💜 Iris’s standpoint 💜
Whimpering as I watched Hailey and Lee rummage throu-gh my new wardrobe for something to wear to the game, I sighed and hvgged my knees. Yesterday, Hans was so busy he didn’t have time for me but Hailey and Lee dragged me everywhere they went to, introducing me to cute guys and walking around the school so everyone would see my new hair and know that I am now an official cheerleader. Hailey was right, the moment they saw my hair, they would look at my wristband and then the way they would start treating me was amazing, more than I was ever treated as violet. When I first c@m£ to the school, I know many scowled at me, insulted me behind my back. Now, they were so nice to me. Although it hurts knowing they only like me because I’m one of the cheerleaders, but it’s better than being scowled at.
Did you know that they were celebrities in the school? I had been so caught up in my world I never noticed them. The school had six learning sections, available to your own comfortability. You get to choose where you want to be, where would make you more comfortable. The first one was for nurseries and first to sixth graders. Most of the scholarsh!pstudents packaged themselves in the second building, afraid of intimidation and maltreatment. Lee and Hailey took me there, they were so free with the students and those students naturally likes me. Building number three is for normal students, once who can’t afford all the expensive things, but they are treated like everyone else. The third building is also for students that can’t control their excitement at the sight of a celebrity. There was a strong warning against bothering celebrities, Hailey’s mother wants them to have a normal skrie-k free life. Okay, there are skrie-ks but if you want to skrie-k, do that from a distant, don’t take pri-vate ph0tos of them without their permission or you will be expelled and if you must approach them, do that at their free hour and like civilized humans, not overgrown wi-de animals. Building four was for the disable, blind, deaf and all those sick people. They had their own pla-ying field, games and materials but according to Lee, everyone who cares as-sociates with them.
Building number five is the one we are in, a mix of fv¢king rich people and young celebrities of all kind, very good. Sure most of the celebrities packed themselves in the sixth building, few were in the fifth but ba-rely c@m£ to school because of their schedule. However, when they do come, the students cling to them in respective manners. The sixth building students sometimes c@m£ over to ours for chemistry and swimming since our side had the biggest laboratory and swimming pool. The rest buildings were greenhouse, a mini museum, an aquarium, three other buildings I didn’t go to but know one is for less brutal sports and one for theatre for music and acting interested students, the cheerleaders pri-vate gym, the sport house where sweaty boys practice indoor or out on the field. The football pla-yers only pla-ys inside during the rain. The information was valuable.
Dark Empire was hvge!
Though I wonder why it is named Dark, the symbol of the school was a complicated black p@n-ther crest and yet the sport teams uses a red lion’s. Quite odd but fascinating.
Anyways, back to where I was sitting on my be-d. Remember Hailey made us use Jet’s credit card to shop, she f0rç£d me to buy more colourful clothes and dresses I would never wear until I die. Jet chased her around school yesterday morning with a cat, Hailey hates cats… Most animals in fact. Hailey cried convulsively when he caught and stuffed the cat into her face as punishment for using his card. Lee and I are traitors, we quietly sneaked into the building, giggling at our mischievousness. Hailey was so crossed she wh!pped our heads with her shoes.
Don’t worry, we are okay.
‘She can wear this,’ Lee suggested.
‘No, Lee go sit, you are worse with color matchup.’
‘But I’ve changed,’ Lee whined poutingly.
‘You are wearing a neon green sneaker with bright blue shoelace in your right leg and neon yellow sneaker with neon pink dots and orange str!pes in your left leg. This one’s lace is red, how does this even match.’
‘It’s pretty,’
‘You are wearing a color blun-der as an outfit, go and sit Lee.’
Lee g@sped. ‘No, I totally forgot,’ she cried.
‘What?’
‘Johnny said no blinding colors, he’ll be so mad.’
‘So, let me get this straight,’ Hailey said with one hand on her h!pand the other giving an incredulous wave. ‘I have spent all my life trying to convince you that what you are wearing is wrong but you never listen, and all of a sudden a total stranger comes and you listen to him! How could you Lee!’
‘What? He’s smart and knows colors, you don’t,’ Lee said with a shrug as she brou-ght out her phone. ‘You should learn from him sis, maybe his wisdom will impact in your dumb life.’
Hailey’s eye twitched as she stared at Lee in incredulity. I chuckled and shook my head. ‘Ignore her Hailey,’
‘Yes, ignore me while I speak to the wise friend who knew what I was wearing was wrong and corrected me. You know you are selfish and wicked Hailey, you couldn’t warn me against my dress style, for shame.’ Hailey sma-cked her own face, gro-an ing into her palms.
‘You can be so annoying sometimes,’
‘What’s annoying?’ Lee asked cutely, twi-nkling her lashes at Hailey. I laughed and fell on the be-d stomach flat, it’s fun to see them argue which is like all the time.
