BB suddenly stood and walked straight to Mrs Kaz.
Mrs Kaz started shifting back till her back is on the wall.
BB got to her and placed her gun directly on her forehead.
“You don’t deserve to live… Beast, die!!!!” She screamed and sh0t the gun.
She went down straight and BB rushed back to Skye.
“I’ll carry him” Drew said and Skye was heaped on his back
Eddy carried Austen and they all rushed out of the place.
Nikita threw down the emblem before leaving with them.
They got to the car and the drive started immediately, Sunny put on gloves before picking the br@nd new phone, she dialled the security line .
“Is this the station?” She asked.
“Sure”
“Come to Claus hospitals right now, a case is waiting” she said and hung up.
She threw away the phone before removing the gloves.
They drove to Malcolm’s family hospital where Austen and Skye were quic-kly admitted.
They all stayed optimistically in the hallway, waiting for any news that’s coming next.
Nikita entered Das’s ward and saw him lying on the be-d, he has a very tired look on his face.
He has a lot to say but he still couldn’t talk.
“If Austen dies, I won’t forgive you” Nikita said.
Das sat up and tears fell from his eyes.
He took the pen and note from beside him and wrote.
“I know my sorry won’t amount to anything… What’s wrong with Austen?”
” He was helping in wiping out the remaining devil’s when he got sh0t, nothing must happen to him Mr Das” she cried.
” My son will never pay for my sins, he’ll be fine trust me, I believe he’ll be fine” Das wrote and Nikita cried more.
” Why do you have to get yourself involved in such devilish project in the first place, it shouldn’t have been you” she lamented and Das wrote.
” It was greed, greed and covetousness, I regret it de-eply”
“I don’t want you to go to jail but what can I do?” She said.
” No I must go to jail, I must pay for the sins I committed” he wrote and Eddy c@mĀ£ in.
” Doctor Emmy said they’re both back in track” he said and Nikita inhaled in relief.
She stood and gave Das one final look before leaving the ward.
SAME NIGHT**
Skye and Austen are still unconscious so the rest of the team sat in their ward with them.
BB kept stro-king Skye’s hair gently while begging him to wake up in her mind
Nikita only held Austen’s hand, hoping he’d wake up soon.
“The TV” Sunny said and Drew increa-sed the volume of the ward TV.
*The corpses of three people has just been discovered in an hidden un-derground in Claus hospitals some minutes ago… Two of the corpses weren’t recognized as their faces has been damaged but the third person has been recognized as Mrs Ming Kaz, the wife of the popular Dolph Kaz, owner of K holdings… California”
Sunny sighed and Nikita inhaled as the news went on .
“The cause of their deaths and why they died in the un-derground has still not been found, who could have done such an inhumane thing?, Is the question on thel-ips of everyone in the city*
“They did something more inhumane” BB said.
Eddy put off the TV and they all took de-ep breaths.
An hour later, Das’s ward**
Three cops entered and Das quic-kly sat up.
“Mr Das Malcolm, we nee-d to take you for questioning, something related to you was found at the scene of crime an hour ago” one of them said, bringing out the emblem which has project F3 written on it.
“Exactly this type was also found in your house a week ago”
Das got his book and pen.
” I’ll tell you everything I know, let’s go” he wrote and faced them.
He followed them out of the ward and Nikita watched from the ward door as they took him away.
“I nee-d to do something” she thought.
*******
NIGHT**
The whole city is full of the shocking news, it’s on thel-ips of everyone… project F3.
Das told the cops everything about it, including Jillian, the Fabio’s and the p@rt he pla-yed himself.
And about the dead bodies of the three, he told the cops that they must have fought each other till death cos of their greed.
He was detained and a trial was set for him three days from now.
Eddy, BB and Nikita and Drew went to the station without being invited since Das mentioned them as the victims of their wickedness.
They were interrogated and they said everything just like Das said.
“What next?” Eddy asked as they walked out of the station.
“I’ll make an appeal for Mr Das in court on the day of his trial” Nikita replied.
” I think you should really do that, he repented” Eddy said.
” I think so” Drew said
BB kept quiet.
” Bright you’re not saying anything” Nikita said
” I just want my brother to come back to me” she replied and Eddy was about to talk when the press appeared.
“I knew it” Nikita said as they shrouded around them
š„ How do you feel now that your hunters are dead miss Nikita?
š„ Miss Brinkley Bright, is your brother in Texas right now?
š„ Drew Kaz, what’s your view about the death of Mr and Mrs Kaz?
š„ Is it true that they caused your initial blindness miss Nikita?
“Yes” Nikita replied to that as she struggled to enter the car with Eddy and BB.
