like to have a deal with you two!”
“And what is the deal?” Mr Wilson asked.
“If I help you get Dav down, I will marry your daughter Sonia!” Paul requested while Mr and Mrs Wilson thought for a while before they shouted together
“Yes you will marry her and we will give you half of our wealth!”
“Interesting! That’s mean we have a deal! I well s£nd you all the details you nee-d to know about Dav, then I will call you to tell you our next step!” Paul said.
“Deal!” Mr Wilson said while they shook hands together as Paul left.
“Hmmm! Our problem is be solved by itself! Dav wait for me, since you want to know what kill your father, will also kill you too!” Mr Wilson said.
Tara ran to the backyard and called Sonia immediately and explained everything to her.
s£nator Wilson was a man that cannot be arrested anyhow because he was a politician and bringing him down will be very difficult but Sonia must make sure her parents face the law of murder.

Sonia, David, Steve and Vincent could be see sitting together when Sonia’s phone rang, it was Tara, she picked the called, while Tara told her everything, after the call, she dropped her phone on the table with her mouth wild opened.
“Sonia what is it?” Steve asked.
“Tara said, Paul went to my father’s house!”
“What? How did Paul know where you live?” Vincent asked.
“I don’t think is Paul she saw! Because Paul don’t know where you live?” David defend. (If only he knows what awaited him.)
“Dav, st©p defending Paul! That guy is not a good guy!” Steve said.
“Tara is not a child that she don’t what she saw!” Sonia said.
“Paul is my childhood friend and………..” The sound of his phone interrupted him, Paul was calling!! Dav quic-kly picked the call.
“Hello Paul!” He said.
“Dav, plea-se where are you? You nee-d to help me!” Paul said pretending to be scared and crying.
“Paul, what is the problem?” David asked.
“I can’t tell you on phone, plea-se just come to Eko h0tel!” Paul said.
“Okay, I will be right there!” Dav said and the call went dead!
“Dav, what did he say?” Sonia asked.
“I told you guys that Paul is not the one Tara saw! With the way Paul was talking to me, I think something is wrong! I will see you guys later, baby, take care of yourself, I will call you later, I love you!” Dav said as he start walking away.
“Okay, Dav let me go with you!” Sonia requested.
“No baby, I will go alone!” Dav said and hopped into his car and drove off.
“Something is fishing!” Steve said.
“And we nee-d to looked for that thing!” Vincent said.
“Sonia, you will go to Dav house and collect the c.d from Dav mother and bring it, I will talk to my mum elder brother who is very good lawyer to handle this case!” Steve said.
“You’re right Steve! Paul is up to something, we have to act fas-ter before he harm Dav!” Vincent said. After some discussion on how to get to the bu-tton of what was happening, they all left, Sonia di as Steve told her, she went to Dav house and collect the c.d while she drove home.

Dav was driving very close to the h0tel when black van st©pped at his front, four hung guys c@m£ out with mask on their faces from the black van, they went straight to Dav car and dragged him out! They took him into their van, while they drove off.
They got to a remote area, they packed at the front of an uncompleted building, while they dragged Dav out, they took him to a room and asked him to sit down on a ru-bber chair, which he did, they tied his hands and legs to the chair.
Minutes later, their leader c@m£ in, Dav was shocked to see the person standing before him.
“Paul!!” He called with a surprised face.
“Yes it me Paul, are you surprised Dav?” Paul asked.
Dav was completely lost in thought.
“So it true, he went to Sonia’s father house! But how did he get to know where Sonia live?” He thought.
(“Dav, st©p defending Paul, that guy is not a good guy!”) The word Steve told him began to ring on his head like bell. The resounding sl@p Paul gave him bought him back to reality. Dav rise his head up and looked at Paul.
“How dare you keep me waiting, without answering my question?” Paul said angrily and sl@p Dav again.
“Paul, you betrayed me! You betrayed my trust for you as a friend!” Dav said sadly..

