~queen of Shelagh~
“Hail queen Cheryl of Shelagh”,
And the people kowtowed thrice.
” Hail queen Cheryl”
“Long live her majesty”
“May Shelagh know joy and peace during your reign”
Cheryl smiled. She really comported herself. She is finally Queen. She became Queen before Shirley!
“My queen, do you want to say something to your subjects?”
Cheryl smiled and decided to speak to the people.
Her husband had warned her.
“Cheryl don’t make me regret chosing you to be queen of Shelagh.”
“Hello everyone”, She greeted.
” Can I tell a story of a happy kingdom?”, she asked.
“There is a king and a queen who lived happily and ruled their kingdom peacefully. The king will settle disputes peacefully. The queen is always taking good care of the back palace. They lived well with their subject. They have princesses and princes together and they live happily ever after. I wish Shelagh a peaceful reign”, She said and the subjects applauded.
Cheryl smiled and glanced at her husband and their gaze fixed.He had been watching her. she caught him .lust-ful king of Shelagh.She’s going to make him fall ha-rd for her she gonna play had to get and yet enticing she will Se-duce him and make him beg her for plea-sure.That is her mission, and she gave her self thumps up.she performed her first duty as queen very well.She can do it .Not only shirley can be queen.she cheryl is already queen of Shelagh. And her subject love her, her mother in law cherish her and most importantly her husband is falling ha-rd for her . Lets see how long he can deny it. Stubborn xander of the east.

kayla swallowed an unknown lump.She had ran to get a cu-p of jui-ce for queen Cheryl and when she’s was coming back she sli-pped but instead of falling on the ha-rd ground she fell on a ha-rd body .She looked up and saw owen, her master new slave gifted by her masters husband .”be careful kayla” he had said. Each time they saw each other in the queens quarters they always avoided each other kayla would not deceive her self each time she saw owen she always felt like there’s a bond between them and when he saved her tonight , she was excited that her heart beat fas-ter than usual …………..

king Alexander coughed as he entered the queens chamber she’s playing the violin.she smiled when she saw him.
“the music is nice”, he complimented
she shrugged
” who thought you ?”, he asked
“a private music instructor” she replied
“so shirley and your mother did not known you can play musical instrument? “, he asked sitting on the bed.
” well except the flute”
“your story is nice”, he began, getting at something .
” what story ?”she asked
“you told a story in hall earlier ”
“so your majesty like the story “, she asked
” yes. A king and his queen had children ”
“yes beautiful kids.Prince and princesses ” she replied
king Alexander scoffed
“And they lived happily together with their subject?”king Alexander asked
” yes your majesty” queen Cheryl replied dreamingly.
“you omitted something ” he said.
Queen Cheryl rolled her eyes and asked
“what i don’t think I omitted anything .The story is just perfect”
” but you did” he argued
“what ?” she asked
“getting bold now and talking me casually?” he asked.
“what your majesty” she hissed silently then the king replied
“Mistress!”
“pardon?”
“the king should have mistresses so it should be he lived happily with his queen, mistresses , children and subject”
Queen cheryl turned pale. How can she forget that those witches are coming to share her husband with her .though it is normal for a king to have mistresses, the thought of sharing Alex with other woman doesn’t sit down well with her. She wondered how many mistresses king Alex will want to have.Seeing her pale face king Alexander asked “Cheryl, what is it ”
he hoped to see her jealous but instead she’s sad. She suddenly look sick.
“Cheryl? ”
” I want to sleep your majesty” she said and laid down on her side of the bed .
“did I say anything to offend you?” he asked “am just joking even if i did ”
she ignored him .
How come she never thought of those mistresses she can’t cope with them sharing her xander with her.
King Alexander felt uneasy, if he had known she will be down like this he wouldn’t have talked about it. He just watched her.

~WAR~
King Alexander was in the court room with his court members.
The atmosphere os quite tense.
“I received this letter yesterday your majesty”, the on in charge of external information said.
He gave the letter to the king.
The king saw the symbol on the scroll, It’s a message from the south. He opened the scroll.
It is from the same kingdom that waged war against Shelagh when the young king was ten.
He gave the letter to a court officer who read it loud and clear…….

