I stared de-eply at her…. There was something about her I couldn’t tell, she kind of look familiar and I felt a connection between the both of us but I couldn’t just place it… Where have I seen her… Where??
“Am sorry she said and began to pick the papers on the floor, I bent down to help her just to have a more closer look at her face but Siddarth was a stubborn type
“You don’t have to help her Rocky” he tried to st©p me but I persisted
I pretended to help her while stealing a glance at her face….. “Come on Shiva, this face looks familia you have seen it somewhere, try and remember” I thought going throu-gh my memory just then I noticed she has st©p picking the papers
Her eyes were fixed at one of the files, I glanced at it…. It was the court details regarding my parents death
But why was she at it….. Siddarth had told me that it wasn’t published in any newspaper, no one knows of it… He managed to steal it during his patrol work at the court few years ago
I quic-kly snatched the file from her f0rç£fully, thank god it didn’t tear ap@rt, I arranged the files quic-kly and stood up
“Be careful next time” Siddarth said rudely “Am sorry sir” she said with a bow, we tried to leave but she st©pped us
“Excuse me Sir but are you investigating Mr Phogat’s death” he asked
I glanced at her wondering why she was asking that, I shifted my gaze to Siddarth whom signaled me not to say a word
“No…. We just nee-d it for another case…. Why do you ask miss” Siddarth asked
“Nothing…. I will just leave now” she said and bowed before leaving
“Why didn’t you tell her” I asked
“Why…. She might be a spy…. We nee-d to be very carefully Rocky” he said
“He doesn’t look like a spy to me….” I said “Was that why you helped her” “No…. She looked familia to me…. Can you get me information about her”
“You want to know more about her” Siddarth asked and I nodded “Can you do that”
“Sure…. Why not” he said and I smiled
We got to the phone sto-re and with the help of Siddarth, I bought a new personal phone
“re-ad the menu when you get home…. I can’t teach you that now” he said “Okay thanks”

Chandu could be seen at the dungeon, his both hands were tied separately on the wall and his legs wasn’t t©uçh the ground
Most of the floor was covered with blood di-pping from his wounds, Two guards were at a corner holding two long cane each
The door opened and Emperor Bhalladev walked in with two guards.. Chandu raised his face and glanced at him for a while before he lowered it to the ground
“Why take this pain Chandu… I really don’t want to kill you, I feel so bad hurting just say yes to my proposal and I would make you the envy of all men”
“No matter what you say Bhalla, my answer will always remain no”
“Always remain No, that means you don’t have any plan of changing it in the future” he said but Chandu didn’t say a word..
“You are really something else, Tonight my men will storm Malawi and before morning D and Bawa would be in my pres£nce….. I wonder what will become of you”
Chandu bur-st into an uncontrollably laughter which sounded like an insult to Emperor Bhalladev, he got angry and sl@pt him
“Quiet you animal. No b©dy laughs at me” He roared in anger
“You will never find D” Chandu said and another sl@p landed on his cheeks
“Really…. I would make sure I feast with D’s head on the table” he said and turned to leave but st©pped
“200 lashes on his back, no food no water till I say so” he said and left

I and Siddarth p@rted ways, I still don’t want him to know my house… Although we work together but he hasn’t earned my truth fully
I just can’t trust people like that, I wouldn’t want what happened to my father happen to me
His most trusted friend betrayed him
I made sure he was out of sight before I took the road that lead to my house

My phone beeped, it was a text message from Siddarth “Gosh… Alre-ady texting” I said as I opened the text message
“Remember to think of a plan and don’t let anyone see those files okay” I re-ad aloud
“Hmm he is such a careful man” I said nodded
I hastened my steps it was alre-ady getting dark and I doubt if I could find my way home in the dark
I got to my door way and meet the last person I wanted to see right now
“Oh plea-se Not now” I muttered staring at her

“Oh plea-se not now” I muttered and tried to push her away but she resisted it “what” I screamed
“Tell me did you wake up early just to meet a guy” she asked
I was surprise… “Wait do you mean you were actually stalking me” I asked “Besides what’s your business on whom I meet” I asked
“My business…. You just made things more difficult for me…. I won’t be leaving tomorrow all because of you” She cried
“Leaving Tomorrow…. Am not preventing you from doing that am I”
“Off course you are” she screamed, A loud sound of thun-der was heard followed by a big wind that seems to be tearing everything ap@rt
“Tell me Rocky… Are you a g@y” She asked in tears I bur-st into laughter “Wait What” I asked
“Do you think its funny huh…. If you are not a g@y why are you meeting a guy”
“He’s just a friend… And Shaina I owe you no explanation on who I see un-derstand and st©p acting weird” I said staring at her
“Weird…. Do you think am acting weird now” she said, More tears rush down her eyes just then it started raining
I looked down just to be sure it was actually raining, “it has been sunny all day, why the sudden rain” I thought

