We walked into his room and Immediately he saw us he stood up in anger.
“Why did you bring them here Thomas?” He asked in anger.
” Timmy you nee-d to calm down. I am here to make things clear.” Teddy said while I just kept mute staring at them.
“Explain what? That you took her away from me?” He asked in anger.
“He didn’t snatch me away okay? You shouldn’t be angry with him, I am the one you should be angry with.” I said.
” Guys can you just calm down and let him talk?” Thomas asked and we all kept quiet.
“Timmy please sit.” Teddy said and he sighed sitting. I saw tears in his eyes.
“Everyone sit.” He said and we all sat on the bed staring at him.
“I will tell you everything.” He said and my heart skipped. What everything is he talking about?
“I started to love Angelica when she became a nanny here. To be honest, she was the girl I was talking about. I love her so much.” He said and I stared at him in shock.
“Really?” Timmy asked in a shaky voice.
“Yes. But trust me, when she went for you I gave up. I wanted only your happiness and that is why I kept my feelings to myself. I am not planning to date Angelica. My hands have been off her since she said yes to you. I want nothing but your happiness. I never knew she had this thing on me. And if she has I am telling her now to kill it because I want to issues between us.” He said in tears and tears rolled down my eyes.
“Teddy, you don’t want her?” Timmy asked and he shook his head.
” I will kill that feeling. You are worth her and not me. Now to you Angelica, I appreciate the fact that you love me but I can’t do this to my brother.” I said and I bowed my head in shame and in tears.
“So what are you going to do?” Thomas asked.
” Since she doesn’t like me, I guess I will just let her go. I pray she finds someone her heart earns for after Teddy. Cos if Teddy goes with her I will never forgive the both of them.” Timmy said and I nodded standing up.
“I un-derstand that I caused everything and I shouldn’t have come here in the very first place. Everything was a great mistake right from the beginning. That I know. And I really appreciate what you did for me, the money you lent me and that Teddy also lent me I promise to pay back everything.”
” Thank you all so much for your hospitality, and I will say I really enjoyed my stay here. Am sorry if I caused pain to anyone. I really didn’t mean to. I just wanted to make everyone happy but I guess I did it the wrong way.”
” I will try working on my feelings just like Teddy did. I am happy that you even told me you had feelings for me, even though we won’t be together I am happy you felt what I felt.”
” Timmy I am very sorry. And I hope you don’t hate me.” I said in tears.
“I don’t hate you Angelica. I guess I was just selfish and wanted you to myself by all means.” He said in tears.
” Thomas thank you too for everything. And I know you will be very happy with Cynthia next to you.” I said and he smiled.
” Thanks.” He replied.
I turned to look at Teddy who was cleaning off the the tears that rolled down his face.
“You don’t know how happy I am that I can see you smiling, laughing, and crying at the same time. I have always wanted to see those sides of you right from the beginning.”
” Thank you for loving me. Not disputing the fact that I am poor. But can I ask you for just one thing before I get out of your lives for good?” I asked and he shook his head.
” Go on.” He replied looking at him.
“My very last wish is that you ki-ss me. Can you at least do that for me?” I asked and he sighed.
” No ..” he said and Timmy cut his short.
” Do it.” He said and he sighed looking at me. He walked up to me and moved his face to mine. I held his face looking into his eyes before our li-ps crushed against each other.
He disengaged quickly and I smiled. It felt like heaven to me.
“Thank you.” I said heading for the door.
” Angelica.” I heard Timmy call making me stop.
” Yes.” I replied looking back.
“Can we still be friends? At least.” He asked and I nodded.
” Sure I don’t want to loose you as one.” I replied and he nodded smiling.
” Thanks, and I wish you good luck.” He said and I smiled nodding. I looked at Thomas and he waved at me smiling.
I took one last look at Teddy before opening the door and walking out.
This is the best thing. Now they would be good together as brother and I will be out of their lives,no confusion, no ha-rd feelings.