The press won’t let them go easily.
š„ You’re d@t!ngAusten Malcolm, are you gonna sĀ£nd Das to jail despite the fact that he’s your bĀ©yfriĀ£nd’s dad?
š„ What should the people expect in court?

They finally got to enter the car and drove away.

Next day**
Malcolm’s family hospital**
Olive entered the ward slowly and when BB saw her, she waved
“Olly” she smiled and Olive c@mĀ£ in slowly.
Eddy stood and faced her too.
“Olive what’s up” Nikita said.
“You pas-sed throu-gh a lot” Olive said and Nikita sighed.
“You too BB, now I don’t blame your upti-ght attitude, you pas-sed throu-gh hell” Olive said at the point of tears.
” Don’t cry” Eddy said.
“I cried a lot after hearing the news last night, you guys suffered so much, how could they be so wicked?” Olive cried.
BB went to her and hvgged her.
” I’ll be moved to tears if you continue like this, do you wanna see me cry?” She said.
” No, I’m just sorry” Olive sniffed and broke the hvg. BB wiped her tears.
“I hope they will both wake up soon” Olive said and looked at Nikita, she hvgged her and stayed with her for like two minutes before going to Eddy.
“Can we talk pri-vately?” She asked and Eddy followed her out of the ward.
They went to the hallway and he faced her, she hvgged him immediately.
“I’m sorry you had to pas-s throu-gh so much pains” she said
” I’m ok, everything is back to normal alre-ady” he replied and she broke the hvg.
They started staring at each other till Eddy cleared his throat.
“Um.. about…what you said the other time….
“I’m traveling to China tommorow morning” she interrupted
” Huh?”
” Dad got transferred to the China br@nch in his place of work, his boss was impressed with him cos he helped him win a contract so he got transferred to the bigger br@nch, his salary increa-sed a lot… we’re gonna start a new life there, we’re staying there permanently” she said
” Olive…
” About my feelings, I won’t interrupt yours, I know you love BB so… I’d just forget about it, the fact that I won’t be seeing you anymore will help” she smiled
” Are you really leaving?” He asked.
” Yeah, I wish you happiness, I won’t be able to see BB and Drew before I leave” she said and turned to go…
” I’m sorry…I couldn’t reciprocate your feelings” he said.
” It’s ok, feelings can’t be f0rƧĀ£d to come alive anyways” she replied without looking back.
” Thanks for being my good friend from day one in Sunshine High… I’ll miss you” he said.
She left without replying and tears fell from her eyes as she entered the cab
She looked at the hospital as the car zoomed off.
“I’ll miss you more Teddy Magnus” she whispered.

BACK IN THE WARD**
“Skye!!!” BB screamed when he opened his eyes.
” Baby” he whispered with a faint smile .
“You’re really awake” she smiled.
“Austen” Nikita said, going closer to him too, his eyes just opened.
“Miracle” Drew smiled.
Austen opened his eyes fully and when he saw Nikita, he tried to sit up but his stomach hurts so he kept laying down.
“Don’t sit, you finally woke up for me dear” Nikita smiled, hvgging him on the be-d .
” Nik…* He smiled, holding her to himself.
” You have been unconscious since yesterday, a lot happened” she said
He broke the hvg and held her hands.
“Dad?” He asked.
“He’s with the cops, the trial is three days to come but don’t worry, I’ll appeal” she replied.
” You don’t have to do it cos of me” he said.
” I’m doing it cos I wanna do it” she replied and he hvgged her again.
” I’m glad that I didn’t die, I’m glad I got to see you again” he smiled, patting her back.
” I was so scared” she said
” I’m sorry for scaring you” he replied.
“I’ve vowed to kill you if you die” BB said, tou-ching Skye’s face.
” I’m back to you, I can’t die… never” he said.
“Don’t leave me alone ok?” She said and he pointed at his cheek.
She pe-cked him and he smiled.
“I love you baby” he said.
“I love you more” she replied
Eddy and Sunny c@mĀ£ in at once
“Yay!!” Sunny shouted, going straight to Austen’s be-d with Eddy.
“Magic, you were still unconscious when I left” Eddy said.
“Magic” Austen smiled.
” Thanks for waking up for us” Sunny smiled.
“I’m glad I woke up too, where’s Skye?” He asked
Sunny walked to Skye’s be-d and he smiled wi-der immediately he saw her.
“Beautiful” he win-ked.
“You still try to sĀ£dƻƧĀ£even on the sick be-d” she scoffed and he giggled.
” Badas-s, I missed you in my sleep” he said.
“You scared everyone’ she said.
