Blood and wine finale

?Blood And Wine ?

Chapter 25

?Amaya’s point of view?

“Why is the go-wn not Zi-pping? What did that tailor do to my cloth?” I said, frowning at the wedding go-wn I was wearing.

It wasn’t that the go-wn was ugly. No infact was the most beautiful go-wn I’ve ever seen. White as snow with silver glittered stones all over the br£@st region. Lace sleeves that sparked with small

stones. V-n£¢k showing my cleavages. Then slimfitted to show my figure eight. It was perfect, beautiful and I looked like a queen. My hair was neatly styled backwards with a crwon of flowers

on my head. I was buying gorgeous and everything was in place.

Well ap@rt from my Zi-p, stupid devil!

You’ll spoil it Cara with your shaky hands” Elena scolded and she slightly pushed Cara away from my back.

Cara only gr-unted before slumping doesn’t on the chair. “I can’t wait to see Seb’s face when he sees you”

I smiled. Of course Seb would be b!own away by how I look. It’s been a month since I left Pedro and Seb had proposed immediately we got home. He said he wanted to claim me as his before

Pedro changed his mind, not that he would.

“Ha! I’ve done it” Elena exclaimed and I turned to look at the mirror, and truly the Zi-p was done.

Everything was perfect.

“Where’s the bouquet?” Maria said, just walking into the room, looking dressed. The girls were my bridesmaids, they all wore a cream off shoulder go-wn. With this hair packed the same way. Isabel

hated it because she claimed she was more comfortable on jeans. She kept drawing the go-wn and we laughed over it.

“I gave it to Diana, don’t look at me” Brenda said, pointing to Diana who was sitting glommy beside the window.

Dania though happy I was getting married was still heartbroken over the fact that Andres had been Banished by Seb because of his betrayal. She liked Andres we all knew about it. And even though

we weren’t sure he felt the same way about it, she still loved him.

“Are you still thinking about Andres?” Brenda asked scooting closer to her. Brenda too was also heartbroken because of course Rafael had followed his brother. And Brenda loved him too. But she knew how to hide her emotions, but Pedro had taught me that emotions were shown in the eyes and not the smile or attitude. So even as she tried to hide it from us, claiming it was nothing, her eyes said it all. I saw as the sadness beneath it all.

“I can’t st©p thinking about him. I don’t even know where he is, he just left without a trace” Diana said sighing.

“I un-derstand, Rafael too. They just left and couldn’t even tell us. But it’s Amaya’s wedding, st©p thinking about it now, come in get your as-s up!” Brenda rose to her feet, dragging Diana with her.

“Ugh…not you Amaya, I love weddings. I just feel tired” Diana smiled, getting to her feet to hvg me.

“I un-derstand, things would be different. Don’t sweat it. If he’s meant for you, he’ll come. Love cannot be concealed” I hvgged her back.

“Guys!” Cara whined. “Let’s go now, I wanna see Daniel in a tuxedo”

“Ugh, I swear you’re obsessed with him” Isabel said, trying to wipe off the makeup on her face.

Elena walked up to her to sl@p her hand away giving her a grin.

“It’s not obse-ssion. It’s love” Cara said, holding her hands to her che-st..

I rolled my eyes. “Let Rosa hear you”

And just on que, the door opened to reveal Rosa looking as beautiful as ever, with a pale blue go-wn that reached her ankle. It had white spiral designs on it. Her make up was beautifully done,

her hair fell over her shoulders. ma-king her green eyes more vibr@nt.

“What’s going on here? You guys should be outside now, get out all of you!” She shouted, and the girls bowed their head before starting to leave.

“Except you” Rosa said pointing to me. The girls st©pped in their tracks to give me an encouraging smile, and I saw Cara stick out her ton-gue at Rosa whose back was to them. I smiled and Rosa looked back.

The girls hurried out of the room. And Rosa turned to face me. My smile vanished. What does she want?

“I don’t like you”

Wow. Tell me something I didn’t know.

“You lied to him, you deceived him. I don’t trust you, I never did and I never will”

Yea thanks for saying this on my wedding day.

“But…”

What?

“If you make him happy then I’m willing to accept you in the family. I’ve never seen Seb so happy in a long time. And I know it’s because of you, he even gave you my mother’s ring. He must really cherish you” Rosa smiled at the ring on my f!nger.

“Thanks a lot Rosa, it means a lot” I smiled at her, and she frowned immediately.

“That doesn’t mean I like you though. I’ll just be more tolerable now. I guess I should start going now. The Limo is outside, be out soon”

She said walking out of the door, but remembering something she turned to me again. “And don’t try stealing my brother away from me, I loved him first” She smiled before closing the door.

