Sheba episode 20

? SHEBA ?

Episode 20 (Unedited)
[When power surpas-s power]

Sheba’s POV

Sweaty and scared, I c@m£ back to life.

At once, I threw my head to the side, he wasn’t in be-d.

I flin-ched, throwing the duvet off my b©dy as I ran into the toilet to check if he was there. He wasn’t.

I ran out, panicking.

When it tickling got my head pounding, I looked up in it direction, 11pm.

He’d be thirty in a bit.

I ran towards the door and the entire house shook. Then I realized everyone in the palace was un-der a spell, maybe I was too strong to be held down by a spell which was to make us sleep de-eply.

Or maybe that sleep was what made me meet Laiza.

All those thoughts weren’t important now, all that matters was my husband. I had less than an hour to save him from whatever his mother was planning.

My heart left my b©dy for few seconds when I descended the stairs.

What I saw scared life out of me.

She was standing at the center of the sitting room, Edward sat in front of her like a dummy as she murmured words in her dark wra-pper.

“I don’t know a mother can be this wicked” I yelled.

Increasing my pace downstairs, she turned around, Herl-ips p@rted as if to say “You’re awake?”

“Your spell has no effect on me, I know everything witch, selfish evil witch, that’s what you’re” I confronted, bodly.

I knew I don’t know how to get my powers back but I was so confident, I myself was a bitter poison for witches and there’s a limit she can go.

“When you c@m£ to this house, I knew you’d be a problem” She scoffed.

I looked down at Edward, lifeless, he doesn’t even seems like he was breathing, he sat on the ba-re floor staring.

“A very big problem, let my husband go before you get to know I am trouble” I warned.

She laughed.

“Which husband? The one you pushed into my web? If you truly care, why did you treat him like garbage when Laiza choose you for him?”

I looked away from her, argument won’t do a thing.

“Let him go, you can’t sacrifice him” I insisted.

“This is his destiny moreover he’s my son, I do what I want with him” She futhure argued.

I held on to my w@!st and thought of things I’d have done to her if I had powers.

“Because we have had S-xual experiences, because I have truly fed your son, because I love him and gave him my vir-ginity, he’d not die”

She looked at me as I spoke, she must have been thinking I had drank before saying those words confidently.

“Even if heaven comes down, this midnight, he must die” She insisted.

Her head held up, she stared at the ceiling and murmured words.

I started trying my powers out, they were still as weak as ever. Some weren’t even pres£nt.

Our backs turned on each other, she murmured her own magic words and I said mine too hoping that my powers would just return.

Then, I heard a howl.

I turned at once, he had swollen, three times his original size.

She laughed hysterically, feeling like a super hero.

My head rose really big, tears escaped my eyes as I felt my heart being pierced.

I first to-re my pyjamas’s t©p off, I was going crazy as heat evolved from inside me.

“You’re an heartless woman” I roared running to gr-ab her with furiousity.

I was so angry, angry that I stupidly pushed him off, someone I was suppose to help.

Now, I was alone in my world, she was going to kill him right in my face.

“Oh, you’d better calm down because we know everything, you are empty and that gives me more access to my son. Forget the S-xual and spiritual convenant between the both of you, this person sitting before you is gone, his spirit is no longer on earth” She br@gged, hissing.

I held her n£¢k and began to strangle her, I wanted her to die by my hands since I had no other means of killing her.

She vanished out of my hands and he appeared distance away laughing the house down.

Then, a burning lamp appeared in her left hand, I shivered as she stepped towards me in a slow motion.

“What else would you do to us, you witch?” I cried, my che-st soa-ked in my tears. I felt like tearing the singlet I had on my che-st.

“I don’t have any business with you, I am just going to finish him with this lamp” She grinned devilishly.

I ran to him, shaking him and pleading that he remembered everything that we shared.

“You said you wanted me to be your best and only friend right? Baby, plea-se don’t let her destroy us, come out of this for us, you don’t deserve this plea-se” I pleaded, not knowing where to t©uçh in his swollen b©dy.

Before I could even finish my speech, she walked up to us and placed the lamp on his head.

I fell back when I a million maggots popping out of his b©dy.

I couldn’t look at it, I was disgusted.

Was this how I would lose him? Edward was going to die right in front of me? Laiza would never forgive me, Maya would say I killed her and this witch would support that.

“Nooooooooooooo” My scream would reach the third village, it was so loud and filled with pains.

Then, I roared and transformed into a tigeress.

She stepped back, she wasn’t expecting me to gain access to my powers.

I too was surprised.

I transformed back, re-ady to fight her with the last of my blood.

