Becky closed her eyes and ru-bbe-d her palms together. Today is the day she’s planning to let all the guilt in her heart out, she sighed when she saw Andre coming out of his company
“Are you re-ady?” He asked and she nodded
“Good let’s go” he said and entered his car, Becky entered too and the drive is pretty silent
“You don’t have to be too nervous, just day your side in the story and that’s all” he as-sured and she nodded again

MCDONALD’S LAW FIRM**
“Sir Mr Andre Collymore is here, should I let him in” Heather asked
Charles looked up the book he’s writing in and nodded. Heather bowed and left and few mins later Andre stepped in with Becky
“Good afternoon Mr McDonald’s” he greeted with a smile
“Andre, have your sit” Charles replied and Andre sat down, he looked at Becky and motioned her to sit,Becky sat down to
Charles dropped his pen on his book and looked at Becky
“So I’m guessing you are Becky jay” he asked and Becky nodded
Charles stared at her face and crea-sed his brows,it feels like he has seen her from somewhere but where??
“I’m sure you know why you’re here, you don’t have to feel afraid cause you won’t get hurt, just say your side in the story cause you’re a great witnessed” Charles said and Becky sighed and breathed before staring…
“It happened 18 years ago, Miranda that’s her name. We use to be besties she was supposed to have a happy family if not for that day, that night. March 24 when Louis was born…
Her husband was called to the hospital that his wife is on a very tough labor, on his way to the hospital he had a very terrible accident, he got hit by a very hvge trailer, he got crushed, he got disabled, one hand gone one leg gone in one word he was useless”
As Becky was talking Andre cleaned the tears falling from his eyes, he also remembered what happened to his father
“Louis was kept in the hospital for about a month he would only be re-leased when Miranda pays the bills. Miranda worked and worked and eventually found a very paying job as a maid in a hvge Mansion”
Charles hand paused on the book he’s writing as he remembered something long ago, something that isn’t clear enough. He was coming out of his room and bu-mped into a woman holding a mop and bucket
“Who are you?” He asked and she bowed immediately
“I’m Miranda Lee, the new house maid”…
Charles shook his head back to presĀ£nt and looked at Becky again,he urged her to continue
“The job was working really good cause she eventually got enough money to bring back her son but, something happened. Miranda use to have a fight with the wife, the wife of the man despises her so much, so she kidnapped me one-day and told me to frame Miranda, she offered me a very eyes catching money even though I nee-ded the money badly, I still refused then she threatened to kill my husband and my son who’s just four months old”
“I had no choice than to agree, the plan was that she’ll hire a disguse that looks like Miranda and the person will kill her disabled husband then pin it on her. The night of that day, the plan was carried out, Miranda was busy celebr@ting in her house cause she finally brou-ght her son home, then the same night, she received a call informing her about her husband death, she rushed to the hospital and the blame started, most nurses began hitting her and telling her that she killed her husband they called her names, then they called the corps”
“The CCTV footage was pla-yed and it clearly showed Miranda’s face, and how she killed her husband heartlessly in be-d with a knife. Miranda had expected me to defend her curse we were celebr@ting together right in her house at that time but I didn’t, instead I blamed her like the rest, I denied staying with her in her house, I told the corps I saw her do it, I lied to them that I pleaded with her to stĀ©p but she never listened because she wanted to stay with the rich man which I heard his a rich lawyer, very wealthy”

Becky sniffed in her tears and continued
“That was how it happened, Miranda was taken to jail and I had to sign her sons into two separate orphanage cause I know I couldn’t take care of them, that’s my side in the story I’m sorry I was selfish” Becky cried
Andre chuckled painfully and stood up
“You did that to save your husband and son??, Where is your husband now?” He asked angrily
Becky remembered something and bur-st into tears, she began crying so ha-rd
“I can’t stay here anymore!” Andre yelled and rushed out in tears too. He got to his car and started speeding again

