“After the bank official locked up the house and took over the company because they said that they can only re-lease it when Kingsley pay the loan he collected from them, and the worst p@rt was that Kinsley was no where to be found, and I don’t have any money with me, not to talk of paying the loan which Kingsley collected from them, and another thing was that Kinsley also emptied my account and the company’s account and left me stranded, I feel like committing sucide, I wanted to end my life because I have lost everything, I was confused on what next to do, so I took some of my clothes and started going on the road because I have no where to go, as I was walking on the road, I was talking to myself like a mad woman, as I was going talking to myself, I mistakenly bu-mped into one woman Hawking fruit, but thank God I didn’t fall her fruits, I apologized to her and wanted to leave but she st©pped me and asked me what the problem is, that she noticed that I was troubled, at first I didn’t want to tell her, but after she persuaded me, I had to tell her by narrating everything that happened to me and she felt pity for me, and she told me to come and stay with her since I don’t have anywhere to stay, so I went with her to her house, it was a room which she was managing with her three children, the room was very small, at least she is better than those who don’t have any at all, I mean people like me who don’t have any house at that moment, so as I went to the house with her, she told me that is from the Hawking of fruits that she was using to survive with the children, she also told me that I should be living with them since I don’t have anywhere to stay and I accepted, so that was how I started living with Agnes, yes her name is Agnes and she is a very nice woman, After some days she introduced me into Hawking fruits. life can be so ridiculous at times, hmmm……. life have dealt with me, a whole me who was a Rich woman, all of a sudden turned into a poor woman all because of Kinsley, not just a poor woman but a fruit hawker, that was how Agnes introduced me into Hawking fruits just for we to survive with it.

it was confirmed that she have been battling with kidney failure for years which have affected her system badly, I cried and pleaded for the doctor to save her because Agnes was such a very nice woman, and doesn’t deserve what she was going throu-gh, the doctor told me that is beyond his power, that they should take her to India for kidney transplant, although is 50, 50 if she can survive it, I cried and cursed Kingsley because if not for him, I would have help her by taking her to India for kidney transplant, but too bad I don’t have money with me, and the money i have been saving from the fruit business have spend all in the hospital for Agnes’s illness, and I have been the one taking care of her children ever since she was down with illness, everyday I cried and pray for God to heal Agnes, but instead of her getting better she was getting worst and worster each day, and I have tried all I could to raise money for Agnes kidney transplant or to know if I can see help but to no avail.

One morning, I went to the hospital to see Agnes and to stay with her as usual because that was what I have been doing by staying with her in the hospital, after staying with her for some hours, I will go home to take care of her children, while sometimes I hawk fruit so that I can see money to feed with the children. So that morning as I went to the hospital to see Agnes, on getting to the ward where she was, I saw the doctor covered her with the be-dsheet, I bec@m£ surprise and asked the doctor why he covered her, he didn’t say anything but only shake his head, and I began to wonder what was going on, to clear my curiosity I went to where Agnes was lying and wanted to re-move the be-dsheet from her but the doctor st©pped me and I asked him why with my heart beating fast and he told me that she is gone, I didn’t believe him so I had to open the be-dsheet, as I opened it I saw Agnes lying dead, I began to shake her calling her name but she wasn’t responding, I fell on the ground like a little child crying because Agnes was like a sister to me, I cried rolling myself on the hospital ground, The doctor who was there was consoling me, I wept and wept for Agnes because she was a nice woman with a good heart.

The same day evening, Agnes family c@m£ to the hospital and took her corspe in an ambulance, according to them, they said that they are taking her to the village to give her a proper burial, hmm….. this world is full of wicked people, where were they when Agnes was ill and nee-ded money for kidney transplant, and main looking at this people they look like people who are wealthy, but why will they abandoned her when she was ill, and those while Agnes was alive she never told me anything concerning her family, probably maybe she was hiding something about them which she don’t want to disclose to me, well everyb©dy have his or her own problem.

After they took her corspe and left, some days later they c@m£ for the children, I tried to st©p them from taking the children but they threatened to lock me up in the cell if I get involve in there family matter, so I had no choice but to let them take the children, after all they are their late sister’s children as they claimed. I was left alone in the house, Agnes was no more and the children are no more living in the house, I really missed them so much, most especially Agnes but there is nothing I can do to bring her back to life, I continue Hawking fruits just to survive.

One year after the death of Agnes, I was Hawking fruits, along the road I saw a man and a woman coming out from a eatery, they were k!ss!ngthemselves and was heading towards their car, I st©pped because the man’s face look familiar, so l looked at him very well and to my surprise it was…….