‘You think it’s fun when they are pretending,’ Joe said irritably. ‘Don’t you see what I see Iris, these girls are…’ Lee interrupted Joe with her gigglingly. I averted my eyes to Lee who was shyly giggling as she pla-yed with the hem of her dress. I smiled at her and looked back to Joe who scoffed. ‘Lee isn’t real, none of them a…’
‘Hi Johnny,’ Lee said shyly. ‘Sorry to disturb you but I nee-d color advice… Yes, I’m fine…. I’m actually deciding… Video call? Okay, call back,’ she hung up and screamed with fright. ‘He wants a video call! I look horrible!’ She shouted in a panic. I giggled and watch her frantically try to smoothen the forest she dare calls curls.
‘Breathe Lee, breathe,’ Hailey said with a stifled laugh.
‘He would never like me if he… Eek! He’s calling!’
‘My darling, who are you?’ Hailey asked with a knowing sm-irk. Lee rolled her eyes and hissed, as if remembering her name was Hadley, not Hailey. She answered the call and smiled wi-dely.
‘Bloody hell, Lee! What happened to you hair?!’ The guy exclaimed.
‘My hairdryer hate my hair, she turned it into this.’ Lee said poutingly. He started laughing.
‘You look gorgeous,’ he said laughingly. ‘You should come looking like that.’
‘Now I know you are a frenemy, you don’t have good plans for me, evil someb©dy.’
‘Mwah ah ah ah,’ Hailey rolled her eyes and muttered something like “two idiot”.
‘Just look at this,’ Lee showed him her shoes.
‘Lee,’ he whined. ‘I told you not to wear two different colors of shoes, and this neon colors are blinding and fv¢king irritating.’
‘Tell me about it,’ Hailey murmured.
‘I love them,’ Lee whined. ‘And they love me too.’
‘Number two, what the absolute bloody fv¢k are you wearing?’
‘Er… Dress?’ I think he face palmed himself and wheezed. ‘What? It’s pretty.’ He grinned.
‘Why are you even wearing that? Aren’t you a freakin cheerleader? You ought to be cheering with your uniforms.’
‘Wait,’ Hailey said with a cute expression, itching her head. ‘That’s true, I totally forgot.’
‘Oh,’ Lee said sheepishly.
‘And your cheerleader uniform comes with shoes, right?’ Lee nodded. ‘Good, you can wear that.’
‘Now I remember!’ Hailey exclaimed with a snap of her f!ngers. ‘We aren’t wearing the dresses to the game, we planned on wearing it somewhere, to…erm…. Lee help me remember,’ she said, snapping her f!ngersthoughtfully.
‘Bathroom?’ Lee asked.
‘Why in the world would we wear pretty dresses to a bathroom!’
‘I don’t know, you asked.’
‘Because I thought you were the smart one that always remembers but now I remember you don’t even remember your name.’
‘Take that back Hailey, I remember my name is Lee something something… Wait, what’s my full name again?’ Lee asked puzzledly.
‘Ha! I was right! Victory!’ Hailey skrie-ked, throwing her hands up in the air in jubilation.
Lee rolled her eyes. ‘Just because that coconut water you call a br@in finally says something smart doesn’t mean you know anything,’ Lee said snootily. Hailey’s victorious grin twisted into a sneer.
‘You had to ruin it.’
‘Ruining what? Come on shake that watermelon head and try to remember where we are dressing up to.’
‘Do I blame you? No, I blame mom for birthing you.’
‘Ouch,’ Lee t©uçhed her che-st. ‘That stung me.’ She said sarcastically.
‘Well it should sting more because your face itself makes me want to puke.’
I was watching them, laughing quietly and I’m sure he was too. That one however, made me laugh out. ‘Hailey, if her face makes your throat close up, doesn’t that mean you are irritated by your own face?’
‘Tell her, she’s a magnificent beetlebr@in chowderhead bimbo of blockheadism privilege.’
‘At least I’m not a cretin bu-ttbreath,’
‘Shut you pillock donkey-d!¢ked motherfv¢ker…’
‘Oh my God,’ Johnny laughed. ‘It’s okay Lee, if you guys keep fighting, you will never get to the game on time.’
‘We still don’t know what we are wearing it for.’
‘We changed location, we are clubbing after the game, remember?’ Johnny asked.
‘Whose stupid idea is that?’ Hailey said irritably.
‘Yours, it was yours Hailey.’ Johnny said chucklingly.
‘Mine?’ She asked puzzledly, scratching her head. ‘How come I don’t remember?’
‘Chump,’ Lee tittered.
‘Shut up dingbat,’
‘Shut up dingbat,’ Lee mimicked.