“Miss you don’t have to cry, yes what you did was unforgivable, you could have helped earlier but why did you choose to stay silent?” Charles asked Becky who’s still crying
“That’s because you guys don’t un-derstand, one day you’ll get to know why I didn’t talk earlier now I’ve put my life at risk, once this trial starts I know I won’t be save anymore, I’ll leave my childrens, my daughter is still a helpless teenager that has only her brother. I..
“Nothing will happen to you don’t worry, just make sure you don’t loud what’s happening plus I’ll sĀ£nd some secret guards for you and your children, nothing will happen I can as-sure you” Charles said
Becky nodded and stood up. “I must leave now, I’ll be back when you both nee-d me again” she said and left

ANDRE’S MANSION
Andre just stepped in looking really drun!kand weak, his eyes were really red like he had cried de-eply and yes he has, he still is
The maids were trying to talk to him but he just ignored them and went upstairs to his room, fell on the be-d and continued crying painfully
He remembered everything that night, he remembered how he saw his dad on the hospital be-d with just one arm and one leg, he remembered the pity look on his dad face,how his dad couldn’t talk and could only look at him helplessly
He then remembered when Louis just c@mĀ£ home, he was brou-ght out of mom’s wo-mb prematurely cause of too much of work, at that time he could only look at his little brother inside the incubator. When Louis finally c@mĀ£ out, he was saw happy he thought all what be fine but he was wrong, his father died his bother was taking away from him and his mother was taken away from him too
“Whyyyyyyyyy tell us why us. What have we done to deserve this we never really offended anybĀ©dy” Andre looked up and yelled in tears
He still remembered when he escaped his orphanage to look for Louis, he remembered how he got lost outside the road, how he sle-pt and shared food with rat on the dustbin. He remembered how he begged for money with his rotten shoe. Then he remembered an old man that adopted him, brou-ght him to a new house and new life. Introduced him to Caleb
He remembered Caleb would bug him around and beg him to be his brother but Andre would ignore all what he was thinking of was his brother and mother. He remembered when his old man, Mr Chen had promised him that he would give him the power to find his mother and brother only if he studied, take care of himself, finish highschool and college with a good degree then run a hvge e sport company on his own which is what he is now with Caleb. Mr Chen had traveled to Canada last three years for a long business trip
Andre sniffed in his tears, his temperature isfu-cking high alre-ady, his head is pounding ha-rd ly but what he nee-ds now is the company of his girlfriend, he took his phone and tried calling Rebecca but his phone died instantly, he threw his phone and la-id helplessly on the be-d, letting his tears roll

THE RICHMONDS***
Baby cries were heard everywhere, a woman is seen carrying a crying baby and a boy is seen chasing after her
The woman put the baby inside the car and entered and the car began moving
“Louisssssssssssssssssss!”
Alex woke up with a long ha-rd g@sp, his eyes were wi-de-ned his heart is beating fast,it’s just 12 in the midnight, everywhere started feeling suffocating like he couldn’t breath
He held his che-st ti-ght and manged to get off his head, his head is alre-ady pounding non stĀ©p like he’ll die soon
He opened his drawal and took his drugs, he opened to drink but fell and held his che-st even ti-ghter
The door opened and Isabella stepped in with wi-de-ned eyes
“Alex” she called and rushed to hvg him, he took his drug and made him have it immediately
“How are you feeling now my son?” She asked, ru-bbing his hair
“Mom” Alex called with a shaky voice
“Yes baby I can hear you”
“Mom what’s wrong with me, why do I always suffer from this and why do I have this nightmares tell me mom, who am I and where did I come from?” Alex asked crying alre-ady
“No don’t say that, you’re Alex, you’re my son, I’m your mother okay. Nightmares are nightmare, nothing is wrong with you okay” Isabella replied tearfully
“You’re wrong I’m not me, I’m not your son. Why do I have to suffer and Luna enjoy, it’s not fair mom. Is it until I die one-day” he asked and sniffed in his tears
“StĀ©p talking like this, you’re my son and I love you, you’re normal nothing will happen to you” Isabella replied. Alex hvgged her ti-ght and cried ha-rd for sometime before falling asleep
“You’re my son, I love you my son, I love you okay” Isabella whispered and k!$$Ā£d his hair.

