Xavier sped up his car to the airport still recalling everything Regina said to him
“She gave you her blood, almost all of it but what was her reward??”
“plea-se Gwyneth still be there” he thought, speeding up his car even more
He arrived at the airport and rushed down to the boarding section
“plea-se there’s one of your board pas-sĀ£nger, umm. Gwyneth Jones, that’s her name” he said to the attendant
“Yeah let me check for her” the attendant scrolled down the l@ptĀ©p screen
“Gwyneth Jones, a first clas-s. I found her” the flight attendant said
“So..” Xavier asked, getting impatient alre-ady
“Her flight took place an hour back” the female attendant replied professionally
Xavier felt his whole world turned silent
“So that’s it, she really left” he thought painfully, he looked at the board attendant once again before leaving
He got outside and looked up to the sky
“I don’t know if you can hear me now but I just wanna say I’m sorry, I’m really sorry for everything, I’m so sorry. If you give me a last chance then I swear I won’t take you for granted anymore,I’d try to just give us a chance and see where things would go. I’m sorry” he said as a tear rolled down his cheeks

Just like that time was flying by like breeze, everything was going normal for everyone. Cindy pastries is now like a big deal, millions of company comes to other from there
By now they have transferred to a bigger place with some extra workers. Jasmine had changed for real, her and Justin are now seeing each other plus Cindy had made her the second owner of the pastry shop since she’s doing pretty well
Nathan, Betty and Liam are also fine, today the had planned to come check out Citty’s pastries. Nathan car just stĀ©pped at the shop packing lot, they all c@mĀ£ down and as usual Liam would run his way in but this time Betty didn’t run after him cause her baby bu-mp is alre-ady starting to show, it was Nathan’s turn to chase after him
“Aunty Cindy” Liam shouted from behind, Cindy smiled and spre-ad her arms for the boy, Liam got to her and hvgged her ti-ght, even giggling
“You see Nathan, you allowed him to have his way” Betty said from behind
“I tried my best” Nathan said with a sm-irk
“You didn’t,I cought you running slowly on purpose” Betty said eyeing him
“Okay fine, you got me” Nathan smiled while Betty shook her head and moved to Cindy
“Bestie look at everywhere, we started this together but now you’ve made this place looked ravishing” Betty said
Cindy smiled and held her hands. “Hey, you’ll always be a p@rt of this”
“Mom I want cu-pcake” Liam shouted
“Hunny can you get it for him” Betty shouted to Nathan
“Liam didn’t you eat this morning?” Nathan asked
“Yeah I did but now I’m hungry for some cu-pcakes. Don’t blame me the place is ma-king me hungry” Liam said
Nathan wanted to talk but Jasmine c@mĀ£ out of the kitchen with a carton of cu-pcakes
“Nathan just leave him, Liam come-on have this” she said, giving Liam the box
“That’s why I love you” he smiled and collected it while Jasmine laughed shortly before looking at Nathan
“Umm, did Justin come with you?” She asked
“Yeah, he did but he went to get something, he’ll be back” Nathan replied and Jasmine nodded before going back to the kitchen
“Hey boy are you gonna finish all that?” Nathan asked coming to Liam, who was eating the cu-pcake greedily
“What dad, haven’t you eaten this morning” Liam mocked and Nathan just laughed
In anyways Liam still made space for his dad to join him
“You didn’t consider my word” Betty frowned
“Betty, even Jasmine doesn’t approve of it” Cindy said
“Cindy I’m no longer here, it’s now you and Jasmine, plea-se change the name of this place. Call it casmine, I said so” Betty said
“I’ll think about it” Cindy smiled, she took Betty’s hand and they were both chatting randomly
Justin just entered the bakery, he whispered something on Nathan’s ear, Nathan nodded and waved at him to leave
Justin went to the kitchen to meet Jasmine, she immediately left the crust she was ma-king and rushed to hvg him
“I miss you” she pouted while Justin smiled and pinched her cheeks
“plea-se check what you’re baking” Betty’s voice interrupted them, Jasmin blu-shed and pu-ll-ed away from the hvg
“Jasmine can we talk?” Betty asked and Jasmine nodded, she followed Betty
“So Cindy have agreed to change the name of this bakery, we just nee-d your opinion” Betty said
Jasmine looked at Betty and then at Cindy and smiled
“I have a better one”

Mr Brown turned of the TV and shifted his glas-ses
“Why did you of it, I was still watching” Mrs Brown grumbled and turned the TV on back
