“Hubby but I have a checkup session today. You have to follow me,” I whined protestingly. Brian just told me he’s got an impromptu business meeting and we were supposed to go to the hospital together. I don’t like going there without him.
“Kitty I already told you I’m sorry okay? I wish I could follow you but I have to go to work. It’s urgent. Your mom will follow you there instead,” he replied dressing up in a hurry.
I sat down on the be-d feeling very annoyed. Is work more important than me? Okay fine since he doesn’t care then I won’t care too. He finished dressing and was ready to go when he suddenly turned around.
He smiled seeing I’m pouting sadly on the be-d. He walked over to me, bent down and planted a ki-sson my l-ips. I didn’t even respond to show how angry I am. “ Kitty, yunno I love you right? Just give me one hour and I’ll finish up with the meeting. Once I’m done, I’ll come pick you up,” he said.
I didn’t say anything as he quickly stood up and left. Mom walked in,“ Ivy honey, let’s go for the check-up so we can come back on time.” I frowned and followed her out. I don’t want mom. I don’t my hubby.

Few minutes later, we got to the hospital and a nurse kindly showed us the doctor’s office as it is my first appointment since the surgery. The bo-dyguards were asked to stay outside and only mom followed me in.
As soon as I walked in, I knew something was wrong. The doctor looked up at me coldly and I shivered in fear. He doesn’t look familiar and there’s a hu-ge scar un-der his eye. Throu-ghout my stay in the hospital, I didn’t see this man.
“Please ma’am have a seat,” he said with a warm smile that makes me think perhaps I’m overthinking. After he asked few questions, he was ready to examine me. He asked Mom to go out and wait with the bo-dyguards.
That was fine for me but after I la-id on the be-d and he brou-ght out a syringe, I quickly sat up. “What do you want to use the syringe to do? I’ve been to the hospital for check-ups before and the doctors have never used a syringe on me,” I protested.
I’m starting to think this man wearing a white doctor’s coat is an imposter. He doesn’t even have an I.D card around his ne-ck. He smiled softly and answered,“ Ma don’t worry. This syringe won’t do anything. Look at it. It’s completely empty and I only want to take out few drops of your blood for a test.”
I looked at the syringe. He’s not lying. There’s really nothing in it. So I la-id back and let him inject me. I winced softly in pain closing my eyes. Immediately he injected me, I started feeling dizzy. I opened my eyes and stood up.
As I took the first step, I staggered and fell from the dizziness. Ouch! My head hurts alot. Then the next thing I knew was that I couldn’t control the urge of closing my eyes. But as I closed it, I noticed the wicked smile on his face. Oh no! I was right about him.
Note?️: He changed the syringe when Ivy was laying back on the be-d.

The hallway was completely empty as the man who disguised himself as the doctor walked out carrying Ivy. Few men appeared from different angles and they hurriedly left together. No sight of Mrs Helen and the bo-dyguards. I wonder what they have done to them.
As the men walked out, a man came out of the nearby ward and called someone saying,“ It’s done boss. They got her.” Then he left. As soon as he left, another man came out from the opposite ward. This one is wearing a mask.
He also se-nt a message to someone before leaving.

Brian smiled as soon as he cut the call. He looked at the police for-ce in front of him and said,“ He just called. They got her. The tracker has been activated so we can follow her.”
Then he left with the troop of police for-ce.

At the same time, Louis brou-ght out his phone and saw the message. He smiled and called his men,“ They got her so we nee-d to move now. Tell him to hack the server and activate the tracker immediately so we can follow them.”
He cut the call and wrote a message for Maya so she wouldn’t worry. He then stood up wearing his black jacket and taking his shotgun. If it really turns out to be that bastard. He swear he’s gonna kill him like he has always wanted to.

The bright sun rays seeping into the room woke Louis up. He opened his eyes yawning. His hair looks tussled in be-d from all the late night exercise ?. He was about to sit up when he suddenly noticed something or rather someone hu-gging him ti-ghtly.
He looked down and saw Maya. She’s pouting cutely in her sleep and hu-gging him ti-ghtly. Her upper bo-dy is visible showing evidence of what they did last night. He smiled seeing his marks all over her before p-ulling her up to ki-ssher.
“Maya wake up, we have to go home unless you like staying in this clubhouse,” he said and Maya grumbled in protest refusing to open her eyes. He chuckled and called his chauffeur before helping her dress.
It was really difficult cause she refused to help only clinging to him. “You are really behaving spoilt,” he said carrying her in his arms as they walked out of the club. She opened her eyes a little and said,“ It’s your fault my bo-dy aches.”
He smiled and went on teasing her,“ Who was it that kept on…” he couldn’t finish as she hurriedly covered his mouth with her hands before looking around. He laughed softly and she glared at him. He then carried her into the car.

