“Did you hear anything from Manager Richa-rd Fuente?” Tim asked Coby.
“I heard that he went to L Country to visit his daughter,” Coby replied.
“Oh” Tim blurted out. ” Tell him to come back as soon as possible. He can’t just leave from work without any notice.” Tim said.
“Yes, Sir!” Coby replied.

*L Country.*
“What?” A woman in her mid-twenties blurted out!
The woman is wearing a sophisticated red dress. She’s pretty and tall she is almost perfect. She is a well-known model in L Country.
She is Gaile Fuente. The daughter of Manager Richa-rd Fuente.
“Tim is searching for a bride?” Gaile asked as if ma-king sure what her father said to her.
“Yes” Richa-rd who is sitting on the couch replied.
“You should go back to Country S before everything is too late. You should do everything to make Tim notice you” Richa-rd added.
Yes. He c@m£ here to convince her daughter to come home. He wants his daughter to marry Tim. He is confident that Tim would choose Gaile, his daughter is competent, she is well-mannered and had a good background. What else could he look for?
If his daughter will marry Tim, he would not have to worry about her future at all.
Gaile has fallen into de-ep thought. “Just wait for me, Tim, Just wait for me” He mumbled.

That afternoon, Kira waits for Tim in the second gate when her phone rings. Kira took her phone from her bag and answers it..
“Lea?” She answered,
“It’s good that you can still recognize your friend” Lea replied in a sulky voice.
Kira automatically frowned.
“What?”
“How could you not called me after your wedding, huh?”
Kira rolled her eyes. ” I’m sorry, I got busy after the wedding,” she said.
“Busy?” Lea repeated meaningfully. ” Busy on, what?” She asked in a teasing tone.
“Hey, Lea. I am not in a good mood right now, alright?”
“Why? Are you still tired from your three days honeymoon?” Lea continued to tease her.
“Aish! Hey”
“So, tell me what happened,” Lea demanded.
” What would I tell you then?” Kira asked.
“Hey, do I have to spell it out?” Lea asked back.
“If you’re thinking about the…” Kira couldn’t say it out loud.
“So, is it big or long?” Lea started to become n@ûghty!
“Hey! ” Kira rebuked Lea’s naughtiness!
“Hahaha!”
Kira heard Lea’s laughter from the other line.
“Just call me if you feel better” Kira said and then she ends up the call, she knows, Lea just called her to tease her.
Kira shoved her phone back to her bag, just then, Alex suddenly popped out of nowhere.
“Kira, can we talk?” Alex asked.
“Alex” Kira blurted out.
“Kira, what happened?” Alex asked in confusion.
She knitted her brows, “What do you mean?”
“Did I offended you? Why did you suddenly changed? We were just fine a few days ago but now, why?” Alex asked one after the other.
“Alex, there is no problem. It’s just that…”
“Is that because of that?” Alex held Kira’s hand and pointed to her the ring on her hand.
Alex is full of bitterness!
“A-Alex…”
“Who? Who is he?” Alex asked her.
“Kira…”
Alex turned behind him without re-leasing Kira’s hand. His brows knitted when he saw a man wearing a racer’s outfit.
“Tim” Kira pu-lls her hand from Alex’s grip but it only made Alex hold her ti-ghter.
Tim notice how Alex held Kira. He walks closer to her and gr@bb£d her hand from Alex.
“Who are you?” Alex asked in a stern tone.
“I am her husband,” Tim replied without holding back.
Kira automatically looked up to Tim with her stunned expression.
“What?” Alex blurted out in a faint voice.
Tim pu-ll-ed Kira away from Alex but Alex held her hand again.
“Kira wait”
Kira st©pped in her track as well as Tim.
Tim is holding Kira’s right hand while Alex holds her left hand.
She pu-ll-ed her hand from Tim’s grip.
Tim felt like someone clutched his heart. But it was just for a moment.
Because Kira took off Alex’s hand from hers, and say, ” Alex, he is my husband.” She said.
“This is the reason why I said those words to you this morning. I don’t want him to misun-derstand us,” Kira said in a faint voice.
After saying her words, Kira turns and walks away and Tim followed her. Alex just stands in his sp©t. He likes Kira, he doesn’t know why it took him too long before he realized it. He alre-ady lost his chance.
She’s gone.
Kira and Tim stayed silent while heading home.
She went straight upstairs when they arrived home. She did not notice that Tim followed her.
Kira was startled when Tim suddenly embr@ced her from behind.
“Thank you” Tim whispered.
Kira frowned, she was about to ask “What for?” but before she could ask, Tim spoke again.
“For not denying me in front of him.” Tim continued.
Tim let go of Kira, and then he held her shoulders and turns her around to face him.
“Oh”
“It’s ma-king me feel upset every time I see the two of you together” Tim said in a sulky voice.
“I’m sorry…” Kira said sincerely.
She felt guilty.
“Don’t ask for an apology, I knew that you were just f0rç£d to marry me,” Tim said.
Kira just lowered her head.
” You might think I’m selfish, but I have my reasons why I choose to marry you. Just remember this, I am not a bad person, Kira.”
There is silence inside the room. Tim took a step towards the door, but before he could open it, Kira spoke.
“Tim…”
Tim st©pped as he heard Kira called his name. Kira turns to Tim’s direction.
“I’m sorry if I can’t give to you my whole self right now,” Kira said.
“But I will do everything to be a good wife to you.” She added.
Tim revealed a faint smile. Those words are enough for him to trust her.