“From an actress to a pastries seller. Should I say a baker or chef” he said
“At least my daughter is living again” Mrs Brown replied
The door bell was heard
“Oh it’s my baby, move” Mr Brown stood up and adjusted her dress happily, she rushed rushed to the door with her heels ma-king annoying sounds and opened it
It reveled Evelyn smiling face, standing along with Freddy as they were holding their hands ti-ghtly
“My princess” Mrs Brown hvgged her ti-ght, she then pu-ll-ed away and turned to Freddy
“Such a good catch Evelyn, he’s so handsome” Mrs Brown said
“Good evening Mrs Brown, I’m Freddy Shane” she stretched his hands but Mrs Brown pu-ll-ed him for a hvg
“It’s mom not Mrs Brown” she said
“Ahem” that was Mr Brown coming from behind and eyeing Freddy throu-gh his glas-ses
“Dad” Evelyn smiled and hvgged him
“Look how shinning my baby is looking” Mr Brown hvgged her too
“You’ve been taking good care of her right?” Mr Brown shifted his gaze to Freddy and asked
“You bet your jingle bells I have. Freddy Shane” he smiled as he stretched out his hand
Mr Brown accepted it with a smile. “Dad” he said

They were all seated like a big family, Freddy and Evelyn sat beside each other while Mr and Mrs Brown sat opposite them. Different delicious food were placed on the dinning table by the maids, right in front of them
“So this is the guy you’ve been d@t!ngover three years now?” Mrs Brown asked
“Hmm, yes mom he’s really cool
Ion think we are breaking up anytime soon” Evelyn said
Freddy smiled and ru-bbe-d her ti-gh from un-der the table while Evelyn smiled and looked at him
“So I heard you guys papers is starting next week I think you guys nee-d to study and l@ylow on this lovey dovey for a-
She paused when she noticed they weren’t listening to her that they were busy smiling at themselves
“Look at them, behaving as if they are lovestruck” Mr Brown smiled
“Of course dad, I’m love struck with her” Freddy smiled as he ca-ressed her ti-gh even more while Evelyn hit him
“Yunno it’s surprising, she use to have this arrogant girl behavior it’s surprising how she turned sweet, I love what you’re doing to her” Mrs Brown said
“I love what he’s doing to me also” Evelyn smiled, bitting her fork
They all had a peaceful dinner and chatted for some while before Mrs Brown see them out
On getting to their car at the parking lot outside the compound, Freddy and Evelyn frozed seeing someone they haven’t seen for three years
“Roger” Evelyn called in shock
He was sitting on their car, wearing a white singlet and r!ppĀ£djeans smiling at them
“Long time no see baby” he sm-irked
“Son of a bit-ch” Freddy cussed and moved closer to him but Roger stood up and brou-ght out his gun pointed at Freddy
“Freddy” Evelyn yelled but then he pointed it at Evelyn too
“What’s your problem?” Evelyn said in anger
“I just wanna take you back with me” he said calmly
“You’re such a fool Roger, if I were you I’d be pitting myself right now, you didn’t learn from your mistake you should be ashamed” Evelyn said angrily
“Ashamed” he chuckled
“What’s more to be ashamed about, my family disowned me, I’m a drop out with no future, so I’ve faced all the shame alre-ady” he said
“Don’t tell me you’re trying to blame us for what happened cause it was all your fault” Freddy said
“I swear I’ll shoot you, I wasn’t talking to you” Roger yelled pointing the gun at Freddy but Evelyn moved forward to him
“He’s right Roger, it was all your fault. I really did love you but you misused it, you hurt me, and you ruined your life, we didn’t but you did” Evelyn said looking into his eyes
Roger pointed his gun to Evelyn’s head
“Evelyn! Roger you better not-
“One more step” Roger said to Freddy, shooting him glares
“Why are you angry,you’re angry because p@rt of your mind agrees that what I’m saying is the truth, it agrees that you ruined your life with your own hands, you’re parents disowned you because of you, you bec@mĀ£ a drop out because of you” Evelyn said
“That’s not true” Roger shouted
“Roger you nee-d help, you’re not normal don’t you get” Evelyn said
“I’m normal, you people ruined my-
A sl@p landed on his face before he could finish
“Don’t you ever say that, we never did. Look” Evelyn pu-ll-ed down her jacket to shower him her bruised arm
“Even after three years,I never faded completely, what was your reason for doing this to me??” She asked in tears
“Evelyn” Freddy moved closer to pu-ll her back
“You’re mad Roger, that’s just it. You’re not normal that’s the truth” she yelled
“I’m normal that’s not true” he yelled in tears this time