When they got to his house, Maya opened her mouth astonished. She couldn’t stop looking at the luxurious decor of the house. He took her into his room and was both surprised & relieved not seeing Susan. He had completely forgotten about her.
He didn’t want Maya to misun-derstand him. After they freshen up, Louis held Maya’s hands. “ We have to talk,” he said softly and Maya gulped hoping he wasn’t bored of her already. She doesn’t have anywhere else to go.
But Louis only asked her about what happened and she explained all that had been going on in her life while crying. Louis comforted her, “ Maya yunno I’ve never felt this way for anyone before. I wasn’t really expecting to fall in love and at least not with someone like you. But my heart has chose-n. Will you let me be the one to help you take your revenge?”
Maya smiled. “ Let me be the one for you to rely on. Just give me a chance. I won’t think any other lady except you my love.” She couldn’t stop crying as she hu-gged him. She’s scared as everything is just going fast. But she could feel the sincerity in his eyes.
And while she wasn’t looking, Louis se-nt a message preparing a little surprise for her wicked aunt. He even payed her brother’s bills.

The day after that, his private investigator suddenly called him. “ Sir we’ve gotten a clue about the bastard you’ve been searching for. He’s really related to the one that wants Mrs Faye dead,” Louis couldn’t hold back his excitement. Finally, at last.
“ Then make sure to check if the tracker I planted on Ivy at the hospital is still there. I know that bastard will do something. We have to be ready for him,” he answered.

Meanwhile Brian already snuck out of the house without letting Ivy know. He went to his secret hideout as his private investigator had called him. As soon as he appeared, the man said,“ Sir we found him at last.”
He showed him a picture. Brian frowned cause the man doesn’t look familiar. “Sir this is Kelvin. He’s Tony’s brother,” the man said excitedly. Brian frowned as he wasn’t aware of any uncle in-law.
“ Why does he want my wife dead? Aren’t they supposed to be related?”
“ We stumbled on a code and we were able to unlock it. It has all records of his dirty deeds. The ones I can tell you is that he killed your mother in-law. I mean your wife real mom. Tonia helped him with it cause she’s having a secret affair with him. They have a daughter together and he is planning to kill your wife soon,” he said handed over a file to Brian who is very shocked to hear everything.
Just before he could open it, his phone vibr@ted. It’s a message from his company- ‘BOSS WE’VE GOT SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH OUR STOCK. IT’S DROPPING SERIOUSLY.’
He was confused because the company’s stock was alright the last time he checked. “ Sir it’s pa-rt of their plan. I se-nt a video to your mail. It’s all about his plan. I’ll call someone to fix your stock right away and they won’t even know about it,” the P.I said.
Brian hu-gged him and walked out. He smiled as he informed the police. The fool is gonna get caught up in his own trap.

So that’s why there are two different people following the men’s van. The men that kidnapped Ivy. Louis is in his car with his men in other different cars following the tracker’s direction.
While Brian is in the police van also following the van. Both men are going in different directions but have the same destination. I can’t wait to see what will happen.

