“luna”. Clara whispered as she let out a howl, a howl filled with pain, she couldn’t feel the connection with the luna anymore, something bad has happened to her.
Well, it wasn’t just clara who felt it, the whole pack felt it too, and everyone, where ever they are let out a howl of pain, what has happened, could it be that the luna is gone, no one knows, but this feeling, it wasn’t a plea-sant one, something terrible has definitely happened.
Where damien was, he felt a really sharp pain in his heart, although, he has no idea what the feeling was about, but he knew something wasn’t right, just that he doesn’t know what it was, something was off, but he just can’t remember what it is, and now, he heard the howling of the pack, no matter how ha-rd he tried to go and check what it was, something kept on pu-lling him away, and finally, he gave up as he brushed the feeling aside, his mind bec@mĀ£ clouded again, not remembering a single thing.

“clara”. Margret said as she hurried to meet Clara, she heard her howl, as well as the whole pack, there on the floor, la-id Clara, hands on her heart as she cried her eyes out.
“oh moon goddess, clara”. She yelled as she tried pu-lling her up.
“Luna, the Luna”. she sobbe-d as she let Margret pu-ll her up, ma-king her sit on a chair.
“Linda?, what’s wrong with her”. Margret asked worriedly.
“she…… she…”. She trailed off, sobbing even ha-rder.
“oh goodness, Clara plea-se tell me, what’s wrong, what happened to linda”. Margret asked worriedly as her voice quivered.
“I don’t know, I can’t feel the connection with her anymore, something’s happened to her, the bond is broken”.
“I can’t stay here like this, I nee-d to see my Luna”. she said as she dashed out of the house even before Margret could say anything.
“plea-se moon goddess, let nothing happen to my child (Linda)”. She said as a tear sli-pped down her cheek.
Damien was about heading back home when he saw a lady run pas-sed him in a flash, she was heading towards his dungeon, the place he keeps wolves who’s betrayed him or the pack.
he felt the strong urge to go after her and find out what’s happening , but his leg seemed rooted to the spĀ©t at that moment, he couldn’t move his legs.
“what’s happening”. He gro-an ed out, struggling to move.
“damien”. He heard someone call, it was Valerie.
“you took quite a while, and I got tired waiting for you, let’s go home now”. She said, smiling sweetly at him.
the moment she took hold of his hand, he bec@mĀ£ free, but not just that, he also forgot everything about the lady he saw.
“sorry love, let’s go”. he replied as he k!$$Ā£d her pas-sionately before they both head home, holding hands.