…. AFTER 25 YEARS…
I changed highschool after what happened. I didn’t want to be anywhere close to then anymore. This would make me forget them quickly and it actually did.
After few years, I graduated from college and started working in a multi-millionaire company. It wasn’t actually so easy.
During college, my mother was lucky to attain a job in a very nice place. So forting the bills wasn’t so ha-rd.
“So you didn’t meet any of the brothers after that time?” My fifteen year old daughter Rhoda asked making me giggle.
“I met Timmy when I was still in search of a job. He was already married to a very beautiful woman. We were happy to see each other and we talked for a very long time before I departed.”
“And Thomas?” She asked.
“He started a new life with Cynthia. Right from high school, they were connected to each other. And they ended up together.” I said smiling.
“Teddy?” She asked and I sighed.
“I met him at the company where I worked then. He was my boss. I was very shocked but happy to see him. He was still has handsome as ever.”
“We started talking and talking, and then I got to know he was still single with no fiancee. I asked him why? And he said, since the last ki-ss i gave him and I left for good. Ever since then, he couldn’t take me off his mind and he tried loving other ladies but he couldn’t.” I said smiling.
“And did you feel the same way mom?” She asked and I smiled nodding.
“I did feel the same way. I tried many guys, but it wasn’t working. After Teddy and I met, he begged for a second chance and I really wanted that too. So we began to date, and after few years we got married. His brothers were so happy.” I said smiling.
“Father is Teddy?” She asked and I nodded.
“He is Teddy.” I replied.
“But why do you call him Jerry?” She asked.
“During our courtship. I got to know his other names and I picked Jerry. I didn’t want to call him Teddy anymore. It always reminded me of the high school Teddy.” I said and she giggled.
“Father really tried letting you go for the happiness of Timmy.” She said and I nodded.
“Baby love is Sacrificial. No sacrifice no love. Teddy knew this right from the very beginning. I got to un-derstand this at the end. And I wasn’t mad at him at all.”
“I always kept this in mind, that if we were meant for each other, we would be together. That time, there won’t be any brothers or families stopping us. Mother was so happy to hear I got back to him.” I said and she smiled widely.
“That was a very beautiful story of your life mom.” She said and I nodded holding her hand.
“Now you should know what to do about Jeffrey and Max.
Don’t get caught in between them okay? Let both brothers go for now. And who will be yours will be yours. And if they both aren’t for you, the better.” I said and she nodded.
“Thanks mother. I Really learnt a lot tonight.” She said and I pulled the duvet to cover her well.
“Good night my love.” I said walking out of her room.
“Good 🌃 mother.” She replied and I switched off the lights in her room. I headed to the living room and then I saw Jerry walking in.
“Jerry.” I called happily running to hu-g him.
“Angelica.” He replied Happily.
“How was your trip? You didn’t tell me you would be back soon.” I said collecting his bag.
“I was missing my family. I nee-ded to rush down here.” He said and I wrapped my hands around his ne-ck.
“I love you Teddy.” I said and he narrowed his brows.
“Did you remember high school again?” He asked and I giggled.
“I told Rhoda about highschool. She nee-ded advice about this brothers.” I said planting a ki-ss on his li-ps.
“I actually miss the young age.” He said and I laughed.
“Come on. Time to freshen up.” I said as he swept me off my feet leading me to the bathroom.

So guys, this is just a part of my life I thought of sharing with you guys. I will keep saying this;
1. True love is Sacrificial. Having problems when dealing with true love is inevitable. You just nee-d to know how you take care of these problems.
I would keed loving Jerry till I die. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

TIFE’S POV
This storyline I guess is a special one from God. Because it actually didn’t end the way most of you thought it would. Some concluded from the beginning how it would go 😁. But like i do say,God gives me these inspiration making my work special from all works.
😅 MORAL LESSONS 😅
1. Love demands sacrifice. If you don’t sacrifice anything in a relationship, then that is not love. If you don’t sacrifice your material things, you sacrifice your time, and attention.
Teddy sacrificed his own feelings for his brothers and at the end he still met with the love of his life.
2. True love is when all you want to see is that person smiling all the time, even though it causes you sadness.
3. Your love shouldn’t cause trouble where peace reigned before.