“Sorry about that” he begged with his eyes.
She stro-ked his hair shortly
” You’re lucky I allowed you, I’m the only one who can do that” BB said and Sunny smiled.
” Dude” Austen said from his be-d
Skye looked at him and chuckled.
“You’re not that strong, how many bullets made you end up in be-d” Skye said.
” Same bullet that made you end up on that be-d too” Austen said.
” Coward” Skye said.
” Small boy” Austen replied.
” Small what?”
” Boy” Austen said.
” fvĀ¢k you Austen” Skye glared
” How old are you?” Austen said
” Same age as you” Skye replied.
” I’m 22″ Austen said.
” Well same here…scre-w scre-w you for calling me small, myl-ips drive girls crazy do you know?” Skye said.
” Everything about me drives Nik crazy” Austen said.
” That’s true” Nikita said.
” Whatever” Skye said and turned his face away from him
Austen did the same.
“You both are perfectly behaving like kids” Drew said .
“What!” They both said and went down on their be-ds in pains again
Drew smiled and continued watching, feeling too good to be around them.
His mind went to Dora and he sighed.
“I’m coming soon, baby sis” he smiled.

SOME HOURS LATER**
Skye is sitting on a wheelchair while Sunny pedalled him round the hospital.
He said he’s tired of the stuffy ward and nee-ds to get fresh air.
“Push gently, I must not fall” he said.
Sunny stĀ©pped pushing and faced him.
“Your legs are fine, it was your stomach that got sh0t” she said.
” I can’t start walking yet, it’ll surely affect my wounded tummy” he pouted.
” Austen was right, you’re a small boy, you behave like a kid who nee-ds ice cream” she said.
” And now I nee-d ice cream” he said
” You must be kidding”
” I’m not, you talked about ice cream and now I’m craving for it, you should take responsibility by getting it for me” he win-ked.
She stĀ©pped pushing the wheelchair and rolled eyes at him before leaving.
“She’s too beautiful” Skye smiled.
She c@mĀ£ back shortly and handed a cone of ice cream to him
“One is not enough” he said.
“Skye…
” plea-se” he interrupted.
She walked away furiously and Skye smiled as he started eating the ice cream.
“Delicious” he hummed.
Sunny c@mĀ£ back with another waffle cone of ice cream and he took it.
“I nee-d gum, bubble gum” he said.
Sunny gave him an icy look before leaving again.
“Skye stĀ©p” Skye told himself.
She c@mĀ£ back with a pack of bubble gum shortly.
“Here” she handed it to him
“I think I nee-d h0tdogs” he said.
” Skye!!!!!!!!!!!” She screamed, scattering her hair.
” Gosh, you look scary” he smiled.
” I’d rather jump off a cliff than going to get you another thing” she said and started leaving.
” Hey pedal me back to the ward” he said.
She stĀ©pped and looked back swiftly.
“In your dreams” she said started leaving again.
“Ouch!, My tummy!!” Skye gro-an ed and she stĀ©pped.
” Oh no.. it hurts, my eyes are blurry, ahh!” He gro-an ed louder.
Sunny rushed back to him and held his shoulders.
” Skye are you ok?, Don’t scare me again” she said fearfully.
“Arrgg!’ he gro-an ed again.
“We nee-d to go back to the ward, I’ll get the doctor for you” she said and started pushing the wheelchair
Skye smiled secretly.
“Skye, I’ve been nominated!!!” BB screamed, coming out of the ward.
” Face of MK fashion this month!!” She further screamed.
“Yay!!!” Skye exclaimed and spranged up from the wheelchair out of excitement, Sunny almost fell as a result.
He ran to BB and hvgged her.
“I’m so happy my sis will really become a model” he smiled, turning her around.
Sunny balled her fist, all the nerves on her nĀ£Ā¢k revealed as she ti-ghtĀ£Ć±ed her teeth on each other.
*He can walk?, He even ran?, He was just acting up about the stomach ache?*
Skye broke the hvg and pe-cked BB before remembering Sunny.
“I’m in trouble” he said
“What?” BB asked
“Hold my hand and let’s run” he said.
“Why?” She asked
He slowly looked back to see angry Sunny
If only she could turn to s zombie, she’d eat him up .
“Sunny I….I…I’m.. Sorry” he said slowly.
“I’m gonna end your existence right now…. jĀ£rk!!!!” She screamed and started running towards him
” Oh no I’m dead” he said.
“Now I get it” BB said and gr@bbĀ£d Skye’s hand.
She sticked her ton-gue at running Sunny before rushing out of the hallway with Skye.
They crashed into a team of five doctors who are just coming into the hallway.