‘Wait, we are going clubbing?’ I asked with wi-de eyes, finally registering what he said.
‘Oh yes, I thought it would be nice for the team to get our as-s wasted after a good game. I alre-ady talked to dad and booked a VIP room in his club, Club9.’ The one thing I love about Hailey’s and Lee’s fights, they never took it to heart.
‘Your dad owns Club9?!’ I skrie-ked with shock, I always wanted to check it out but never had enough money and I’m un-derage.
‘Yup!’ Lee popped. ‘That’s why we nee-d a fancy dress for you, one that is S-xy and outstanding.’
‘I found one!’ Hailey skrie-ked, waving a black dress! How did a black dress get in there! Of all the colors!
‘Ooh! Let me see!’ Lee skrie-ked, throwing her expensive phone away. The phone bounced on my chair and off to the floor. The f0rç£ wasn’t strong so I knew it would just crack.
‘Lee,’ I called with a whine. ‘You bought that phone yesterday!’
‘Dress!’ She skrie-ked. She took the dress and checked it out. ‘Oh there is no way Hans would see you in this and not get we-t, meooow,’ she purred. Hailey purred too. I rolled my eyes to Violet who was frowning at me. She kept disappearing with the others.
‘Hans is going to fall in love!’ Hailey squealed. I covered my ears as they skrie-ked, holding hands and jumping in excitement. ‘Picture this, Hans talking and she walks in, his mouth hangs in the air and he is like phwoar, who is this abso-fv¢king-goddamn-lutely S-xily gorgeous girl in black? She is h0t!’
‘And then we’ll be like, that’s Iris you idiot.’
‘And he’ll be doh doh doh,’ they bur-st into laughter, laughing as they fanned themselves. Then c@m£ the skrie-king, I buried my face in my pillow in embarras-sment.
‘She shouldn’t wear a br@, just in case someone wants to svçkbo-ob y,’ Lee said with a teasing wiggle of her brows.
‘Lee!’ I shouted sheepishly. They both laughed and then g@sped.
‘Makeup!’ Lee shouted.
‘Shoes!’ Hailey skrie-ked.
‘And ice cream!’ Lee added. Hailey sma-cked her head. ‘Ow!’
⚡ Hans’ standpoint ⚡
I did some stretches as I looked around for Hailey, Lee and Iris, they weren’t here. The cheerleaders were doing warmups while some chattered and giggled. The game was going to start soon, Ivan was with another girl, my other ex who I now know he snatched. Her name was Merissa, prettier than Maggie and the only girl I actually liked de-eply. To cut the long story short, I was jealous, angry and bitter. He knew seeing her with him would pain me de-eply, it indeed. It wasn’t like I still liked her, no. It just vexed me with a little, teeny bit of jealousy.
If telling yourself that will make you feel better, okay… My subconscious said tea-singly. I rolled my eyes and it landed on Lee and Hailey who were dragging Iris to the other cheerleaders.
‘fv¢k,’ I muttered. She looked really different and much more beautiful with the new hair color and seeing her in reddish makeup was a whole new thing. I followed her hand as she frantically tried to pu-ll her extremely short Sk-irt down, even her crop t©p was shorter. I didn’t nee-d anyone to tell me Hailey and Lee were trying to frustrate me.
‘$h!t man,’ Jet said. ‘Can I borrow your babe for today?’ I glared at him. The cheerleaders skrie-ked when they saw her, jumping as they do to traditionally welcome a new member. My eyes were stuck to her legs, the straight full legs she always covered with jeans. Damn it! Such full th!ghs. I scratched my head as an image of those th!ghs locked around my w@!st flashed in my head. Her legs were slender and yet so full, so fleshy.
‘You idiot!’ Coach shouted, giving my head a h0t sma-ck.
‘Aah! Coach!’ I shouted, j£rking up from my bent position and flying my hand to me head. ‘What did I do?’ I whined.
‘The game has started, get your as-s into the field and ogle your girlfriend later.’ He snapped.
‘Sorry coach,’ I said sheepishly. I ran into the field before he added more words, my eyes still fixed on Iris as she shyly talked to Silvia. I collided into someone ha-rd , I wasn’t looking.
‘Kendrick! Focus!’ Coach shouted.
‘Sorry coach!’ I shouted back. I looked at Hailey who win-ked at me. Last night, she promised me that she would make me act like a fool and I was wondering how she would pu-ll that off, now I know.
The game started, I couldn’t concertante, my stupid eyes kept averting to her. I fell down a couple of hundred times, collided with my teammates and the other pla-yers a million times. I was pla-ying like $h!t in water. If that is even a reasonable comparison. The first half was over with the other team ahead, we haven’t even scored one point. The good news was, I wasn’t the only one who kept ma-king a fool out of myself. It was safe to say Ivan, Jet, three other of my teammates and the other team’s were also distracted by our cheerleaders, by Lee and Iris especially. Jonathan was one of the fools.