If he had to die, she must follow or we both go with him.

White flowing go-wn, blue nails, orange eyes, the new Sheba.

“Let my husband go” I cried as I developed fangs and I dug de-ep into my flesh letting my blood flow right in front of him.

The lamp quenched at once, it fell off and shattered.

“Nie atama” She screamed, clinging to the wall for protec-tion or whatever.

I don’t know much about witch so I couldn’t tell the meaning of her words. I only knew Nie meant “I nee-d”. Whatever she said she nee-ded, I don’t know.

If she was a white witch like Maya, I’d have had her soa-ked in a bucket of red oil. But, she was black, if not that Laiza too had said my blood was dangerous for witches, I wouldn’t have known that my blood had other usage aside the healing I usually used it for.

Then, I heard “Atama sionso”.

I floated in the air so that my eyes would see them all at once.

Her fellow witches had come, it was then it occurred to me that Atama might mean “Help” and sionso meant “You get”.

So, she had said, I nee-d help and they had come to her rescue with the word “Help you get”

“Bastards” I clenched my tooth.

My eyes clouded in blood.

“Why have you decided to get in our way you little br@t?” With her brown stained teeth and grey hair, she yelled.

She was the idiot tra-pped by Laiza in my sleep.

“The idiot that gave you the powers you are misuing is a br@t, a silly one” I retorted.

They were five, aside the devilish Queen.

“When your husband dies, who then would take over the throne witch?” I growled as I floated down, re-ady to butcher them if they refused to let him go.

“Let him go” I roared in between, not giving them the opportunity to defend themselves.

The Queen ran pas-s me to join her crew standing in the opposite direction.

“If not for Laiza, who are you to stand in my p@rt? I’d leave the women to deal with you” Their leader said as she stepped aside.

Then, two younger witches c@m£ forward, one was pregnant with an undiscovered pregnancy, she was only 14hours pregnant and I laughed at what I might do to her unborn if she tried anything foolish.

“Do you that you are pregnant?” I quic-kly asked her before she could do anything with her black powers.

She held her tummy looking down at it as if I just threw a hvge stone at it.

Then, I saw her history. She joined the coven recently, she wanted a child badly and a member introduced her to the black witches. What she don’t know was that, this people don’t give children, they only svçktheir bloods and that child she was carrying had a lot of stars, stars that might catch the interest of those witches in the future.

“If only you knew, you’d not join them, they have nothing good to offer, only evil” I hissed.

The others were staring at her tummy, trying to see if she was truly pregnant.

“Blind fools” I insulted, my eyes darted to where he sat, there was no maggots but he was still swollen.

“Attack her” The leader yelled.

The pregnant witch stepped aside, holding her tummy. Three failed marriage, Fourteen years of ba-reness and finally, she was fourteen hours pregnant. I hope she ever gets out of this coven because, they would come for her son too.

I pu-ll-ed out a arrow from the wall and before they could reach me, I fired at one. She winced and screamed.

The others flin-ched, jaw on the floor.

“Arrow of fire” I grinned as I pu-ll-ed another one out and f0rç£d it at another witch.

I watch the two of them fight for breath and it was worth the watch when they finally burnt into flames.

“Aside child bearing, the second most painful thing on earth is burning someone alive. Because you witches don’t un-derstand the first most painful pain, I’d make sure you die by the arrow of fire, you’d burn to ashes right before me, you have had everything to yourselves but now, I am married to Edward and all of you would face the arrow of fire”

Two burnt, three left.

I seriously don’t want to t©uçh the pregnant witch, being a mother isn’t easy. If not for anything, for her unborn.

Maya’s POV

“Maya”

“Maya”

“Maya, come on”

I tried, I tried getting out of sleep but it was ha-rd .

My b©dy was tra-pped to the be-d, my br@ins were f0rç£fully shut down, my eyes closed on their own and my b©dy was made to sleep.

“Maya, you can do it, stand up” I heard my own voice echoed in my ears.

I was j£rking on the be-d but it was like I was glued to the be-d.

I tried moving but I couldn’t.

“Maya, you have less than 30 minutes to help Sheba, they are over powering her” My own voice cried.

“Maya!” The scream was loud, h0t and frightening.

“Edward is in trouble”

Edward? I fought it.

I fought the f0rç£ holding me down. God knows I would die in place of Edward.

With a little strength, breath and determination, I fought back to life.

Staring at the space, p@n-ting heavily.

“Maya” My own voice had called again.

I wasn’t talking, I was even going to conclude that what I heard seconds ago was mere illusion or maybe I heard that in the dream land. Not until she called again, yes, she.

My spirit.