Queen Cheryl finally decides to go to his chamber if he would not come to her quarters. It’s been three days since they saw each other and she really wants to see him. She got to his chambers but Murphy told her that the king didn’t want to see anybody.
” What are you saying? I’m his queen not anyone. I deserve to see how my husband is fairing after not seeing him for days. Isn’t he my responsibility in this palace?”, She asked the guard.
“I’m sorry, your majesty. I’m only following orders”
Cheryl nods.
“Oh, I see”
She turned and pretended that she is leaving. Murphy gave a sigh of relief and lose his guard, Cheryl pushed past him and entered the Chamber.
He followed her in.
“My Queen, his majesty…”,
” Leave us alone. He is my husband. I can deal with him”, She told him sternly.
Murphy bowed and walked out.
The room is dimly lit and her husband is sitting behind his desk.
“I gave orders Murphy. I don’t want to see anyone”, the cold voice said.
She pouted.
” I’ve not seen you for three days, your majesty”
He sigh when he heard her voice. He didn’t really want to talk to anyone.
“Go, Cheryl. I really want to be alone”, he said
“I’m not leaving”, she said.
” It’s an order”, he suddenly yelled.
He look up to see if She’s leaving but She’s only walking clas-s.
“You know I won’t. In whatever situation. You are, I will stay with you. Why should I live? I’m your queen so we are in this together, Xander”, she told him.
This is the first time someone will be insisting to stay with him_when the burden of his duty is too heavy to carry.
” Leave Cheryl”
She sat down instead.
“Now talk to me. What is happening?”, she asked him.
‘So stubborn’, King Alexander thought watching the woman before him.
” Didn’t I ask you to leave?”, he asked.
She pouted and shrugged.
“I’m not leaving. I’m here for you if you nee-d someone to talk to, Xander”
He closed his eyes when he opened them again, there is a pool of tears there threatening to come out.
“My Queen, Cheryl darling!”, he began.
” Yes. I’m here for you”, she said.
“I’m afraid”

Owen Whistled. His new master had gone to the king Chamber.
Kayla came smiling.
“Why are you whistling around? Hurry, the queen might come back soon”, she said.
” Why are you like this? Don’t you like being with me?”, he asked her.
She bits her li-ps.
“Time is ticking. Hurry”, she hissed.
He wrapped his hand around her wai-st abd drew her closer. Then he whispered into her ears.
” I like you Kayla”,
She withdrew from the hu-g immediately and swallowed.
“Don’t like me. Slaves are not suppose to do this. You know the consequences better, Owen”
“But love is an open door. Even slaves can fall in love”
Kayla close her eyes.

“Why are you afraid?”, Cheryl asked him. She can’t believe a cold and ruthless king like Alexander can say that he is afraid.
” War”, King Alexander replied.
“War?”, Cheryl asked.
” Yes. He has waged war on me. He is the same king that killed my father sixteen years ago”, King Alexander said weakly.
“What? Your father was killed?”, Cheryl asked.
” Yes. He was killed during a war. The king of Bough kingdom in the south did it”, King Alexander told her.
“Bough? I’ve not heard of it”, she said.
” Yes. It’s far away in the south ”
“My king, don’t let the news of war break you down. Instead prepare for war”, Cheryl told him.
” But that king is powerful. Even a powerful man like my father was killed”, The king said.
“It seems you don’t know Xander but you’re more powerful. You have to conquer so that we will rule Shelagh together. Let’s live happily ever after”
King Alex smile and asked, “happily ever after?”
“Yes”, Cheryl said and asked.
” Can I suggest something?”
“Do suggest”
“Send letters to all the kings in the east to help you. Ask for help from all the kingdom.”, she said.

There is tension in the courtroom as the court officer reads the letter.
War against hu-gh?He had not been to the south before and he was sure hu-gh did not offend a kingdom. He wondered why Bough will be waging against him. He did not know their king but he heard that King Noah of Shelagh died i the war between that kingdom and Shelagh.
A messenger came in again bearing a letter from Alexander. The officer collected the letter after King Lance signal.
” What? That king also declare war on Shelagh?”, King Lance stood up.
Some thing nee-d to be done or the east will be ruined.
“Get me brush and ink”, King Lance ordered.

How will Cheryl perform her duty as a queen this time?