“No you’re not normal, if you are then why did you do this, why are you blaming us for running your life instead of you trying to fix it” she yelled
“Shut up” he yelled as he pointed his gun towards her
“I’m normal, that’s not true, that’s not true” he yelled out like a psycho
Freddy hvgged Evelyn and pu-ll-ed her back. “I think you should stĀ©p he’s gonna loose it” he whisper to her
“That’s not true, I’m normal, that’s not true” he fell on his knees this time and began crying
“You still have a life Roger it depend if you wanna make use of it now, you can still win your family now, it’s all in your hands it’s only if you decide to give up your evil ways” Freddy said but Roger didn’t respond, he put his head down and was still crying
“I got into a very famous college but I used my hand to ruin it, I c@mĀ£ from a rich family but I used my hands to ruin it, I got loved by a sweet girl but I used my hands to ruin it, you people are right, I’m not normal” he said in tears as he picked up his gun and pointed it to his head
“No!!” Both Freddy and Evelyn screamed but it was to late
Roger alre-ady committed suicide, his bĀ©dy fell lifeless on the floor as blood filled the whole ground
“Freddy” Evelyn bur-st out in tears as he hvgged him ti-ght, while Freddy patted her back in shocked by what just happened
People began screaming and running, soon the ambulance c@mĀ£ and his corspe was carried away
“He shouldn’t have died” Evelyn said sadly, walking out of the hospital with Freddy
“I mean no matter how he treated me I still didn’t want him to die” she added
“It’s done it’s done, there’s nothing we can do now, I just feel sad for his parents” Freddy said looking at two couples who were crying their eyes out
“Let’s get out of here” Evelyn said, cleaning her tears and Freddy nodded, he took her hand and they both left

Some days after that, Nathan’s Manson***
It was family movie time, Nathan Betty and Liam were all sitting and watching a family rated movie together
“Mom I’m out of popcorn” Liam said, showing Betty his empty plate
Betty turned to look at Nathan
“What?” Nathan asked
“Get him another popcorn” she said
Nathan looked at Liam and Liam smiled
“Here,take mine” he gave Liam his popcorn
“Who wants yours, what did Mom tell you?” Liam said
“You-
“Yes Nathan, what did I tell you” Betty frowned
“No I-
“Are you pla-ying with me Nathan?” She asked
“Its-
“Sometimes I feel like you’re pla-ying with me, it’s like you’re taking me for granted cause of my big tummy” Betty snapped
“No it’s not like that. Liam see what you’ve cursed” Nathan faces Liam
“Don’t bring Liam Into this!” Betty yelled
“Yeah don’t bring me into this” Liam said too
“You. Unbelievable” Nathan muttered
“It’s popcorn right? I’ll get it since you love it when I stress myself” Betty said and stood up with her big tummy
“Don’t worry I’ll do it” Nathan stood up
“No sit,I’ll do it for my son I love” Betty said moving to the kitchen but Nathan ran there and started doing it
Liam took his mom phone and stared to video them
“I’ll do it”
“I say I’ll do it”.
They were both struggling till the door bur-st opened and Diana stepped in with Regina
“What’s happening here?” Diana asked while Regina bur-st out laughing
“He didn’t wanna help Liam microwave a popcorn, now that I wanna do it, he wanna do it too” Betty said
“StĀ©p talking it’s nothing’ Nathan said holding the bowl of popcorn but just as he was about to step forward, Betty set her leg on the road ma-king him trip and falling flat on the popcorn
Both Regina and Liam started laughing while Nathan sat on the floor and looked at Betty angrily
“Look how the two of you are degrading yourselves” Diana said
“Clearly she’s the baby, can’t you see how she made me fall” Nathan whined as he was trying to stand while Betty was laughing
“Mom dad thanks for the movie, goodnews ion want popcorn anymore I’m full” Liam yawned and ran upstairs
“See that little rascal” Nathan pointed at Liam who was sticking his ton-gue out, he then stood up and call a maid to clean the mess that Betty made
“You what are you doing here, aren’t you supposed to be with your bĀ©yfriĀ£nd?” Nathan asked Regina
‘not today, I miss home” Regina replied climbing the stairs
“Have you eaten?” Betty asked
Yeah with Mom” Regina replied, going upstairs alre-ady
“Babies go to sleep” Diana said, climbing the stairs too
Betty sighed and began climbing the stairs but turned to Nathan
“Let’s go” she said
“Go I’ll meet you” Nathan huffed
“Nathan if I first you to reach the room, no sed this night” she said firmly
“Coming” Nathan shouted and jugged his way upstairs to their room while Betty smiled and shook her head