Kelvin smi-rked as his men brou-ght the unconscious Ivy into the hideout. The hideout is actually an old warehouse. They locked the place just in case they were been followed.
Kelvin walked to her as they tied her up to a chair then he carried her head up and stro-ked her face lightly. The strong de-sire showing on his face. “ She’s so beautiful. Don’t tie her up too ti-ghtly. Don’t hurt her flawless skin,” he murmured.
His men didn’t say anything as they already recognized the look on his face. It means he’s interested in Ivy. They quietly shivered in fear for her. It would have been better if he only wanted to kill her but now he wants her.
He’ll possibly ra-pe her like he has done in the past to many other young ladies and if he doesn’t ra-pe her to death, he’ll torture her to death. Louis smiled and turned to look at the one who had injected her.
“ How many more minutes do I have to wait for her to wake?,” he asked feeling impatient. The man checked his watch and replied,“ She’ll wake up soon. It’s been a while since I gave her the injection.”
He had not even spoken for long when she slowly opened her eyes. Kelvin was once again stunned at how beautiful she looks. She looks just like Anabelle. He felt like he was seeing Anabelle and not Ivy.
Ivy looked around, noticed the one who had injected her and glared at him. “ I knew there was something wrong with you. What did you do to me and why did you bring me here,” she spat out in disgust.
Kelvin smi-rked. It seems like this one is feisty unlike Anabelle who was sweet, quiet and easy-going. Ivy glared at the man not even scared of the multiple hefty men in the room.
Kelvin smiled and bent down to her level,“ It’s so nice to finally meet you niece.” Ivy finally noticed him and observed how identical he looks to her father.
Smiling she asked,“ Uncle why have you brou-ght me here?” Kelvin is awestruck by the way she’s behaving like she can’t see the guns in his men hands or she’s not scared of guns.
He finally frowned and answered,“ What do you think?”
“ Why do you want to kill me?,” she asked calmly. He is now getting pissed off by her I’M-NOT-AFRAID-ATTITUDE. Angrily he collected a gun from one of his men and asked,“ bi-tch! Are you trying to taunt me with your haughty behavior?”
Ivy smiled and relaxed on the chair. She’s really scared but she won’t give him the satisfaction of seeing her scared. She spat out slowly,“ I don’t care… Pull the trigger.” She knows he’s probably a man with a big ego so he won’t do it just because she asked him to.
She’s silently praying that somehow… Brian is able to come save her. Kelvin dropped the gun and ru-bbe-d his fin-gers on her luscious l-ips. “ I’ve just decided that I won’t kill you first. I’ll only do that after I have a taste of you,” he said.
Ivy spat at his fin-gerin disgust. Such a sick bastard. Wants to sleep with his niece. Kelvin gave his men a signal and two of them walked forward. They untied Ivy and pulled her to stand before holding her hands ti-ghtly making sure she won’t escape.
“ I’ll start with undressing you in front of my men. If you plead now, I might pardon you and ra-pe you privately,” he said. Ivy stubbornly looked at him not saying anything. Kelvin felt really angry now so he walked closer to undress her when he noticed a red light reflection in her hair.
He combe-d his hands throu-ghher hand rou-ghly and found a tracker. He laughed evilly and threw it on the ground. He stomped on it and destroyed turning to look at Ivy.
“ bi-tch!!! No wonder you were behaving so haughtily. You thought that stupid tracker was gonna save you,” he said and slapped her face furiously. His men laughed. Meanwhile Ivy was probably seeing stars?by now as her cheek turned swollen from the slap.

“Oh shit!!!,” one of the police men sitting in front of the van exclaimed. Brian looked up immediately and asked,“ What’s wrong?”
“ Sir we lost the signal. Someone must have seen the tracker and destroyed it,” he answered. Brian panicked,“ What do we do now!? That bastard can do anything to my wife.”
“ Well according to the last info we are almost close to the hideout. We just have to hack the server. It will take few minutes and it’s also illegal. But once we do so, we’ll find the location,” he said.
“What are you waiting for then. Hack it immediately!!,” Brian answered.

“ Is that the place?,” Louis asked pointing towards the warehouse ahead of them. “ Yes boss,” one of his men answered. They parked a little far away from the warehouse so Kelvin’s men won’t be alerted.
Then slowly they walked towards the warehouse. All of them scattering in different directions. Louis went throu-ghthe front door with few of his men. They noticed all the doors were locked. Very clever and stupid.
His men set time bombs to the door. It won’t explode the building only the doors. As soon as the bomb explosion began, Kelvin’s men panicked as Louis men ran in.
Kelvin was just about to tear Ivy’s clothes when this happened. As soon as the attack started, his men surrounded him trying to protect him. Guns and shouts could be heard.
Louis was slowly losing men cause Kelvin also positioned some sniper shooters to shoot in secret. But Louis was able to get to Kelvin with few injuries. Five of his men behind him.
Kelvin smi-rked seeing a familiar face. He ordered his men to step aside and hold Ivy. He then smiled and walked to Louis knowing he can’t do anything as he doesn’t have much defence left.
“It’s really you. You bastard!,” Louis spat out angrily feeling dizzy from the blood he’s losing from his wounds. Kelvin smi-rked and answered,“ We meet again.”
Louis almost ran mad hearing his familiar voice. He vividly remembered his childhood memories. When Kelvin had gotten his father addicted to gambling and drugs, how he would come home often and beat him, when he kidnapped his sister and finally… Finally ra-ped her to death.
His eyes turned red with anger and he rushed forward. “ I swear I’m gonna kill you!!!,” he shouted bringing out the knife in his pocket. Ivy screamed as she watched Kelvin attempting to pull the trigger to kill Louis.
Suddenly more men appeared and opened fire on Kelvin and his men. These ones are wearing police uniforms. They surprised everyone with their sudden appearance.
The men holding Ivy had to leave her to go rescue their boss. As soon as they left her, Brian went to her letting the police handle the situation. He hu-gged Ivy and was happy to see she’s not scared by what happened.
Soon Kelvin and his remaining men were apprehended. As the police were about to take him out, Louis rushed to them. He snatched a gun from one of them and rushed to Kelvin. The police hurriedly followed him worried that he’ll kill Kelvin.
But instead when he got there, he starts to use the gun to hit Kelvin until his face turned purple from the bruises. Kelvin Gr0-ned spitting out mouthful of blood. The police quickly held Louis to stop him from really killing Kelvin.
“ I’ll make sure you don’t get a life term se-ntence. Death will be your reward!! If you die and get reborn, I’ll come back and kill you over and over again. You are sick bastard that deserves to rot in hell!!,” Louis shouted angrily as the police led the almost unconscious Kelvin away.
After all the drama, Brian walked up to Louis and asked,“ What are you doing here?” Louis glared at him as his men treated his wounds. “ Shut up pv$$y! Not your business. Go comfort your wife and take her home.”
Brian glared at him also and walked away. Louis watched him leave with his wife and told his men,“ Let’s go. One of you call an ambulance for the injured ones.”

