I sat on the be-d occu-pied with re-ading an article in my phone. Jeremy was getting dressed and I really wanted him to say something – anything!
I’ve been keeping up with the silence treatment for hours now and he’s almost going crazy.
I winced as i felt a twinge around my head. s£nding my hands to my forehead, I noticed he was staring at me and those strange feelings returned.
He should say something – anything!
I ru-bbe-d my temple for a while before bringing down my hand. I looked keenly into my cellphone and soon I felt the moves of him climbing on the be-d.
He dropped his head on my th!ghs staring up at me.
I held a frown as I looked away from him.
He snatched the phone off my hand and threw it at the far end of the be-d.
Hmph.
“Stella…you can’t keep this up for long” He groused and I swore I had almost scoffed.
*oh…watch me*
I tried to push his head off and I felt his soft black hair.
Its lovely and very charming to look at.
“Talk to me babe…plea-se” He said sounding persuasive.
I found myself running my hands on his hair and soon, squee-zed it ti-ghtly and he winced.
He sat up and I loos£ned my grip on his hair.
“Fu-k!” He cussed b!tt!g his lowerl-ip.
I took my eyes away still quiet as usual.
“I really nee-ded to be there…i was so mad you kept it from me and that’s the reason I overreacted…huh? I apologize babe” He said icily and I remained stiff as my eyes bored into his.
“Geez!
Are you this tough hearted??? I’ve apologized…why are you not saying anything, huh?” He asked sounding pissed off.
I looked up at the ceiling distractedly. He took my hand and pu-ll-ed ma-king me look at him again.
“I love you Stella and I’ll never give you the silent treatment no matter how mad I am. Alright?” He said and drew closer so our foreheads would t©uçh.
He placed a k!sson my forehead and I felt my heart soften and I had the urge of hvgging the light out of him.
“You left me like I meant nothing to you” I muttered as my eyes welled up.
“No babe…You mean much more to me than anyone else. You’re my everything.
I really nee-ded to be there. That’s the reason I left,…” He paused and took a de-ep sigh.
“I had no idea I hurt you this much. plea-se forgive me” he added and cleaned the tears that had begin to drop.
I sniffed and he pu-ll-ed me into a hvg.
“Am sorry” he muffled against my hair.
I kept mute as he stro-ke my hair slowly.
He k!$$£d me on myl-ips and I reciprocated.
“Hey..I got you something” He whispered and my eyes dimmed.
“You did?” I asked surprised and curious.
He nodded perfunctorily before getting off the be-d.
He walker to his luggage and strolled it back to the be-d. . He dropped the blue bag on the be-d and unZi-pped it.
He brou-ght out a box and handed it to me.
I smiled and opened the box…It was an android phone.
What?
One of the newest!!
He opened another wooden red box and brou-ght out a n£¢klace.
Wow…
Look at that shine!
“I think this will look great on you babe” He stated and I shrugged.
Finally, he brou-ght out a key.
Hold on…a car key!
“The car’s downstairs. You can check it out tomorrow, huh?” He muttered coming to me on the be-d.
“You…you got me a car???” I asked besumed.
“Yeah. I hope you’ll like the color” He said and took the phone from me.
He dropped it on the drawer before turning to me.
He took his hands to my shi-t and began to un-bu-tton it.
“Jeremy…” I called with a grin.
“Yeah?”
“I really wanted you yesterday but you were at God-knows-where” I said and he sm-irked.
“So, you don’t want me today?” He asked and I looked down wryly.
He k!$$£d me on my n£¢k before falling beside me on the be-d.
“Am tired anyway. We were so busy with different stupid meetings that I ba-rely had enough sleep…goodnight Stella” He said squinting his eyes.
“Um…goodnight” I replied and la-id well on the be-d.
He pu-ll-ed me close and stro-ked my hair gently till I fell asleep.

My eyes fli-ckered open as the thought that’s it’s another new day nuzzled me.

I felt so tired and pains around my h!ps.
*It must be from yesterdays shopping*
It’s difficult to stand for hours especially when there’s a baby growing inside somewhere.
I think I’d nee-d a mas-sage from Sasha and Zac.
Oh…right.
Now I remember.
We had a deal though.
Jeremy walked out of the bathroom in his towel and he took his eyes to me.

“Morning” He said not taking his eyes off me.
“Morning” I mumbled stretching the little way I could.
I was to frail to lift a muscle!
“Um…I’ll be going over to Jeffrey’s house right now to see Nina. I’ll be back before you know it, huh…” He informed going to the wardrobe.
Oh no…
This can’t be happening again!!
Am tired of sharing Jeremy with that lady all the time.
This can’t keep happening.

