“Why are you so angry? ” I asked Mandy after she had explained everything that happened between her and Ronnie to me.
“It’s because I’m too involved ” she, responded and I smiled.
“You keep telling me you’re just acting and
it now seems you’re so involved in the role as a financee” I said as we both stared at each other.
“But Ronnie is a nice persons, he just wants the best for you” I said.
“Naomi, whose side are you on? ” she asked getting angry even at me.
“It’s okay. Don’t worry I the magical writer will an-alyze the plot for you” I said in other to cheer her up.
“You and Ronnie have the same problem I started, You have been single for years and you’re used to handling things alone and as for him, His used to being in high position so he always likes solving things behind the scenes ” I said applying my face mask which will soften my face.
“But it makes me feel like he doesn’t trust me” she said wearing a long face.
“You see how you feel, that’s the same way he’s feeling” I said and she nodded.
“Now that Ronnie invested more on that drama and removed Brenda, you should aleast thank him” I said fixing the mask.
“Was he the one who removed Brenda from the show? ” she asked.
“Yes, at first there was only one investors then Ronnie invested more and found Brenda’s action unprofessional so she was replaced ” I said looking at her.
“How did you know? ” she asked not quite sure of what I just told her.
“It was Hen…ry.. I heard it from the producers ” I said changing my statement.
“Naomi, do you think I was wrong and I should apologize? ” she asked and I chuckled.
“My an-alysis was right, I have to write this down ” I said and rush towards my laptop.
“Should I apologize?” she asked herself as I typed on my laptop.
“Naomi cloud you stop writing other people’s love stories and consider yourself ” she said and I nodded.
“I’ve got you” I said still focused on typing…
“What should I do? ” she said picking up a packet of the face mask and applying it on her face.
? HENRY ?
“What are you doing here, shouldn’t you be at work? ” Mr Ronnie asked as I approached him.
“I’m already done with work for the day and I’m not interested in raising up my salary ” I said and he nodded.
“Tell me how is she? ” he asked referring to Mrs Ling.
“she’s all good ” I responded smiling.
“Take out your phone and show me her lasted post ” he said and I brou-ght out my phone.
I scrolled throu-ghit and he watched at them carefully.
“Didn’t you say she’s okay. How come she’s with Michelle and they seem so close?” he asked.
“This is just pictures they took while acting, it’s minor ” I said and a mas-sage rang into my phone.
I brou-ght it closer and away from Mr Ronnie. it was a mas-sage from Naomi.
“I’ve thought about it. we shouldn’t have any connection, Bye bye ” the mas-sage read.
“Henry drive me to see MoMo” Mr Ronnie said while I thought of a way to go see Naomi.
“Mr Ronnie I’ve just drank some alcohol” I lied.
“So are you telling me you can’t drive? ” he asked folding his hands.
“It’s just that it’s illegal to drive after you have taken alcohol ” I said hoping he won’t for-ce me to drive him.
“Okay I’ll drive myself there” he said and I smiled.
“Do you nee-d me to call for someone to drive you there? ” I asked as he walks away.
“Don’t worry I’ll be fine” he said and I nodded.
“What those Naomi mean by this mas-sage. I’ve got to find her to explain it to me” I said waking after a while that Mr Ronnie had left.
? MANDY ROSE ?
“You two just nee-d to do a ki-ssing scene and we’ll be all over for today ” the director instructed and we both nodded.
“Director, Mr Ronnie is here” one of the workers said rushing towards us.
“Who?” the director asked and just then Ronnie appeared holding an umbrella.
“Director it’s good to see you. I just bought afternoon tea for every I think it good you have yours” he said exchanging greetings with the director.
“Thank you Mr Ronnie. You can come sit over there with us” she ordered.
“It’s okay I’ll be fine here ” he said smiling at me.
With him around, I don’t think I would be able to do the ki-ssing scene.
“You two can go ahead ” he said looking at Michelle who didn’t seem happy about his presence.
“Okay ready action ” the director said and we both started with the ki-ssing scene.
“again…. again… again…” the director shouted at us after numerous times of us failing to nail it.
“Haven’t you done a ki-ssing scene before? ” Michelle asked.
“I’ve done it just that Ronnie’s presence just seem to annoy me” I said as I stare at Ronnie who drank from a cu-p filled with yogurt.