“let me in, I nee-d to see the luna”. Clara yelled at the guard who stood outside, guarding the place linda was kept.
“I don’t think I can do that, the alpha has ordered that no one is allowed to see her”. He replied.
“ha”. Clara scoffed bitterly.
“the alpha’s orders, can you tell me when that happened huh, are you blind, can’t you see that something’s wrong, the alpha himself doesn’t even remember, and I’m certain about that”.
“now let me in alre-ady, and I’m sure you’re not stupid to know that the Luna isn’t ok in there, you felt whatever happened too”. She yelled as she tried pushing her way in.
“look, I’ll advice you go back home now, no one is allowed to see her”. He refused.
“what in the world are you, how can you talk like that, the Luna has done so much for this pack, and is this how you repay her”. She said in anger.
“look, let no one hear you call her that OK, you’ll get hanged because of your ton-gue woman”. He growled, pushing her away.
“you’re wrong about that, I refuse to accept any other person as my Luna, my true Luna is in there, and I’m not leaving here without her”. She growled as her eyes glowed amber gold.
in a flash, she attacked him, kicking him in his groin, the man gro-an ed in pain as he held unto his di-ck, but Clara wasn’t done, she gave him a spinning kick that sĀ£nt him down to the ground.
“sorry, but I can’t let you live”. She said as she crouched down, bringing out her long sharp claws, she r!ppĀ£dhis heart clean out of his che-st.
Clara’s eyes then returned to her normal blue, she stared at the man for a while before running inside.
she then saw where Linda was kept, she quic-kly broke the lock securing the gate.
“luna”. She yelled the moment she stepped in.
Linda la-id lifelessly on the floor, she looked dead, but was she dead?.
“Luna”. Clara cried out once more as she ran towards Linda, she sat on the floor, placing linda’s head on her l@ps.
“Luna, Luna, it’s Clara, plea-se wake up “. She said in tears.
“luna plea-se wake up, I’m so sorry I’m late, plea-se luna, plea-se wake up, I’m here now, don’t do this luna”. She sobbe-d as she kept on tapping her cheek lightly.
“Luna plea-se open your eyes, I’m here now, look, it’s Clara, plea-se wake up, open your eyes plea-se”. She said, but still, she got no response.
“lu… Luna”. She whispered as her tears dropped, landing directly on linda’s face.
“moon goddess, plea-se help me”. She cried as she hvgged Linda ti-ghtly.
“luna, you can’t die, you can’t leave me, plea-se wake up”. She cried in a loud voice, still hvgging Linda.
she stayed this way, crying, as she had no idea what to do.
“clara”. she heard a tiny whisper.
“luna”. She quic-kly said as she stared at Linda’s face.
linda winced as she struggled to open her eyes.
“megan, Damien, gone”. That was the only thing she could mutter before pas-sing out.
“luna”.
“wake up “. Clara yelled
“you fool, get the Luna home right now, she nee-ds proper care and medication”. Her wolf yelled.
Clara stood up quic-kly, carrying an unconscious Linda in a bridal style, she’s not going throu-gh the same way she c@mĀ£, to avoid being seen, so she ran with a flash, taking another route home.
in no time, she got home, Clara used her bĀ©dy to push open the door, and thankfully, it was unlocked, she ran upstairs to her room, and gently, she placed linda on her be-d.
“oh goodness, you safely brou-ght her home”. Margret said as she sat beside Linda.
“I did, but I don’t know what’s wrong with her, she muttered something about her wolf and the alpha being gone”. Clara said, looking at Linda sadly.
“what? “. Margret half yelled in disbelieve.
“she’s lost her wolf”. Clara said.
“her smell’s different, more like a human and not a wolf”.
“but how’s that even possible, she can’t just loose her wolf like that”. Margret said
“I know, I have a feeling it has to do with that lady the alpha declared as his mate, I knew something wasn’t right”. She growled.
“I felt her aura, it was really dark, enough to sĀ£nd a cold shiver down my spine merely looking at her, she’s evil, and I’m certain all these has to do with her”.
“hold on, are you telling me that damien declared an unknown lady as his mate”. Margret said as her jaw dropped in surprise.
“how can he be so foolish”. She yelled in anger.
“how dare he do this, what’s come over him”.
“I have no idea what c@mĀ£ over him, he doesn’t seem himself, and not just that, he’s also declared war with a neighbouring pack, the most strongest and vicious pack ever known, the red moon pack”.
“the alpha must really be a fool, innocent lives would be lost, and I have no idea the reason for this war”. She sighed.
“hmm, we’ll talk about this later, first, let’s take care of Linda, get me a towel and a bowl of cold water plea-se”. She requested.
Clara gave a nod as she hurried to get what Margret has asked for.
few minutes later, she c@mĀ£ in with a bowl of cold water and a white towel flunged on her shoulder.
“here”. She said, handling them to Margret.
Margret placed the bowl of cold water on the floor, soaking the towel in it, she then brou-ght it out, squee-zing the water out of it before placing it on linda’s forehead.
Linda stirred in her sleep the moment she felt the cold towel on her forehead, but, she didn’t wake up.
Clara was about saying something when they heard a howl, and this time, Margret knew what it meant.
“you should go, I’ll take care of her”. She said with a reas-suring smile.
“a are you sure”.clara replied as her eyes moved to Linda, she really didn’t feel like leaving.
“of course dear, trust me ok, you go see what it is, I’ll take care of her, don’t worry, and besides, she’s like a daughter to me”. she smiled.
“of course, thank you “.
“you don’t have to thank me, I owe her a lot, and besides, she’s in this condition because of me, if she hadn’t…. “. She trailed off, as Clara cut her short.
“plea-se don’t say that, you can’t keep on blaming yourself, I’m very sure she doesn’t regret her actions “.
“I’ll leave now”. She said before leaving the room.
Margret stared at Linda sadly before she continued with what she was doing.

damien stared at the whole pack before confirming if everyone was There.
“is everyone presĀ£nt”. He said to his beta.
“yes alpha” .
“good”.
“now, pick out the ones leaving with us, and do that quic-kly”. He ordered.
“yes alpha”. His beta replied before moving towards the people, he then began selecting those who would be leaving with them to the red moon pack, and surprisingly, Clara was picked.
“you, move this way”. He said, gesturing to the side those leaving with them stood.
finally, his beta was done with the selection, and in total, 40 strong wolves were ChoosĀ£n, both male and female.
“alpha, it’s done”. He said
“good, let’s get going”. He replied as they began their journey in their human form.
Valerie wasn’t with them, but she’ll definitely join them soon.

lance and gwen were out in the training ground, not just them, the warriors were all there, everyone was training, they all knew about the war, and they’ve all vowed to give it their all.
“alpha”. Someone yelled as he ran to stand before lance.
he was one of the warriors who guards the border, and the way he ran up to Lance got everyone interested in what he has to say.
everyone stĀ©pped what they were doing, as they now focused their attention on him.
“speak”. Lance commanded with a frown.
“the shadow moon pack, at the pack border”. He said.
“what? “. Gwen said as she looked at lance.
Lance had a distant look on his face as he stood quiet for quite some time
“asher, leo”. He called out.
“yes alpha”. They replied as they ran to his side in a flash.
“we’ll leave now”.
“I only nee-d ten of you “. He said to his worriors
“well, I’m coming too”. Gwen said.
“and don’t try to stĀ©p me lance, I won’t listen”. She added, knowing he would do just that.
“i know”. He sighed.
“well, we’re also joining in this p@rty”. Grace and Lily said.
“I know you’ll definitely want to come”.lance muttered as he shook his head.
Ten warriors c@mĀ£ and stood before lance, he stared at each one of them before giving a nod of satisfaction.
“good, now the rest of you, you’ll stay and watch over the pack, is that taken”. He said with an air of authority.

“good, now the rest of you, let’s go”. He said, and they all ran with a flash, heading for the pack border.
on getting there, Lance let out a growl as he stared at Damien, well, he hasn’t trespas-sed into his land, he stood on the other side, a line has been drawn, which separated his pack from the other land.
damien smiled brightly as he saw Lance, his smile then turn into an evil sm-irk, but lance face was void of any kind of emotion, you couldn’t even tell what was going on in his mind.
but then.
damien was the first to talk.