I sighed in relief, and I turned back to the mirror. I saw the bouquet on the table and picked it up, looking at myself in the mirror. I took in a de-ep breath.

Was I re-ady for this? Getting married?

Hell to the fv¢king yea!

I wasn’t going to be like those girls who changed their minds at the last minute. Because I knew what I wanted, and I wanted to marry Seb.

I sighed again, looking at myself to check if everything was in place. I smiled at walked out of the room, and outside the house. There the black limo was waiting, with an esc-rt opening the door.

I smiled getting in to see the girls inside.

I was ma-king the right decision I knew it.

The ride to the church was a quic-k one, and getting there the paparazi was waiting outside, taking pictures and ma-king headlines. Trust the media to invade our pri-vate life.

The girls went in first with b©dy guards at their side. They even took some pictures.

Then I sighed. Before walking out of the limo. Bright lights flashed in my face, c@m£ra cl!çk!ng, people walking up to me with microphones to ask questions. It was both amazing and annoying.

plea-se my love is waiting for me inside.

“A question plea-se, soon to be Mrs Salvador!”

“Over here, how do you feel about marrying the famous Drug Lord?”

“Can you just tell us where you’re from, because the media doesn’t know you?”

Rude. Just because I wasn’t popular, you’re lucky I’m getting married today unless I’ll have shoved my shoe down your throat. I wanted to say, but ignored them and kept a smile on my face.

The b©dy guards set to work immediately, pushing the crowds away from me back to the line they weren’t supposed to cross. I finally made it to the stairs if the church and the b©dy guards kept the media away.

Where was my dad? He was supposed to be here?

“You look beautiful” I turned to see my dad waiting for me. He was older now, he was actually young but ha-rd life has made him age quic-kly. He smiled at me before locking his hands with me.

“Thanks Dad, is mom in?” I asked.

“Yes, cone on now, your husband is waiting. He’s been ru-bbing his palms together, he’s anxious”

“Let’s put him out of his misery then”

I said before walking into the church with my dad.

?Epilogue ?

Three years later*

*Maya Grace Salvador! Get down from there this instant!” I shouted for the second time today.

Maya was my three years old daughter, she was the identical copy of me, hazel eyes, black hair but she had Seb’s nose.

“I don’t know where you got this pla-yful attitude from. Me and your father aren’t like this!” I said slicing the tomatoes into the blender.

“No mommy, you stubborn, daddy tell me Everytime!” She giggled, before jumping down from the chair and running to me in the kitchen.

“I didn’t say that” Seb walked into the kitchen.

“Daddy!” Maya ran to meet her dad, and he scopped her in his arms before coming to meet me.

“My princess, you’re late for school. Daniel should be here to pick you” Seb placed a k!sson my cheeks.

“But I don’t want to go to school. I want to shoot gun like in the film Danny watch” Maya grumbled.

That was the thing about Maya, she didn’t like the things girls did. She liked boys things, she didn’t like anything pink, she hated wearing dresses, she hated combing her hair. All girly things she

hated.

Once, Seb had bought her a pink dress, let’s just say we are using p@rt of the dress as rag now.

Pink and girly things were out of options .That she related more with Isabel.

Birds of the same feather.

“Girls don’t shoot guns Maya, leave it to the men to protect you” Seb said, k!ss!ngher cheeks.

“No! I don’t want no man to protect me. Me want to fight myself and shoot Praa! praa! praa!” She held her two tiny f!ngersup and pointed it at Seb as if to shoot him

Seb and I laughed, I reached your to ruffle her hair.

“Come on princess, your teacher Miss clear would totally support you since she’s a feminist also.” Seb said.

“Yes, Miss Clear, like me very well, she give me a lot of sweet and goodies. I want to go to school now.

Danny! Come take me to school!” She shouted.

I laughed before k!ss!ngher cheeks. And Seb laughed.

I was happy now. With the love of my life, a beautiful daughter, friends and even my parents were spending like hell, but Seb got it covered, they were even going to Africa for a vacation. And the girls still c@m£ visiting but Seb got them a good job and furthered their education.

Rosa and Daniel eventually started d@t!ng. It broke Cara’s heart but she’s moved on now. Diana and Brenda took it upon themselves to search for the twins. They weren’t giving up in love. Isabel

joined the army. That girl was not a girl I swear. She said the sound of guns were like lullaby to her ears. Weird as fv¢k.

Seb hvgged me ti-ght. “I love you, both of you”

“I know you do”

THE END OF BLOOD AND WINE.

Tnx for re-ading guy ?
