” Freeze young man, drop your gun or my hidden men will shoot ”
I said pointing the gun at him.
He hesitantly dropped the gun raising up his hands and I quic-kly gr@bb£d it.
” Lie flat with your head down ” I commanded trying to be as serious as I can .
With three guns in my hand, he ought to obey anything I say.
I rushed over to the king and my prince. Prince Ryan was about saying something but I shut him up.
He hastily stood up and we helped the King to the car. Thank goodness he was sh0t in the leg.
” I am sorry my king, you will be fine, I promise you that ”
He gro-an ed and nodded. We placed him in the car and I courageously re-moved the bullet from his leg .
” Ahh ” he winced.
” Sorry my King ”
I to-re a p@rt of my new t©p tying it around his wound to st©p the bleeding as the prince watch in surprise and fright.
I ran over to the driver seat to see their driver gro-an ing in pain too. Gosh! He was sh0t on the shoulder.
What do I do? I re-moved the bullet for him too, to-re another p@rt of my t©p and tied it on his wound.
” You have to shift to the other side of the seat, I will drive you all to the nearest hospital ”
He nodded and did just that!
I ignited the engine, reversed back so I won’t kill that idiot lying there then I drove crazily to the hospital.
Well! I learnt how to drive during high school! Irene happened to be from a privileged family, her parents are wealthy and so yeah, she thought me how to drive and I am a crazy driver.
I am glad no harm c@m£ to the prince at least!
I wonder who wants them dead! The king is a generous and kind man like wise my prince so why will anyone wants to kill them?
I drove ignoring the road signs and in no time, we were at the hospital.
I halted the car! Should I say prince Ryan jumped out immediately?
” Where are the doctors? Nurses!” He yelled.
” Ahh my prince”
” Two stretchers, immediately ” he commanded and two nurses left returning with them.
” Help the king while I help him out ”
They were both placed on the stretcher and they rushed them into the hospital leaving prince Ryan and I behind.
He paced to and fro while I ran to him.
I scoffed seeing that everyone’s attention was on me!
I mean every single person in the waiting room excluding Prince Ryan.
Am I smelling or what? Or is it because my dress is thorn?
I looked down at myself and bur-st out laughing!
Saving the King and his driver wouldn’t let me concentrate on my own self.
The three guns were still hang around my n£¢k. Gosh! I totally forgot about them.
I went to the car and dropped them before coming back to the prince.
” Prince Ryan !” I called . He st©pped pacing about turning towards me and I could see his tention seized
” You don’t have to worked up my prince, the King will be fine and the driver too ” I as-sured
Holy Aly! I can swear I felt goose bu-mps on my b©dy as he took my hand in his.
” T.. thanks you Alyssa! We all could have been dead if not for you , thank you”
🍄 Unknown POV 🍄
” Are you all in sane?” I snapped at them angrily.
How can a mere lady st©p them from carrying out their as-signment huh? Just a lady! A f*”king lady.
” We are sorry Boss, she took us unaware…” I sh0t him dead before he could continue his stupid statement.
” I hat incompetent people like you, I don’t nee-d you in this gang because you all are failures , your stay here is useless and so you have to die ”
With that, I sh0t the remaining four of them.
I guess I will have to as-sign other people to do the job for me .
A lady st©pping them is a lame excuse! Women are weak genders that doesn’t have a single power.
They can’t stand were a man re-move his feet from.
They are weak, powerless and s-en-seless so how can they give me that as an excuse?
No woman is stronger than my men! No woman can ever be smarter than the boys I brou-ght up.
If my first plan of killing the King and the prince fails, I am not sure the second plan will fail.
I will never give up till I see them dead and I will be the next successor!
I can’t be happy when they are still alive! Never!

