CHAPTER 15

I washed the dishes and Timmy kept ki-ssing my ne-ck.
“Stop it.” I said in laughter. He is actually fun to be with.
“Just one more on your li-ps and I would let you go.” He said and I sighed.
” Fine.” I said looking at him. He looked at me slowly, moving from my eyes down to my li-ps. My li-ps parted as his gaze made me w£t.
I moved my head to him and planted a ki-ss on it slowly but de-eply.
He moved his hand to my wai-st and moved me up to sit on the cabinet. I wrapped my hand around his ne-ck fondling with his hair as we ki-ssed.
My eyes were shut and after some minutes I began to see myself ki-ssing Teddy. I thr-ust my tongue into his mouth making our tongues touch and I shivered.
“I have always wanted to ki-ss Teddy.”
“Hmmmm hmmm.” We heard someone cough making us stop.
I looked up and I saw it was Teddy.
“Sh*t! I though he was the one I was ki-ssing! Angelica why would you think of another man when you are with your man?” I thought pushing Timmy aside and coming down the cabinet.
“Mother and father are coming very soon. We nee-d to prepare, she asked you to make then meals.” He said to me and I nodded facing the cooker.
“And Timmy, we nee-d to talk.” He said before walking out.
” Allow me.” He said smiling and I nodded portraying a fake smile. He walked out and I sighed shutting my eyes.
Are you doing the right thing? You don’t love him! Why did you say yes?
“But i can grow to love him right?” I asked myself silently holding my hair in my hand.
I shouldn’t have put both of us in this mess.
? TIMMY ?
“Yo what’s up!” I said to Teddy happily as soon as we moved away from the kitchen.
“You nee-d to calm down and listen to me. I am not against you both but you nee-d to un-derstand what I an about to say.” He said and I narrowed my gaze.
“What is going on? Is it Thomas again?” I asked in anger.
” Shut up and listen!” He smacked and I swallowed ha-rd nodding.
“Mother and father will be here in the next four hours, and she nee-ds to see all of us happy. Thomas isn’t in the right shape with you and mother would never be happy you know it.” He said and I sighed.
” But it isn’t my fault. He is the one getting worked up because she didn’t choose him, and that’s because she didn’t like him.” I said proudly.
” Look here. Before she came here we have been living happily. But now, something has gone wrong. I ain’t saying she is the cause of this all but we nee-d to be wise here.”
” She nee-ds to stop this job as soon as possible. If she is away, all these fightings would stop. Thomas won’t have her beside him and you won’t be with her all the time. Mother shouldn’t hear a R0m-ntic relationship is going on between you two. This is the best idea to stay safe of these dramas.” He said and I sighed.
” But how do I keep seeing her? I want her close.” I said.
” You will have her close but not now. You can go to visit her anytime but this everyday thing won’t work. The last thing mother wants to see is her children fighting over a nanny who just arrived. un-derstand.” He said and I nodded.
” So what do you plan?” I asked.
“We will be resuming two weeks time. By then she should have stopped working here, and for the mean time of her stay you nee-d to stay far from here to about suspicions from mother. I hope you know she would act.” He said and I nodded.
” Yeah.” I said breathing out.
“Try settling things with Thomas, and start learning how to keep away from her. That’s what I can say to help issues from getting worse for now.” He said and I smiled.
” Thank you so much. I would let her know.” I said and he nodded.
” Prepare for mother arrival.” He said before walking away. I breathed out and walked back to the kitchen to see her busy with the meals already.
“nee-d any help?” I asked holding her by the wai-st
” No thanks.” She replied smiling and I moved to stand close to her.
“You would be leaving here soon, and for the mean time we act like we are just friends.” I said and she looked at me.
” Why? What’s going on?” She asked.
“We nee-d to do this because of mother and father. They mustn’t know any of these.” I said and she nodded.
” Sure. I un-derstand.” She said and I smiled.
” Thanks.” I replied ki-ssing her head.
“And Thomas?” She asked and I sighed. I would have to apologise to him.
Mother mustn’t know that we are having issues. We haven’t had issues for a very long time and she is proud of that.
“So I am the cause?” She asked and I shook my head.
“Don’t see it like that. I would take care of him. It’s just a misun-derstanding.” I said and she nodded sadly.
” I don’t want any troubles.” She said and I nodded.
” That won’t happen.” I said smiling and she nodded smiling.

? THOMAS ?
I woke up with a terrible Migraine, my eyes were turning as I stood up. I fell back on the bed holding my head in pains.
