“good morning ma” the maids kept greeting as I hurried out if my room
I couldn’t even respond to their greetings
am damn worried
I nee-d to get out of here before they get here
I can’t let them get her
I can’t !!
Roderigo put me into this mess and I pray I come out clean from it
“where’s Karen,is she done packing?” I asked one of the maids
“I haven’t seen her since morning ma” she replied and I nodded walking down the stairs
she had better not make this difficult for me
I nee-d to get out of here before the kings entourage come here to get her
I can’t let them get her
never!
I walked into the sitting room but couldn’t get a glimpse of her.
seems she isn’t done packing her stuffs
“hey” I signalled a maid and she rushed towards me with her head bowed
“yes ma” she replied
“go as-sist my daughter pack up her stuffs!
hurry up I don’t have all day” I said and she nodded obsequiously,taking the stairs up to my daughters room
I picked up my phone,pu-lling a call across to someone
the phone kept ringing and at the last ring he picked it up
#hello Mrs Roderigo # is voice boomed out of the receiver and I rolled my eyes on hearing that monsters name
#yeah! how’s it going?# I asked picking the pictures of I and Karen,which where in the TV shelf and flung them into an open bag
#it’s going really fine!
few more minutes and it’s re-ady# he replied and I scoffed

you know I count on you” I said and hung up
hope that daughter if mine I’d re-ady?
I took the stairs up to my room,got a hold of my box and bags and began rolling them down the stairs
“where’s she?” I asked the maid I had s£nt to her room earlier on
“she’s still slee-ping ma” she said and I felt fireworks exploring inside my head

“tell Mr your joking ” i yelled and she jumped back in fright
“am sorry ma, but am saying the truth ma”she said and I blinked my eyes in surprise
I let go of my bags, ma-king them fall off the stairs but I don’t care.
I found myself racing towards her room in anger and fear
I barge into her room and she opened her eyes slowly
“good morning mum” she greeted and covered her face with the pillow going back to sleep
“Karen!!!
you haven’t start packing your stuff?” is asked with wi-de eyes
“mum I thought you were joking”she said itching her eyes
what the hell !!!
“Karen are you pla-ying games with me?
like,are you kidding?”I asked and she kept itching her eyes
“I sle-pt off late, mum!
so plea-se lemme get some rest am still tired and my feet still hurt from yesterday’s crazy adventure
shut the door when your leaving and plea-se, tell a maid to get me a glas-s of milk”she rasp and i felt my head spin
“get that crazy as-s of yours off that be-d now!!” I yelled and she jumped off in fright
why can’t this lady just un-derstand me for once?
“mum” she called ad I s£nt her a cold glare
“fine!, lemme start packing”she said standing up from the be-d
“nope! there’s no nee-d for that” I said and she gulped in
“fine! lemme go take my bath”
“there’s no nee-d for that,
let’s go!!” I yelled and she flin-ched
“mum! can I at least brush my tooth?”she asked and I barked at her in anger

The maids had packed my bags into the car booth and I ignite the car engine, driving off
“where are we relocating to, mum?” Karen asked
“to south Korea” I replied and she g@sp
“what!! mum!!
what are we gonna be doing there?” she rasp
“no more word from you” I yelled and she kept shut with an angry look on her face.
I drove into the Woods and some cars blocked the front of mine
what’s going on?
who are they?
I g@sp on seeing the palace guards, got off one of the cars
“bur-sted!!!” I yelled slamming my hands on the car stereo in anger
what am I gonna do?