After that scene, the police took Brian and Ivy to her father’s mansion. When they got there, they immediately arrested Tonia without any explanation. Marie was screaming like a banshee asking them to let her mother go.
Ivy looked at her pathetic sister and asked,“ Since you don’t want to pa-rt ways with your mother. Why don’t you follow her to the station? It’s big enough for you two.” Marie immediately shook her head and ran to her room afraid that Ivy will really make her go to the station.
Tonia was really disappointed by her daughter’s actions. She had no choice but to follow the police. As they were leading her out, Ivy stopped them saying,“ Can I talk to her?” The police agreed and Tonia looked at her pleadingly.
Ivy walked closer to her and suddenly hit her ha-rd with the purse she has been holding. The purse is designed with lots of gems just like her Dior bag. She hit her quickly repeatedly and Tonia screamed in pain as blood starts to ooze out of her head.
The police quickly held her back. She struggled,“ I’m not done yet. Let me give her a taste of hell cause I know you guys will only kill her and that is an easy route for her. Let me torture just like how tortured I felt in the hospital!! She has children and yet she killed mine!!! You have to let me hit her again!!”
But they quickly took Tonia out and Brian had to hold Ivy. Tony sat down on the floor in despair. He didn’t know what to do anymore. He pa-rtially caused all these. He truly loved Anabelle that’s why he believed her over Kelvin.
He shouldn’t have married that witch. He should never have met her. Brian walked to him and dropped a file in front of him. “ You have just two days to move out of this house. And take your wretched daughter with you,” he said.
Then he walked out with Ivy. Tony couldn’t take it anymore. He finally fainted. Me:?Such a fool.

Later that night, Maya refused to talk to Louis knowing he’s hiding something from her. How can he leave without telling her and finally come back home covered with injuries then say it’s nothing?
“ Babe, I already told you not to worry about these injuries. They are not serious ones,” Louis said holding in his pain as he la-id on the be-d. Maya scooted faraway from him refusing to answer him.
Louis tried persuading her but she refused to listen. He finally turned to the other side and sle-pt in annoyance. Maya looked at him and noticed he was slee-ping.
“ So he doesn’t want to talk and he’s slee-ping,” she soliloquize angrily. She smiled mischievously and pushed him out of be-d.
“Oww!!,” Louis Gr0-ned in pain as he fell down on the ha-rd floor. His bo-dy throbbing from the pain. His injuries still hurt alot and she has the guts to kick him out of be-d.
He stood up and noticed her pretending to sleep. Immediately he got into be-d and climbe-d ontop of her. “You’ll pay for doing this,” he whispered as he sealed her mouth with a ha-rd ki-ss.
Maya struggled,“ Let me go. You are still injured.”
“ Didn’t you know that when you pushed me?,” he answered ki-ssing her ha-rd again to punish her.

“What are you thinking about?,” Brian asked Ivy. They are on a couch in their balcony staring at the stars. None of them want to sleep after what happened today.
“ My baby,” Ivy whispered honestly. She’s still hurt that Tonia actually killed her baby. She knew Tonia had always been threatened by her prese-nce in the house. It’s all because of the properties. But why would she go as far as killing an innocent baby?
Brian stro-ked her cheeks and ki-ssed her softly. He looked at her whispering against her l-ips,“ Let’s put that behind us. We’ll create new memories. Get well soon and let’s make another baby.”
She smiled and pulled him to ki-sshim back. She then put her hands around his ne-ck and mischievously said,“ Hubby… I want to make a baby. Let’s make another baby now.”
Brian’s eyes wide-ned but he smiled,“ Soon but not now. Recover first.” Ivy pouted sadly Brian smiled at how cute she looks.

She looked at him confused,“ What does that mean?”