“fuc-k.” I Gr0-ned as my head kept ban-ging.
I have never been that drunk before and now I don’t un-derstand how I am feeling. I stood up with my head in my hand and walked to the bathroom.
I tossed off my clothes and stood un-der the shower. The water flowed down my body and I rested my hand on the wall breathing ha-rd.
“I am such a mess.” I mumbled pathetically.
Why did I fall in love with her from the beginning, why didn’t I see I had no chances of winning her heart.
I am such a fool.
I grabbed my towel and walked out of the bathroom cleaning my hair before tieing it around my wai-st. I sat on the bed again and rested my hand on my leg sighing.
I heard a knock on the door and I turned my head slightly to look at the door.
“Who is it?” I asked and the door opened revealing Timmy.
“What the fuc-k are you doing here?” I asked standing up in anger.
” Thomas can we please talk? Like brothers? Please?” He said and I shook my head.
” That won’t be happening. Get the fuc-k out.” I said within gritted teeth.
” Mother will be here anytime soon. She mustn’t know all about this, it will endanger Angelica.” He said and I sighed.
” I have nothing to do about that.” I said picking up my trouser from my closet.
“I have everything to do about this. We are not in good terms and mother mustn’t know about this. We haven’t been in this situation before.” He said and I picked up my shirt to wear it.
“Say something. We nee-d to end this fight.” He said and I nodded.
” Fine. I will pretend that everything is fine but don’t even try doing anything stupid.” I said looking at him.
” Why are you talking like this Tommy? You have never acted this way to me, to anyone. You are known to be kind and quiet. Why the sudden change? If it was Teddy, I wouldn’t be surprised but Teddy seems more quiet and un-derstanding than you are.” He said and tears rolled down my eyes.
“I am not myself anymore. I can’t remember who that Thomas is anymore because right now I don’t know what to feel.” I mumbled.
“Thomas.” He called walking up to me and holding me.
“I am sorry about all this Thomas. I know you love Angelica so much, but I have loved when when nobody did.”
” I am ready to do anything for her. And if I lose her, I …. I may die.” He said and I nodded.
” I un-derstand. Good luck. I hope mine comes too.” I said in tears and I sat on the bed. He sat close to me and let me rest my head on his shoulders.
“Thank you for un-derstanding your little brother. Thank you so much. And I hope you heal soon.” He said and I sighed cleaning my tears.
“Sorry for acting like a dic-k. She isn’t meant for me.” I said and he nodded smiling.
” I am happy we are cool now. Mother must see that lovs among us.” He said and I smiled.
” Where is Teddy?” I asked and the door opened.
” Right here spying on you little Chipmunks.” He said folding his hands and making us laugh.
“You have been amazing Teddy, and you deserve to be happy.” I said walking to him and he looked at me smiling.
“I am happy you are in good terms now.” He said and I nodded.
” You have always been watching over us right from we were young. You took most of he blame on yourself. Hurt yourself just to see us happy. You are the best big brother ever.” Timmy said and I saw tears gather in Teddy’s eyes.
“Come here dic-ks.” He said and we smiled as we hu-gged him.
“Now I don’t want any issues. We should want the Happiness of others. I am happy for Timmy and for Thomas I know you would find a perfect girl with your sweet character.” He said and I smiled.
” And you?” They asked and I laughed.
“I will be just fine.” He said and we folded our hands.
” Are you keeping something? Why don’t you like discussing how you feel to us?” Timmy said and I nodded in agreement.
” I know how to control my feelings okay? Don’t bother yourselves with mine. I will be totally fine.” He said and we sighed.
” Fine.” We said and then we heard voices from the living room and we guessed that they were back.
“Let’s go.” Teddy said and we nodded walking out of the room and heading to the living room smiling at each other.
“Awwn see my babies.” Mother said opening her hands and we walked into it happily.
“Welcome mother.” We chorused and she smiled ki-ssing our heads.
“I missed you so much.” She said and we looked at daddy.
” Welcome father.” We said and he nodded smiling.
The way we relate to mother is totally different with the way we do to Father. Maybe because he is too busy to have our time.
“The food is ready.” Angelica said as she looked at all of us smiling.
“Come on sons. It’s been long we ate together on the same table.” She said and we smiled walking to the dinning table.
“Angelica you can join us too.” She said and she looked at us.
” Thank you ma’am.” She replied and Timmy winked at her making her smile.
“You nee-d to stop beefing.” I said to myself sitting and keeping an happy face on. He is your brother, he should be Happy.