Immediately I heard the sound of the rain, I st©pped crying and raised my face up looking around
“Oh my… plea-se don’t tell me I caused this” I thought
“Off course caused it” I heard Arch Angel Deves£na’s voice, I turned and saw her standing behind me
I glanced at Rocky… He was busy looking at the rain, I guess he didn’t hear her talk more of seeing her
“Am sorry….” I said “I won’t pardon you Shaina…. Make sure you are in my office tomorrow morning” She said and disappeared
I exhaled de-eply I wonder what my punishment would be am alre-ady having a ha-rd time getting my mission done
“You have to go home Clumsy…. Before everywhere becomes flooded” he snapped me out of my thought
“Oh no…. I can’t” I said, he turned and stared at me “why…” He said
“Why….. How do I tell him that am an angel and if I get out on the rain my wings will pop out on its own…. No no no, I can’t tell him that” I thought shaking my head negatively
“Am waiting Clumsy” he said again. “actually I have an allergy, An allergic to ex-posure to cold rain” I lied
“ex-posure to cold rain…. Is there something like that” he asked staring at me superstitiously
“Off course… There are alot of Allergy you don’t even know” I lied To be sincere, I don’t even know if such Allergy exists but that’s the only lie I could come up with and I pray he buys it
“Can I spend a night” I asked “A what….” He screamed
“Just one night… I promise I won’t be a bother at all, you won’t even know am here” I pleaded
“No way…. The rain would st©p, wait a little longer” he said and tried to enter his ap@rtment but I held him hand
“plea-se don’t leave me… This rain will take upto five hours before it st©ps” I pleaded

I stared at her… She really nee-d help but I just can’t let one stranger pas-s a night at my house

“Okey…. But make sure you don’t disturb me” I said “promise” she replied
I opened the door and we both walked in “Your house looks good” she said
“No talking…. You said I won’t notice you” I said
“But…..” “No taking Clumsy” I cutted in sharply
“Okey…. But my name is Shaina not Clumsy plea-se” she said, I stared at her for a while and scoffed “Clumsy suits you better” I said and walked towards the Wardrobe
I took some cloth and entered the bathroom, I had a quic-k bath and c@m£ out
I saw her still standing at the same sp©t I had left her on “You can shower now” I said
“No… Don’t worry, its still raining so I can’t pour water on my b©dy” she said
“What sort of allergy is that” I thought staring at her “Suite yourself” I muttered and left the house

The guards were re-ady to go…. Emperor Bhalladev smiled at his son prince Amerenda “remember my orders…. I want them alive” he whispered into his ears
“Yes my king” Prince Amerenda said bowing
The troops left the kingdom to Malawi, it wasn’t difficult for them to arrive there, they had taken the closest route only known by the royal family
The village (Malawi) was calm when they arrived, it was midnight so every hustler has returned to its nest to rest
Only chirps from sparrow, the croats from frog, squeaks from mouse and barks from the street dogs were heard
“How do we locate Bawa’s house” one of the guards asked Prince Amerenda as they were going round the empty street
He looked up without saying a word…. “Bawa seems to be popular… We can ask around” he said
“Ask around but no one is here” the guard said
“Visit the next house” he ordered and they all rode their horse to the next house
“Who is there plea-se” A male voice was heard
“A postman…. Open up plea-se” The guard said
“Post man but its quite late…. Besides I didn’t deliver any letter and am not expecting one either” the man said
“Break the door” prince Amerenda ordered and two guards marched forward carrying a long big wood
They began to hit the door, the man screamed begging them to st©p but prince Amerenda isn’t the type that accepts pleads… He is just like his father
After a while, the door bec@m£ weak and fell ap@rt…. The guards marched in holding a weapon
“plea-se spear our life” the man pleaded kneeling, his wife and two kids were behind him also begging for mercy
“We haven’t done anything to deserve death plea-se” he added
“Silence…..” Prince Amerenda roared… Everywhere bec@m£ as calm as a grave yard
One of the guards walked forward and bent towards the man “We haven’t come here for you and your family…. We are looking for one Bawa” The guard said
“Bawa…. You mean the boat man” the man asked
“Boat man???…. Is he the only bawa in this village”
“Not really but he is the only famous one… People do ask of him always”
“Where does this boat man lives” Prince Amerenda asked
“Up the hill…. Take the road down, you would see a T-junction take your right….. You will approach a small path filled with bushes behind it
The path would lead you up the hills, don’t turn, straight…. You would see a big eagle statue…. Take the road the eagle is pointing at, you will see his house”
Prince Amerenda stared at the man, then to his guards and back to the man
“What if you are lying” he asked “Why would I lie…. He lives up the hill, you can ask the next house if you think am lying”
“Okey…. Make sure you don’t speak a word of this to anyone”
“I won’t even think of it” he said bowing as they leave his house
“I think we should kill him” One of the guards said immediately they left his house
“He helped us…. I don’t see the nee-d to” Prince Amerenda said
“Even though… One slight mistake renders our mission, failed….. I think we still kill him” he said
Prince Amerenda st©pped and looked back, they have gone far from the house
“Take two men with you…. Visit him again and know what he is upto” prince Amerenda ordered
“Should we bring him to you” he asked
“Waste him…. You have five minutes to do that” he said and the guard left with two other guards
Prince Amerenda and the rest stayed back waiting for them to return
