“So which country in Europe did you pick, my love?” I asked Oppa as we both pulled out our packed luggages to the motel’s lobby
“Well, I don’t know if you’ll like it but I chose it because it has somewhere really special that
I’ve been dreaming of taking you to” he replied as we stood gazing into each others eyes
I giggled and wrapped my arms around his ne-ck before standing on tiptoe and pecking his li-ps
“I know I’ll love it so tell me” I mouthed as he pulled me closer, wrapping his arms around my wa-ist
“Well…..what do you think of France?” he asked and I gasped excitedly
“France?”
“Yeah; France. It’s the country I chose, I’ve been wanting to go there with you for a long time now and I honestly think it’s the perfect place for us to start a new life. It’s far away so we can easily blend in and hide out there for a long time” he expounded and I couldn’t stop squealing
“Oh, I love it! I love it! I guess that means we’ll have to stop by Paris, right?” I asked excitedly and he chuckled
“Well of course, we can’t go to France and not see the city of love” he mused and ki-ssed my nose
“Oh, I’ve always wanted to go to Paris and see the Eiffel tower and the Gate of Hearts!” I squealed, clapping my hands like a baby
“Well people have always said that Paris is the most R0m-ntic city in the world. Why don’t we go and find out if it’s true…?” he said, win-king at me seduc-tively
I blus-hed uncontrollably and buried my face on his che-st as he chuckled at my reaction while engulfing me in a warm hu-g. I was listening to his heartbeat and drinking in his familiar scent with delight when Taeyang cleared his throat loudly to get our attention
We unlocked from the hu-g and turned to him, he was beaming at the both of us
“Sorry to interrupt you two lovebirds but I just wanted to brief you both on what you nee-d to do to stay undiscovered in Europe” he uttered and we nodded
“Well, first things first; you have to change your looks to match the pictures on your new identity cards. Then second and most important one; when you get to France, you’ve got to stay away from crowded places and don’t stand in front of CCTV cameras. Don’t go into restaurants or sto-res that have CCTV cameras unless you have your face well hidden” he enthused while we listened to him with rapt attention
“Don’t, I repeat; DON’T use your cell phones to contact any one in Korea……not even me. Don’t call me. I’ll be the one to call you, okay?
Now over to financial issues, I must warn you, if you stick to all the above rules I have given you and not stick to this one; then you’ll just be wasting your time eloping to France cause they’ll be able to track you down in a minute if you do this” he uttered and paused for a while before p-ulling out a platinum express card and an ATM card
He held them up for us to see
“You can’t use any of this, you should have absolutely nothing to do with these when you’re in France” he remarked and my brows furrowed
“But then how will we make payments and withdraw cash?” I inquired
“Ralph will bring money to you on the first day of every month” Taeyang replied and my confusion doubled
“Who the heck is Ralph?”
“Ralph is my family’s personal, private investigator. I would have introduced him to you guys today but his wife just had a baby yesterday so he couldn’t make it” Taeyang explained
“Oh, okay then” I echoed
Oppa reached out to Taeyang for a handshake and they shook hands the way male friends do
“I still don’t know if I can ever say thank you enough but I’ll say it anyway; Thank you so much, man. For everything” Oppa mouthed as I beamed at both of them
“You don’t have to thank me, you’re my friend and I’d do anything for you. Although I WILL miss you a lot and I sincerely hope that you can come back as soon as possible” Taeyang uttered and they gave each other a brotherly hu-g
“Thanks, Tae. We’re really grateful” I added and hu-gged him too. He smiled at us and we returned it
“Oh, and before I forget; here’s your fake wedding rings” he said and handed Oppa a jewelry box
“Your fake background story says that you two have been married for 2 years with no kids yet so you have to act like a married couple when you get to France. Don’t forget to put those rings on” he directed and we nodded
“Alright then; now that we’ve brushed throu-ghevery aspect. Let’s head down to the jet; You two nee-d to be on your way to France and I nee-d to go back to Korea before Mia starts getting suspicious of me” he added
“Oh and please remember to give Welchi the letters I gave you” I reminded him as we walked out of the motel with our luggages
“Sure; I’ll find her as soon as I get back to Korea and give them to her so don’t you worry about it” he @$$ured and I heaved a sigh
“Thanks, Tae”
We climbe-d into the car that would take us to the jet and zoomed off.