Paul laughed at Dav mockingly.
“Dav, 19 years ago, Mr s£nator Wilson betrayed his best friend your father to get what he want that make him who he is today! So it is not a crime for me to betray my friend just to get what I want!” Paul said and laughed.
“And what is that, that you want?” Dav asked.
“Sonia is the one that I want!” Paul replied.
“Paul, Sonia is my woman and I love her so much!”
“Because of her Father’s money!” Paul said.
“Her father’s money or my father money! Paul, you are wicked and you will regret this!” Dav said sadly.
“So you still have mouth to talk?” Paul said and hit him with his gun on his muscles while Dav screamed in pain, Paul hit him again on his head and he pas-s out! Then Dav phone began to ring, Sonia was calling, Paul took the phone from Dav pocket and smashed it to the wall when he saw that it was Sonia, and the phone scatter into pieces.

Sonia kept calling Dav number and it was repeating the same word NOT AVAILABLE. She quic-kly took her car keys and headed downstairs, she was about to open the sitting room door when a hung man walked to her.
“You can’t go out miss Sonia!” The man said.
“And who are you to tell me that I can’t go out? And what are you doing in my father’s house?” Sonia asked angrily.
“I employed him to guard you not to leave this house anymore!” Said Sonia father.
“What? You did………”
“Yes he did it, from now on, you will not leave this house to anymore!” Sonia’s mother interrupted her while Sonia hissed and tried to walked out but the hung man held her back as she screamed painfully.
“Let me go!” She said while the man leave her as she began to cry and ran upstairs, she got to her room and lied on the be-d, she took her phone and was about to Dial Steve number when her door suddenly opened, her dad walked in carrying an angry face.
“What are you doing here, you monster of a father?!” Sonia said crying.
“Sonia, I don’t have time to exchange words with you! Give me that phone and car keys!” Said her dad.
“What? My phone and my car key, for what?” She asked yelling while her dad impatiently dragged the phone and car key from her and walked out. Sonia coll@psed in her be-d as she wept. Tara c@m£ in minutes later and consoled her.

Two days later: Dav number was still not going, Dav mother was worried, she had called Sonia number, but it was not going either. So Dav mother decided to go to Mr Wilson’s house, she broaded a taxi which dropped her at the front of Mr Wilson’s gate, she payed the taxi driver while she knocked on the gate and was granted access by the gate man to entered, she walked into the sitting room and met Mr Wilson and his wife merry!
“Mr Wilson, where is my son? What has you done to my son?” She asked angrily.
“If you don’t get out of my house now, you will die just the way your husband died!” Mr Wilson said.
“Are you deaf? Get out of here!” Mrs Wilson shouted at her.
“I am going nowhere, all else you provide my son!” She said.
“Ayo, pushed this woman out of here!” Said Mrs Wilson while Ayo did as ordered, but Dav mother stood outside, she refused to go.
Mr Wilson went into his too. And bought out his gun! (“Since she refused to go then she will join her husband!”) Mr Wilson thought and c@m£ out of the sitting room!
“So you are still here!” He said to Dav mother and cracked the trigger, just the Steve walk in, before Steve could get closer, Mr Wilson sh0t Dav mother on her stomach and she fell on the ground motionless!
“Dad no!” Sonia shouted and ran to help Dav mother her mother st©pped her.
“Ayo, hold Sonia!” Sonia mum said while Ayo did as ordered, Tara was at the concern vedioing everything that was happening! Steve quic-kly took Dav mother and ran to his car, he put her at the back seat and start the engine while he drove off to the hospital.
Steve actually went there to collect the c.d from Sonia, so that he can give it to his uncles as requested by his uncle. He called Vincent immediately he got to the hospital and explained everything to him while Vincent who was at the restaurant was about leaving for the hospital when he saw Veronica.
“Hey Vero! Good to see you!” He said.
“Same here! Where are you rushing to?” She asked.
“To the hospital, Dav mother was sh0t by Sonia’s father!” He replied.
“What? Why?” She asked while Vincent narrated everything to her!
“Hmmm, I knew it, I knew Paul was up to something! Do you know what, my uncle is the d.p.o of the police station, I will talk to him and we also nee-d to looked for a way to get Sonia and Tara out of her father’s house, so that we can get the c.d!” she said.