“Let’s do it again ” Michelle said and I was sure I won’t get distracted this time by Ronnie.
I lied by the wall side and he brou-ght his face very close to mine. Ronnie had already changed his position to see if we were actually ki-ssing but we weren’t.
“Cut” the direction shouted from afar and we both seperate.
“Momo do you still have any scene to do again? ” Ronnie asked holding me by the wai-st.
“No why are you asking? ” I asked as he covered me with his umbrella.
“I’ll drive you home” he said and we both walk back leaving Michelle on the peach.

“we have arrived, good bye” I said as I waited for the elevator to open.
“I’ll leave when you get into the elevator ” he said staring at the elevator.
I think now is a good chance to apologize for what happened last night.
“Sorry I…..” we both said the same time and chuckled.
“Would you like to come in? ” I asked and he nodded.
After the elevator had opened we both got in and headed for my apartment.
“Do you live here all alone? ” he asked as he walks in.
“Of course not I leave here with Ketty” I said referring to my dog.
“Momo I hope you can move into my house with me” he said after we both had settled down.
Huh…
“You know now that Kendall is putting you in danger although it’s about my job. If you move in with me I’ll be able to protect you. I really don’t want to see you in danger ” he said.
“I know you’re worried about me but living alone is also fine and we can contact each other all the time ” I said not agreeing to his decision.
“Momo I hope you could think about it” he said and I nodded.
“Sorry, last time I spoke bad words to you. I know you weren’t disrespecting me, we just seem to be the same kind of persons.
“We shouldn’t hide things from each other, next time we should share are burdens for a better cooperation” I said smiling at him.
“Your burdens aren’t a problem to me, actually I like the so called burden you bring to me because you showing up in my life brings me light, Momo it’s makes me feel real warmth. I like to have you around and sometimes I think you’re a theft because your every move seems to carry my heart away” he said all this and we both just stared at each others eyes silently.
He suddenly woke up from the couch and ki-ssed me on the li-ps.

Naomi had lied on her bed smiling and laughing about what had occu-pied during the day. She chuckled still thinking about how they all ended up in one house.
…..
“Who is there?” Ronnie asked asked as he pulled off from the ki-ss with Momo looking at the door.
“Mandy open the door ” there goes Naomi’s voice shouting by the door side.
“Or no you have to hide” she said pulling him all over the place.
“Why are you dragging me, I’m your finance, why should I hide myself from her? ” he asked but she didn’t want to listen to him.
She successed in hiding him inside the kitchen close to the fridge.
“Just stay here for a while please” she begged joining her hands together and he nodded.
She walked towards the door, took a de-ep breath and opened it up.
“Why did you take so long?, by the way who answered me? ” she asked not waiting to get invited inside the house.
“It’s was me speaking, I’m practicing for my next scene tomorrow ” she said closing the door and following Naomi.
“I’m really tired, I’ll just get a drink from the fridge ” Naomi said standing up from the chair she had lied her back against.
“Don’t worry I’ll get it for you” she said stopping her for the fear of her seeing Ronnie.
“Okay if you say so” she said and sat her back on the couch.
Momo walked into the kitchen and got two sweet drinks from the fridge and just as she was about leaving Ronnie pulled her to a ki-ss.
“Mandy isn’t the drink coming ” Naomi asked from the leaving room and she dispatch from the ki-ss to answer her.
“I’m coming ” she said walking away from the kitchen.
Naomi hurriedly opened her own drink and as she felt so tasty and the hu-ge to drink.
As Mandy opened hers to drink a knock came by the door and Naomi quickly dropped her drink.
“If it’s Henry tell him that I’m not here” she said and hurried to the back chair and hide herself.
Mandy walked towards the door and opened it only to notice it was Henry.
“Miss Mandy, please I come to look for Naomi, Is she here? ” he asked with a pleasant smile.
“She is… she’s not here ” she responsed remembering what Naomi had just told her.
“Okay thank you. Please can I come in and have a glas-s of water, I’ve been walking un-der the hot sun” he complained looking sad and sorrowful.
“Okay you can come in” she said inviting him in knowing that he will just drink water and leave.
He looks around and noticed the two drinks on the table but doesn’t ask any questions.