30 minutes later; we said our final goodbyes to Taeyang. Oppa and I climbe-d into the plane that would take us to France, where we would start a new life together as a young, married couple ?

“What the hell are you saying to me, Karai?!” I growled while glaring daggers at her. She exhaled and tou-ched her forehead
“Listen, Suho and try to un-derstand. It’s been two days, the military and the paramilitary for-ces have combe-d throu-ghJapan. They left no stone unturned, Hyuna is NOT in the country” she uttered and I slammed my fists on the table
“That can’t be possible, there’s no way she could have left the country alone and by herself. Someone must have helped her” I muttered, a little surprised at how calm my voice sounded
“Well, I can @$$ure you that she’s not in Japan. Maybe she found a
way to go back to Korea” Karai mouthed and I sighed
I still can’t believe everything; Hyuna ran away. She didn’t even care about how I’d feel or anything else.
She also didn’t care about the contract she signed with me
But the question is; If she’s not in Japan…….then where could she be?
How did she manage to leave Japan so quickly?
Who helped her?
I got on my feet and started walking out
“Where are you going?” Karai asked and I huffed
“Since when do you care? But if you must know; I’m leaving” I replied and walked out of the building. I headed to the car and climbe-d into the backseat where Ritchie was seated
“Let’s go” I ordered and the driver started the car before driving out of the premises
“So Hyuna actually managed to leave Japan before we could find her?” Ritchie asked
“Yes” I replied throu-ghgritted teeth
“So what’s your plan now? Where are we going from here?” he asked again and I was about to reply when my phone started vibr@ting. I pulled it out and arched a brow when I glimpsed the caller ID
Why is J-Park’s daughter calling me?
?”Miss Park? To what do I owe this unexpected call from you?”
? “We nee-d to talk about your employee; Hyuna” she replied and I sat up, suddenly interested
?”Okay……I’m listening”
? “Where is she? Is she close to you? Are you still in Singapore with her?” she asked and I sighed
?”Look, it’s a long story but
to make it short; Hyuna is missing. I don’t know where she is, I don’t even know if she’s alive or not” I mouthed and I heard her gasp
? “But why did you let her out of your sight? Now she’s gone to him, I know it, I know that they’re together right now. I can feel it in my bones!” she rasped
?”What are you talking about? Wait………..did you just say she’s gone to ‘him’? Who is he?”
? “Her boyfriend!” she replied and my heart sank
Hyuna has a boyfriend? Who thefu-ck could he be?
I clenched my fist in anger
?”Who is he? Give me his name” I muttered throu-ghgritted teeth. I was trying my best to control my anger but I was loosing it
? “His name is Lee Baekhyun He’s signed with our agency. Do you remember him?”
My brows rose together
?”Wait, isn’t he the tall pretty boy that looks like a male Barbie doll?” I asked with a huff
I can’t believe Hyuna prefers that plastic doll over me ?
? “Yes he’s the one and I know that they’re both together as we speak and it’s killing me to think of what they could be doing right now! We nee-d to find them, Suho. We can’t let them get away with this!” she gasped out, breathing heavily
?”Well I’m completely on board with that plan. Hyuna owes me a year’s length of her services. I’m not going to let her make a fool out of me by leaving everything just to elope with that plastic doll” I growled
I didn’t know why the thought of Hyuna with another man angered me so much……I was feeling
jealous for the first time in my life and it’s wasn’t a pleasurable feeling at all
? “You nee-d to come to Korea as soon as possible. The fas-ter we find them, the better” she enthused
?”Sure, I’ll be in Korea by tomorrow” I uttered and ended the call
I stared angrily into space, ignoring Ritchie’s questioning looks…
An image of Hyuna and that guy ki-ssing kept flashing throu-ghmy mind, I didn’t like it, not one single bit
And I was going to make sure that they wouldn’t last because no woman dare chooses another man over me, I will not allow it….. I won’t.