“mum what’s going on?” I asked In wonderment as mum got hold of my hands immediately we c@m£ out of the car
omg!
“oouch!” I screamed as she held my hands,dashing off into the woods
“get her!!!!!” I heard a de-ep authoritative voice as we ran off
the guards kept on running an ad soon caught up with us
“let go off her, plea-se take me instead” mum pleaded and the guard scoffed,pu-lling me r0ûghly with him,while mum fell on her kneels in tears
omg! what’s going on?
who are this men?
“how could you do this meg” the cure old man called
he seems to know my mum cause only her close as-sociates call her ‘meg’
“am sorry my lord” mum said and I g@sp on realising he was the king
omg! the king of this vast kingdom!
“you aren’t sorry meg!
if you were, you would have known what she meant to me” he said gesturing at me
“am sorry my lord!,
I just don’t want her to be far from me,
she’s my responsibility”mum rasp still in tears
“without her my son is never gonna seat on that throne
without her my throne is gonna be vacant for many generations.
without her this kingdom seems not to exist and you say your sorry”the king spoke gently
“am sorry my lord, I only wanted to protect her”mum cried
“take her in” the king ordered and the guards shoved me into the car
“omg! Karen don’t go!
don’t leave me plea-se!!” mum pleaded as the cars began driving out slowly
I watched helplessly as mum kept crying.
I felt my eyes heat up with tears streaming down my eyes
it’s all my fault

The car drove into a big gate,after a long ride. one if the guards upended the car door for me,giving me a slight bow and my eyes dazzled at the beauty in front of me
omg! have never seen such a beauty before, not even in movies.
I kept on admiring the mansion with my eyes when the king walked up to me and gave me a tap,I c@m£ back from my world of merriment to face the harsh reality before me
“am sorry with the way it all looked over there,and am sorry you had to leave your mother,but I as-sure you,your gonna be safe here” he said and left even before I could reply.
I took my eyes upward admiring the beauty before me,when I caught a glimpse of an ocean blue pair of eyes boring into mine
geez! he was super h0t

omg! I can’t believe this
it looks too good to be real,like am in some sort of dream or something

I kept looking around the big building with my eyes
gosh! it’s too big to be a house,I doubt if people actually do live here,or perhaps it’s a palace?

ROYAL PALACE was scribbled boldly on the mansion
I doubt if it even has an end

the royal lady will be waiting”one of the guards said with a bow

“okay!” I replied and one if the guards rolled out a carpet on the floor

“what difference does it makes though” i said taking a step forward

“the royal lady instructed us to do this” one of the guards said and I hurriedly step on it.

I walked on the rug and got into the large sitting room

it’s damn cozy and I tried balancing myself so I don’t miss my steps
my eyes ran over the large sitting room and my mouth opened in shock.
the whole place looked shiny and well kept
the couch where heavenly made
the white designs on the wall with blue str!pes on it,where to die for!
the middle table was made of gold,
wow! pure gold!!!
from all my growing up days,I haven’t seen something as beautiful like the sight before me right now.
I doubt if paradise won’t look like this.
though my room back at home is beautiful,but it’s nothing near what am seeing right now
everywhere seems to be made if glas-s and the stair case and lift looked like it has just been washed.
maids with same uniforms kept moving to and fro,the large sitting room,obviously doing their jobs
I just pray everything go well like have thought of.
the idea of bringing me here wasn’t bad after all.
I caught a sight of a slender lady,on one of the couch
she looked so beautiful and richly dressed
“perhaps she’s the Queen” I thought
I face was buried into a fashion magazine she didn’t seems to have noticed my pres£nce
“greetings my queen”the guards greeted and she looked up on seeing me, she g@sp covering her mouth with her palm

kyle would be lucky to have you”she rasp pu-lling off her spec and flung the magazine she was re-ading,across across the large room.
A maid who had stood behind all this while,walked towards the magazine picking it up before resuming her position behind the queen.
seems she’s doing her job as the queens personal maid
“thank you ma” I replied shyly.
she stood up and gave me a hvg
“can’t wait to see your Tummy bulging with my grandchild in there,cause kyle won’t spare you when he sees you” she said pu-lling off the hvg
geez! everything still look like a long dream to me.
first,is sneaked out of the house
secondly, mum got a hold of me reprimanding me seriously and boom!

“why don’t you go freshen up sweetheart”the queen said and I suddenly realised I was in my pyjamis and my hair was ruffle

she signalled to a maid
“take her to Prince kyles room” she ordered and the Maud nodded
“hi mum”I heard a voice and turned to see a cute looking guy pe-cking the queen

Karen meet my youngest son sky”she said and I froze on seeing him while he just smiled