“Thank you very much Veronica!” Vincent said.
“Is okay, Dav is a nice person and we nee-d to help him out!” She said.
“Thanks, I have to go to the hospital now!” Vincent said.
“I will go with you!” She requested.
“Alright, no problem!” He said while they left.
#AT_MR_WILSON_HOUSE
Tara who has be excepting Mr Wilson to receive a call, because she over heard him talking to someone on phone and the person promise to call back. Ayo was outside the sitting room, Sonia was inside her room, pacing up and down, Tara had promised her that she will find a way that they are going to escaped. Suddenly Mr Wilson who was sitting down on the couch at the sitting room, phone rang and he picked instantly.
“Hello, Paul!” He said.
“Mr Wilson, I has s£nt you the address!” Paul said on the other end.
“Okay, I will check it now and I will be with you boys in a jiffy!” He said and hang up. Tara was listening to his conversation! Mr Wilson check it and smiled while he dropped the on the table, few minutes later, he went upstairs forgetting his phone on the table, immediately after he left Tara went there and use one pas-sword that unlock any pas-sword on any phone to unlock Mr Wilson phone, she quic-kly wrote out the address on a $h!t of paper while she drop the phone back on the table and ran to Sonia’s room and informed her.
Tara quic-kly s£nt Steve a text telling him to stay around the area, once Mr Wilson left with his wife that he should drive to the back of the fence, because she had alre-ady found a way that they are going to escape from the backyard without the guards knowledge.
Few minutes later, Mr and Mrs Wilson drove out of the house, while Tara called Steve to come instantly of which he did, he c@m£ along with his sister Mary, Steve has alre-ady explained everything to his parents. Tara ran to Sonia’s room when Steve called her and told her that he was alre-ady at the back of the fence.
“Sonia, let’s go but first you have to change to something better like trou-ser not shi-t!” Tara said while Sonia quic-kly change as they sneaked out to the backyard. Sonia calmed the fence first and jumped while Tara was about calming when one of the guards saw her, she quic-kly calmed as fast as she could but was sh0t on her leg by the guard. Mary quic-kly opened the car door for them while Sonia drag Tara into the car as Steve speed off.
The guards entered their car and pursed them, Steve drove to a check point and the polices there st©pped them.
“Hey come down, where is your driving las£nces?” One of the policemen asked.
“Officer, plea-se help us! Some boys are coming after us, they sh0t her on her leg and we nee-d to take her to the hospital!” Sonia said pointing at Tara who was bleeding seriously.
“Oh, I have see them, the car is coming to this direction, you can go!” Another policeman said while Steve drove off with high speed, straight to the hospital.
The policemen gave chances on the way as Ayo and his boys were driving towards there! They got there and the officers st©pped them but they tried to drove pas-s them while two officers sh0t their tired, the policemen arrested Ayo and his boys and took them to station. Steve drove to the hospital, they took Tara inside whiee the nurses attend to her!
Tara gave Sonia her phone and the address! Sonia was surprised when Tara told her that she vedio everything that happened at Mr Wilson house.
Sonia thanked Tara while Steve deposit some money to the hospital for Tara treatment! Mary stayed with her while Steve and Sonia drove to the police station. Veronica and Vincent were alre-ady waiting for them at the station, in vero’s uncle office who happens to be the d.p.o along side with Steve uncle who happens to be the lawyer! Steve and Sonia entered the office by the company of a young officer! Veronica hvgged Sonia immediately she saw her without w@!sting time, Sonia bought the c.d while Vincent who had gone there with his l@pt©p bought it out, while they watched the vedio, they saw how it all happened and Sonia also show them the vedio in Tara’s phone.
“Hmmm this is a pure edvinces that can lead your father to life in prisonment!” The lawyer said to Sonia.
“Sir, I don’t care, if they s£ntences him to death, he deserved it, I want Dav to be saved, I love him, my father and mother are murders and they must face the law!” Sonia said.
The d.p.o called his boys and asked them to go with Sonia and the others to the address the provided…..