As soon as I was done with breakfast, I settled down with Sasha and Zac.
Since we had a deal, I had them fulfill it.
Sasha worked on my nails while Zac ru-bbe-d my feet. I shut my eyes enjoying the feeling of being taken care of.
I felt a twinge and I winced.
That was definitely Sasha.
“Do that again and I’ll definitely s£nd the ph0tos and videos to Jeremy right now” I threatened and she held a crumpled look.
“Am sorry” she mumbled and I rolled my eyes leaning back on the lounge chair.

I drove into the Sanchez mansion and parked the car at the parking area.
I c@m£ out of the car and entered the house.
Mom…
She’s so going to hear from me this morning.
I barged into her room and met her on her be-d with her l@pt©p.
She looked up utterly astound on seeing me.
“Son, what are you doing here so early in the morning?” She asked standing up.
“Save the f'”king questions mom?!
You think am so stupid???
You s£nt your littlemaid to hurt stella, didn’t you?!” I half yelled and she flin-ched.
“Jeremy…calm down. Your grandfather is around” She whispered and I scoffed.
“Here’s the thing mom – I want you to stay as far as possible from me and my wife, do you hear me???! Let us be cause I won’t be as patient as this next time!” I rasped and stormed out of the room.

I almost broke down in tears after Jeremy left.
He sounded so angry and disappointed.

I’ve made my own son tag me as am enemy
I have to set things right between us. I nee-d to redeem myself so I won’t get blamed when harm befalls Stella.
I just wanted to be sure things were going as planned.
Oh lord…plea-se cause Jeremy not to hold souch grudge against me.

I st©pped the car right before Jeffery’s house and got down.
I had with me, gifts for Nina.
I figured it’d be unfair not to give her anything – Her child might turn out to be mine.
I hid the items from Stella cause I know she wouldn’t let me give Nina a dime.
I sighed and walked in. I met the maid mopping the floor and she smiled on seeing me.
“Mr Sanchez” She greeted
“You’re welcome”.
“Where’s J?” I asked scouring the living room with my eyes.
“He stepped out a while ago” She replied, brimful of smiles.
i nodded in-serting my hand into my pocket.
“But he’s baby mama’s inside re-ading a book” She added and I snapped my n£¢k glaring at her.
My glare alone made her scared and she lowered her gaze.
“Am sorry sir” She whispered and I didn’t say a word as I headed for the stairs.
She’s so loosing her job today.

I arrived at her room and knocked.
Her tiny voice ushered me in and I took a de-ep sigh before stepping in.
She was actually on her be-d re-ading a book.

“Jeremy!!” She called accompanied with a surprise stare.
I ambled to her be-d and handed her the box containing an expensive perfume.
It’s rare and special.
She received it in shock.
“Wow! Thank you Jeremy” She said checking the box like She’ve never seen anything like it.
“plea-se sit” She pleaded and I slowly sat at the edge of the be-d.
She smiled and dropped the book she was re-ading aside.
“How’s Stella?” She asked.
“She’s definitely fine.
And what about you…the baby?”.
She sighed and took her hand to her tummy. She ru-bbe-d it for a while.
“We’re good” she replied.
An unending silence crept in and it was probably cause I had nothing to say.

I really want to leave right now and be with Stella…
She must feel shattered whenever I leave her to meet Nina. But the truth is…I wouldn’t want to leave the whole responsibility to Jeffery.
It’s a lot of work and as the thing is right now, we are both fathers of the baby until she’s put to birth.
“What do you think the baby would be – a girl or a boy?” She asked coming close.
“Hm. Girl” I muttered and she cracked.
“You are a mind re-ader Jeremy!” She beamed and I smiled.

“Were you d@t!ngStella when you threw those p@rties and invited girls?” She asked and I scoffed.
“No. We never d@t£d…fixed marriage…I guess” I muttered and she nodded.
“Jeremy…” She called and I looked at her.
She stared into my face for a while and I was star ting to feel there was something there.
“You’re just so beautiful” she stated and crashed herl-ips on mine.

She was persistent and f0rç£d herl-ips into mine.
I restricted her immediately and pushed her away from me.
“What don’t you un-derstand in the word ‘married’, huh?!!!” I roared and she flin-ched.
“Am…am sorry” she muttered looking confused and scared.
I scoffed and got up from the be-d.
“Jeremy…plea-se!” She called out but I was alre-ady rushing down the stairs.
