“Hey come on, it’s rude to be late to your own p@rty” Bathny shouted at me as she entered my room.
“I’m getting re-ady” I replied.
“For how many hours” she complained. “Everhone is downstairs” she added.
“You are saying everyone as if the whole Beverly Hills are here” I said as I applied my eye shadow.
“Even if it’s just 2 people, it’s rude to be late, your parents are getting worried, also David looks totally h0t tonight” she win-ked at me.
“He always look h0t” I blu-shed. “Besides why should I care?” I asked her.
“Ask me that again, i’ll kill you” she threatened and i laughed out loud. Crazy girl.
Today is finally the D day, my birthday, after we got home this morning, we had to move into dad’s new house which weirdly is opposite Bathny’s house, he said he got the house after his issue with the government and CIA, he moved in, and then when he was finally re-ady to come back to us, mum told him about the curse thing and he had to follow her to the jungle.
Well we moved into the house that morning, we only went to the formal house to pick a few clothes.
I have no idea how they planned a birthday p@rty for me within few hours although it’s just my friends and Bathny’s parents that were invited.
Dad said I’ll go back to school from monday, and I’m so happy and scared at the same time. I don’t know how I’m gonna meet up the few months I’ve missed and how I’m gonna face the students.
“I know that look” Bathny brou-ght me back to reality. She sat on my be-d beside me and asked. “What is it?”
“Huh, what is what?” I asked her.
“You look worried” she stated. “Mind sharing?”
“It’s just that, I’ve spent 3 years of my life alone and now, I really don’t know how I’m gonna face the world, school especially” I whmpered.
“Hey you better not cry and ruin your makeup, I’ll kill you” she warned sternly, I giggled a bit. She sighed and looked at me. “Girl if I tell you not to be scared then I’m a bad friend, you should be scared cause the world is really scary but the way you handle things is all that actually matters, be strong girl, it’s gonna be OK” she patted my back. “Also Monday will fix itself but right now lets go down stairs and enjoy your p@rty.
She dragged me up from the be-d.
“Where’s the birthday girl!!” Kira screamed as she and Kiwi ran into the room, they launched on me and gave me a hvge hvg.
“Girl you look amazing, I love your dress” Kiwi commented.
“It’s decent and S-xy at the same time” Kira added.
I was wearing a beautiful white, almost silver long dinner go-wn, it has a slash from my l@ps down to my toe and also transparent from my l@ps down to my toe ma-king me look like a S-xy celebrity going to receive an award, mum bought the dress for me this morning and dad got me a diamond n£¢klace and ear rings, I look so simple, but beautiful, elegant and gorgeous.
“Happy birthday pretty” Kira And Kiwi said in unison.
“Thanks guys” I replied.
“And why are you late Kira, you and Michael” Bathny asked with her hands akimbo.
“Oh, so sorry boss, but my b©yfri£ndis in the right place to answer that question, he kept me waiting” Kira stated and win-ked at us.
“You are insane Kira” Kiwi brushed her off and sat on my be-d while Kira giggled.
“So Kiwi, how about you and ru-by?” I asked Kiwi.
“Oh, you don’t know, while you and David were getting a drink at the h0tel bar in mexico last night, something interesting happened back upstairs” Kira broke out.
“You should be a blogger Kira” Kiwi said to her.
“Trust me, it’s my talent” Kira replied.
“So you are saying?..” I asked them.
“Lets just say Kiwi and ru-by are officially d@t!ng” Bathny informed.
“Awwww” I cooed at Kiwi, she blu-shed. I’m really happy for her, but also happy for myself, but I feel sad for David, does he still love her or has he gotten completely over her.
“Look at us, a week ago we were all enemies” Bathny stated.
“I wasn’t your enemy, y’all were the ones who hated me” I said to them.
“Honestly I don’t really know why, I felt like being rude to people makes me happy and forget the fact that my parents are not always there for me, but i was wrong, being friends with people helps better.” Kira confession. “Girls I’m sincerely sorry for the way I treated you guys, plea-se forgive me” she apologized. “Especially you Marichuiy, you are such a sweet soul” she added.
“Come on girl, it’s OK, we are way past over that, I’ve forgiven you OK” I said and hvgged her, Kiwi did the same.
“Before i forgive you, you gonna have to give me your lunch for a week” Bathny commanded.
“As you wish empress” Kira replied and we giggled.
“OK, now can we go down and have some fun?” Kiwi asked and we all screamed in excitement.
This is a new beggining and I’m taking the first step with my new best friends.
“We are totally having a sleep over at my house next weekend” Kira stated.
“Deal” we all agreed as we walk out of the room.
“Oh hey David” I heard Bathny greet as I was closing the door, i turned and saw David looking like a simple rock star In his dark jean and black T-shi-t, with a gold tiny n£¢kless round his n£¢k, a diamond ear ring, his hair was jelled backwards.
Dude is h0t.
“Damn” I heard myself breath out, I blu-shed when I realized they heard me. I cleared my throat and straightened up.
“Hi Dave” I greeted lightly that it almost sounded like a whisper.
“Umh, we are gonna just excuse you guys” Bathny stated as she dragged Kira and Kiwi out.
“Have fun you guys” kira screamed as they went for the stairs.
“Kira” the girls confronted her.
“Just kidding” she screamed as they ran down the stairs.
“She is crazy” David commented but I just nodded and looked down at my f!nger.
“Hey” he lifted my chin up to face him. “You look beautiful” he commented.
“Thanks” I whispered. “You look amazing too”
“Happy birthday” he stated, he put his hand In his pocket and brou-ght out a small gift box which had ribbons tied around it.
He opened the box and there sat the most beautiful diamond br@celet I’ve ever seen.
“Wow” I muttered.
He fished out the br@celet, he took my right wrist and fixed it on my wrist.
“It fits perfectly” he commented.
“It’s beautiful, thanks dave” i thanked him, he nodded.
“Mqrichuiy, back then at the temple, Henry asked us to fix our situationsh!p…” He started and Chuckled a bit. “I really didn’t know what to say…”
“David, i get it, we started in a weird way and i kinda can’t help but feel like you liked me and was nice to me out of pity, and that’s not the kind of relationsh!pI want to have with you” I said to him.
He bit his cutel-ips a little, ran his hand throu-gh his head and looked up at me.
“That was when I first met you, not anymore” he confessed, he sighed and looked back up at me. “So what do you suggest?” He asked.
“I suggest we start all over, if it’s meant to be then we will get there someday” I stated.
“OK, so how do we start?” He asked.
“How about..” I stretched out my hand for a handshake. “Hi, I’m Marichuiy, you are?”
He took my hand and shook me gently. “David but you can call me Dave” he replied.
“Cool, you can also call me Chuiy”
“Yes” he jumped up a little. “Finally you chose my chuiy as your short name, Bathny is gonna cry” he chuckled out and i giggled. Crazy guy.
“Nice to meet you chuiy, can we be friends” he asked.
“Sure” I replied.
He stretched his elbow for me to take. “Can I accompang you down to your p@rty birthday girl?” He offered, I nodded with a smile and sli-pped my hand into his elbow.
I couldn’t help but smile at my new beautiful beginning as we walked downstairs to my p@rty.