EPISODE 14
One month has pas-sed since they got married. During the first to the second week, Tim would s£nd and fetch Kira from work.
But in the third week, Tim has become busy with work, so Kira decided to take a public vehicle but Tim won’t allow her. He wants his @$$istant to drive Kira to work but Kira refused.
He gave her a car, but since she doesn’t know how to drive four wheels, she still refused and she chooses to have a scooter motor instead.
Tim gave her what she wants. He takes good care of her. If he comes home late, he would call her to make sure if she has gone home safe, he would call her to make sure if she’s done eating her dinner before going to sleep.
It was four in the afternoon.
Tim looked out of the glas-s window and notice the dark clouds.
‘It looks like it’s going to rain!’ He thought.
Tim puts down his pen and took his car key from the t©p of the table, he gets up from his seat and headed outside.

Kira looked up at the sky as she walks to the parking lot outside the second gate.
‘Oh! Looks like it’s going to rain!’ She said to her self.
She wasn’t wrong
Kira runs towards the waiting shed near the parking lot.
Coincidentally, Alex is there too, waiting for the rain to st©p..
Alex nodded his head as a greeting to her and Kira did the same too.
The two of them stand side by side, but they did not talk to each other.
Alex st©pped talking to her since she told her to distance their selves from each other.
At first, it was ha-rd for Kira, but the other side of her mind told her that, it’s the good thing to do.
Others of their co-teachers run towards the same waiting shed too, to avoid getting we-t with the rain.
“Oh, Kira and Alex are here too!” Myla was the one to notice them.
Their co-teachers started to tease them!
“I just noticed that Kira and Alex are not talking to each other this past few weeks!” The other teacher purposely said it loud.
“Ooohhh! Is this LQ? Also known as Lover’s Quarrel?” Myla added the fuel.
Kira and Alex just look at each other and did not give aby reactions.
“Hey! The two of you are not kids anymore. Just talk whatever your problem is or it’d better if you get married as soon as possible” The s£nior teacher said followed by the loud teasing screams.
Alex and Kira did not say a word.
Meanwhile,
A man holding an umbrella gets down of the car.
He did not mind the heavy rain which made the road flood a little, he did not mind his shoes get we-t as he walks to the waiting shed.
The teasing continues, and the teasing scream could be heard, but they went silent when they notice a man wearing a navy blue business suit coming into their direction.
They couldn’t see his face clearly due to the heavy raindrops.
But they notice his intimid@t!ngaura!
He looked respective and would make everyb©dy kneel to him. Not to mention his physical appearance which could cause the ladies to go crazy.
“Oh! Who is this good looking guy?” The younger teachers whispered to each other.
“My eyes. It’s so ha-rd to take my eyes off him” The other said in a low voice.
The female teachers secretly giggled.
“Maybe he is one of our student’s guardian!”
She turns her head to them but all of them are just looking to one direction.
Kira followed their gaze.
From a distance, she saw a man, holding an umbrella while walking towards their direction.
Kira stared at the man’s familiar silhouette.
Though the rainfall is heavy, and it makes the man looks blurry, Kira can still recognize him.
Kira’s heart skipped a beat and she felt like there are buŧŧerflies in her stomach. She couldn’t take her eyes off the man.
She felt like her world spin slowly as she looks at the man walking throu-gh the rain.
“Tim” She mumbled.
As Tim gets closer and closer to the waiting shed, Kira’s co-teachers started to ask each other about who could be the man.
Tim did not mind the girls trying to catch his attention.
He just walks closer to Kira and says, “Hey Sweetheart!”
Kira just stared at Tim with her stunned expression. Her heart continues to thump so ha-rd and it feels like it’s going out of her ċhėst.
‘Woah! How good looking is this man!’ Kira said inside.
Kira’s co-teachers instantly were stunned when they heard the man’s word. They looked at each other with their unbelievable expressions.
Alex just glanced at Kira and Tim and he lowered his head.
“W-Why are you here?” Kira stammered as she speaks, her gaze never left Tim’s face.
“I’m here to fetch you,” Tim replied.
“I… I thought you’re busy.”
“I can always make time for you,” Tim said sweetly.
Kira pressed herl-ips to suppressed her smile.
“Let’s go?” Tim offered his hand to Kira.
Kira took his hand, but she seems to remember something. She turns to her co-teachers and introduced Tim to them.
“Co-teachers…” Kira calls the attention of her co-teachers.
Her co-teachers couldn’t look at her straight to the eyes, they were ashamed of their reactions earlier, but they still listen to her attentively.
“I… I want to introduce my husband to all of you,” Kira said.
“This is my husband, Timothy Tan, ” Kira said.
“Tim, they are my co-teachers.”
“Hello everyone. Nice meeting you all” Tim greeted them.