She brou-ght him the water he had asked for and he drank it as he sat on the couch still looking around for Naomi.
Just when he had finished drinking the water, someone knocked on the door and Henry fearly knew it was his boss Mr Ronnie.
He had just lied to him about not being able to drive Mr Ronnie to his destination which was Mandy’s house.
“Please don’t tell him I’m here” he said rushing around to look for a place to hide himself. He looked around and saw Naomi lying behind the couch. He quickly joint her in lying on the floor.
Mandy walked towards the door and opened it and this time it was Michelle.
“What are doing here? ” she asked surprise to see him because they had just finished acting together few hours back.
“I’m here to see Kitty ” he said using the dog as an excuse while entering the house.
The first things he noticed was the two drinks and glas-s on the table. One of the drinks were already opened.
“Where’s Kitty?” he asked sitting down and still looking at the drinks.
“Kitty is asleep ” she responsed closing the door and joining him.
“What’s this? ” he asked pointing at the drinks on the table.
“It’s for me, I’ll just get yours” she said cutting everything short to him.
She walked towards the kitchen. Ronnie who was still at the fidge cloud see Henry and Naomi who lied behind the couch Michelle was sitting on.
“Move away ” Mandy said as Ronnie blocked the fridge for her not to open. He didn’t like the fact that she was going to let him hide while selve Michelle a drink.
She used for-ce pulling him away from the fridge and it made some sounds.
“Is everything okay? ” Michelle asked from the living room as he had heard some noise coming from the kitchen.
“Everything is okay” she said as she struggles with Ronnie who insisted she ki-sses him before leaving.
Michelle walked into the kitchen seeing both of them fighting over not ki-ssing him.
“What? ” he said on seeing them and Mandy hide her face against Ronnie’s che-st as she felt ashamed.
Ronnie didn’t want to get caught only so he pointed toward the back of the couch and Michelle looked at the direction his fingers were pointing at and saw Henry and Naomi.
Minutes later they all sat down Inside the living room staring at each other.
“Sister I’ve got a script I have to finish today, I’ll be leaving ” Naomi said escaping for the living room due to the way Ronnie and Michelle stared at each other.
“Henry you.. ” Ronnie tried saying but was cut off by Henry.
“Boss please let me go, I’ve not had lunch yet” he said running out of the house just like Naomi.
“What are you doing? ” Michelle asked after the place became silent.
“What?. I’m here to see my financee Momo, what about you?” he asked pulling Momo by his side.
“I’m here to see Kitty” Michelle answered as they both stare at each other.
‘Kitty is asleep you can leave now” he said sounding harsh and Michelle nodded.
“I didn’t drive here with my car cloud you drive me” Michelle said but Ronnie refused.
“Just drive him okay ” Mandy said pulling him out.
Immediately they walk out of the house, she shut the door and rested her body on the couch.

I’d lost into space just remembering about this and didn’t even notice Mandy had sent me a mas-sage and was even calling me on video call.
I answered the call and looked at her throu-ghthe phone.
“What are you? ” I asked watching her throu-ghthe screen of my phone.
“I’m applying body lotion ” she said showing it to me.
“I called to ask you about what’s going on between you and Ronnie’s as-sistance Henry ” she said looking at me.
“There’s nothing going on” I said quite confident about it.
“Why do I feel like you both had known each other even before the day I took you to Ronnie’s company? ” she said trying to get details from me.
“I really didn’t know him still that day you introduced me to Ronnie and he was the guy that made me run about 2km last time I helped you sink in to see Ronnie. it’s just that” I said pausing on what I wanted to say.
“It’s just that what? ” she asked dropping her body lotion down.
“He wants me to be his girlfriend ” I said and she smiled.
“Wow, did you agree, what did you tell him? ” she asked still smiling.
“I’d told him to give me time to think about it” I said and she just kept on smiling.
“Well Henry is a nice man, Ronnie wouldn’t employ him if he wasn’t a good, handsome and gentle, R0m-ntic man” she said all this and I just nodded.
“But this is about my love life, I’ve thought about it and I’ll give him an answer in two days, I’ve decided ” I said and she nodded smiling.
“Go for it” she said smiling and made in ending the call.
“Goodnight bestie” I said and she dropped the call with a warm goodnight ki-ss throu-ghthe phone.