While the lawyer took the c.d and transfer the vedio on Tara’s phone to his phone likewise the d.p.o as the lawyer left immediately, while Sonia, Veronica, Steve and Vincent and the police officers provided for them by the d.o.p left to the address.
#AT_THE_UNCOMPLETED_BUILDING
Dav was still tied to the ru-bber chair, his eyes, mouth and face have swellow because of the beat he had received from Paul and his boys without food or water for two days! Mr Wilson, his wife and Paul walked to where Dav was, they stood at his front, Mr Wilson raise Dav head up, Dav looked at him with hatred.
“Dav, you planed to killed me, but I am going to s£nd you to your useless parents in hell!” Mr Wilson said.
“You will pay for this dearly!” Dav manage said while Mrs Wilson sl@pped him.
“How dare you take to my husband in such manner?” Mrs Wilson yelled.
“You all will pay and you Paul, you will regret this!” Dav said bleeding from his nose!
“So you are still talking? Hey! Shoot him to death!” Paul said and commanded one of his boys. As the boy took his gun and cracked the trigger, he was about to shoot Dav when they heard a gun sh0t, Paul turned and found out that his boys were lying dead on the ground, the one that wanted to shoot Dav, instantly pu-ll-ed the trigger and the bullet meet Mrs Wilson on her che-st and she died immediately while the guy was sh0t dead too by the police. Dav had pas-s out, Sonia and the others rushed to Dav, while the polices arrested Mr Wilson and Paul and took the dead ones away! Steve and Vincent quic-kly loosed Dav from the chair and took him to the car while Veronica and Sonia followed them as Sonia was crying seriously! Mr Wilson and Paul were shocked on how come Sonia and the others found them and how did Sonia escaped Ayo and his boys.
Mr Wilson and Paul were taken to the cell, while Dav was taken to hospital.
A month later, Dav had recovered likewise his mother and Tara, mrs Wilson and Paul boys were buried at the cemetery, since Sonia refused to bury her mother.
It was the day for court; Sonia, Steve, Tara, Veronica, Vincent, Dav, Dav mother, Mary, Mr and Mrs honourable Denis could be see sitting together at the front sear while pual and Mr Wilson were see standing! After they has judged the case, the. The judge herself gave her judgment consigning Mr Wilson and Paul.
“Paul okonta, I hereby s£ntence you to five years in prisonment for attem-pted murder of Mr David Iben! Mr Wilson, I hereby s£ntence you to life in prisonment for murder and attem-pted of late Mr Iben and his wife Mrs Iben and their son Mr David Iben! Court over!” The judge said and left. While Mr Wilson and Paul cried.
“plea-se Sonia, forgive me plea-se David!” Mr Wilson cried.
“Too late, just too late to cry when the head is off! FACE THE LAW! I told you before that I will bring you down!” Sonia said and left while Mr Wilson and Paul were dragged away!
Sonia was alre-ady pregnant but she was yet to know that, they got home immediately Sonia start vomiting, Dav was wondering why but his mother as-sured him not to worried while she went to check on Sonia.
“Sonia, what is wrong with you?” Dav mother asked.
“Mum, I don’t know, I has be feeling weak, dizzy, feeling sleepy and cold inside me!” Sonia said weakly.
“Have you see your period?” She asked.
“Ehen! No oh, I haven’t see my period!” Sonia replied while Dav mother smiled and said “you are pregnant!”
“Eheee?” Sonia asked.
“Yes, you’re carrying my grandchild!” Dav mother said happily and hvgged Sonia while they happily went to meet Dav and told him. Dav was the most happiest man on earth.
Two months later Dav and Sonia got married! Steve end up marrying Tara and Vincent end up marrying Veronica!
Sonia sold all her father’s houses and gave Dav the money, Dav bec@m£ the c.e.o of the companies. Dav handed one of the company to Vincent and some hung amount of money to start his life with.
7 months later, Sonia gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. She named him after his father (DAVID).
Dav realized that the ones you don’t trust and believed are the ones that always stand by you in time of trouble and the ones you trusted so Much with your life are the ones that always betray you.
The devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know!