ANDRE’S MANSION***
Andre is still sick in be-d, his trying to get up and make himself something to eat but couldn’t. Suddenly noises were heard from outside and before he knew it Rebecca kicked his door opened and entered with the angriest look ever
“Andre Collymore” she said throu-gh gritted teeth
“Re.. Becca” he called weakly
“Andre your phone is right on your be-d, I’ve been calling but no response have you worked so ha-rd and have forgotten you have a girlfriend!” She yelled
“Rebecca… It’s not like that I..
“You what?, There’s no excuse Andre, I’ve been trying to push this relationsh!pforward you seem to have lost interest and I’m tired of forcing you” she said
Andre eyes wi-de-ned slightly
“Are you breaking up with me now?” He asked
“Whatelse” Rebecca glared at him and turned to leave but Andre gathered up all his strength to stand up and hvg her from behind
“I’m sorry Rebecca you don’t un-derstand I…
“I un-derstand, you’re tired of me, you nee-d space and I’m giving you just that!” She yelled and pushed him off
Andre fell on the floor and struggled to get up, by the time he got up Rebecca left
“Rebecca” he yelled, he stood up and ran weekly to the leaving room, his head his pounding and he’s seeing double

The door opened and Caleb stepped in
“Bro I just saw Rebecca drove out furiously and you,you don’t look well what…
Caleb is talking but Andre pas-sed out and fell unconscious on the cold floor
“Andre” Caleb yelled and rushed to shake him
“Andre.. Andre. fvĀ¢k” Caleb muttered and brou-ght out his phone, he called Sarah’s number thrice but she didn’t pick then he called Bella and she picked instantly
“Hello, Caleb??” Bella asked, she is actually writing songs in her room
“plea-se is Sarah with you, plea-se tell her to come quic-k something happened to Andre”
Bella eyes wi-de-ned and she dropped the pen she’s holding
“What happened to Andre?” She asked
“He’s terrible sick and now he had pas-sed out plea-se call Sar..
“What’s his address,tell me immediately!” Bella yelled
“Dongcheng street No. 25, I’ll be greatfull if you call…
Bella alre-ady hanged up before he finished, the only thing she’s hearing is her heartbeat
“Andre” she muttered and rushed out of her room then began climbing the stairs
“Where is she running too ba-refooted?” Rosemary asked eating from the popcorn as she is watching a movie with Camilla on the couch
Camilla just shurgged not taking her eyes off the TV

Bella ran ba-refooted outside, she didn’t even take her car with her
“Ma’am plea-se where can I find Dongcheng street? She asked a woman, not caring if the woman recognizes her
“It’s far from here you’ll first have to reach the bus stĀ©p” the woman replied
Bella continued ruining, the road was super far and rou-gh but she still got to the bus stĀ©p ba-refooted
The bus just stĀ©pped and she got it. It took thirty minutes to reach and she didn’t bring her money. The br@celet she’s wearing at that point cost millions of yuan but he had to give the bus driver like that
She continued running till she reached the building. In the fence behind the get it’s written 25 Dongcheng street
“This should be Andre’s house” she thought and moved to the gate
“Andre!! Andre!!” She yelled and began pressing the bell, not enough she began hitting the gate till a guard opened it
“Who are..
She kneeled him on his ball and rushed in, the guards began chasing her but she dodged all of them at once and pushed the door opened
She met Andre lying lifelessly on the floor with Caleb kneeling next to him
“Andre!” She yelled and pushed Caleb off then knelt beside him
“Andre, Andre. What happened to him?” She asked with teary eyes.