‘Kendrick! You bo-ob y dun-derheaded nincompoop!’ Coach yelled. ‘All you did out there was bo-ob y about while the others try to pla-y, and all because of what? Twat.’
I grinned sheepishly. ‘Sorry coach,’ I said apologetically.
‘Hans darling,’ Hailey called sm-irkingly. ‘What happened out there?’ My eyes went to Iris who was smiling, she was enjoying herself.
Ironic.
‘You there,’ coach snapped at her. She averted her excited eyes to him. ‘Do me a favor and stand behind the other girls or wear leggings un-der that Sk-irt of yours, you are distracting my pla-yers.’
‘With my legs?’ Iris asked quizzically. ‘But I’m wearing what everyone else is wearing,’
‘Yes, but unlike their scrawny l@ps, yours is a big turn on to my boys and that is a problem. I nee-d them to focus, not mastur-bate in the field, especially this idiotic b©yfri£ndof yours,’ he swat my head again.
‘Coach,’ I whined. He doesn’t have to always hit me.
‘Sorry sir,’ Iris said sheepishly, looking down as her cheeks turned pink.
‘Okay, follow me Iris, time to change uniforms.’
‘We change uniforms?’
‘Only few times,’ Lee win-ked at Jonathan. ‘Come my sister and friend, let’s get more S-xy to distract all the pla-yers into a epic fail.’
‘Sounds like a plan!’ Hailey skrie-ked.
‘Absolutely,’ Iris squealed too.
‘No, that’s not what I meant!’ Coach shouted distraughtly.
‘Come on girls! Let’s get S-xy!’ They all ran out to change, cheering loudly for their wickedness.
‘Hailey, Hadley, come back here!’ Coach shouted, chasing them. I face palmed myself while the guys laughed. Those two buffaloes are my sisters.

It is safe to say mom nee-ds to banish Hailey and Hadley to limbo. Since coach couldn’t control them, they did change into shorter Sk-irts and instead of doing their freaking jobs, they were doing a stylish s£dûçt!vedance that made us all collide our heads with each others. The other pla-yers cheerleaders saw what they were doing and took it as a challenge, they started their too. Even though Jonah and I later snapped out of it, the game was a clown’s pla-y. Fortunately, we still won by a point higher. That didn’t st©p the it from being the worse game I have ever pla-yed.
Whose idea was it to make cheerleaders S-xy?!
No, what the fv¢k was I thinking handing Iris over to Hailey and Lee! Those heartless devils!
‘Thanks to your wicked sisters and girlfriend, this game was the worse,’ Riley huffed, we were at the club now. ‘All I could think of was legs.’
‘Easy for you to say,’ Jet said with his hands up. ‘All my mind pictured was me wagging my tail behind Iris as I barked like dog begging for bones,’ I glared at him. ‘What? Those th!ghs were calling out to me, I’m sorry.’
‘Damn! I can die in those fresh fleshy edible th!ghs,’ Spencer m0@n ed with eyes closed. ‘Those legs wra-pped around my h!ps as I pound into her sweet cunt…’ I sprang to Spencer to punch his face off for talking about my girlf…fake girlfriend, that way. Jonathan and Riley quic-kly held me before I got to him.
‘Calm the fv¢k down Hans, he was just pla-ying,’ Jonathan pleaded.
‘If you want to daydream about her b©dy, do it in secret and don’t fv¢king say it to my face! How dare you tell me such words?! If you think you can go behind my back and fv¢k my girlfriend and I will let it slide when I find out like I did with Ivan, then you better be joking. I swear on your life Spencer, I would break every single bones in your b©dy until you are permanently paralyzed. Don’t dare me, all of you better keep your filthy hands off my babe or you are dead. Now let go of me.’ I wh!pped my hands away from their hold and whirled around to stomp out in anger.
I mean every words that left my mouth, I would kill him or anyone who dares go close to Iris.
I st©pped when the cheerleaders started trooping in, giggling and tittering in a hush. ‘The devils have arrive!’ Jet exclaimed. I looked at him over my shoulder and back at the door.
I regret looking, I repeat, I regret looking!
Standing there with arm interlocked with Hailey as she laughed was my wonderful fake girlfriend in nothing but black, even wearing a black hair. I froze where I stood, I have a thing for black, a very strong thing for black. Finding out Iris’ original hair color was black confused me that day at the salon, but it was good because she covered it. Now she was back with her hair – Okay, a wig because there is red dye in it – and dressed in black from head to toe.
Hailey, why!