The royal family were informed about the incident and everyone is in the hospital.
Princess Scarlett was seen consoling the Queen .
The other princesses were seated in tears.
It took Alyssa a lot to control herself from laughing!
Why is the whole royal family dramatic? Not that the king is going to die, he was just sh0t in the leg. ..
It’s even the driver that has higher chances of dying because it might affect something in his system or so.
She ru-bbe-d or princess Melanie’s back gently st©pping her from crying.
” Is Dad going to be fine?” The little girl asked.
” Yes princess, he’s going to be fine. He will be fine so do not cry ” Alyssa replied and she nodded again.
Prince Ryan on the other side sat alone reminiscing about what happened earlier.
Who could have wanted them dead? Why did they want him and his father dead? For what reason?
A lot of unanswered questions ran throu-gh his mind.
The case have been reported to the cops and they will be coming later for questioning.
If his A never showed up, they all could have died.
Amidst the pain and confusion, a smile finds it’s way on his face.
It amuses him how a lady can be this br@ve!
He really admires her a lot! .
He could remember those boys were about five of them
How did she tackle them and find her way to save him and his father?
He didn’t know when he bur-st out laughing as the image of how serious she was when she told the boy to freeze like a real officer flashed throu-gh his mind.
Few pas-serbys turned to look at him.
They must be thinking their prince is going insane!
His A is getting his head messed up with her smartness!
She did what he doesn’t think he will be able to do in his life because of the fear of getting killed but she did anyways
She c@m£ to their rescue without thinking about the disadvantages.
What if those boys killed her? She never gave that a thought?
She’s so selfless and a type of her is rare.
His dream wants the best for him after all!
This act of her does nothing but increase the love for her in his heart.
He can’t wait to claim her soon, sooner than anyone could think

” I had a dream about this Aunt Lissa ” princess Melanie said.
A dream?
” What was it about?”
” I don’t know what actually happened but Dad was lying motionless while my brother was wounded almost at the point of death, I think they died ” she said with fright and my eyes went wi-de.
What sort of dream is that?
” Uhh, it’s just a dream princess, you don’t have to be so worked up about that ” I said to her
” Nothing like that is gonna happen?”
I sighed and shook my head.
” I don’t want to loose any of them Aunt Lissa” she added
” Nothing will happen to them believe me, nothing ”
Thirty minutes after both the king and the driver were rushed in.

I just sat with a fuse smile on my face as I patted princess Melanie’s back.
You might think that’s crazy but seeing the royal family this way makes me wanna laugh.
Maybe they are doing this because they didn’t know he was actually sh0t in the leg , not anywhere that will affect him or his system.
” How’s he doctor?” The queen asked.
I bet she didn’t notice my pres£nce since they all arrived here.
” The king is fine now my Queen, the bullet was re-moved before he got here so we just cleaned up the wound. He will be fine including the other man. They are all fine, the person that re-moved the bullets did a great job ”
My eyes met with Prince Ryan and my cheeks heat up.
Since they are fine, I think I should be going. I have overstayed and Ama is not going to take it lightly with me unless she knows I helped the royal family.
Heck! She won’t even give me that time to explain before hitting me like a baby.
I really don’t know when she will come to agree to the fact that I am 23, a grown up lady that can take care of herself.
She’s so caring and I love her that way! She’s everything I have gotten anyways.
” Can we see him now?” She asked.
” Yes my Queen and he equally demanded to see a young lady, uhhm ”
He paused looking around as his face landed on me.
” Yes you ”

Why’s the palace empty on any of the royal family?
Did they go for some family brunch or what?
” Welcome ma’am ” one of the maid greeted me.
I could have rolled my eyes and snubbe-d her right now, I hate commoners but I guess she’s the only one I can get information from as it stands now.
But seriously? They stink! They are lowlife, their sight annoys me more than sh*t .
I am so very glad my Dad’s a rich folk! That is what gave me the opportunity to be close to the royal family.
The King loves me so much and I am certain he will choose me as Prince Ryan’s wife.
If that happens, I don’t mind killing him so that prince Ryan will ascend the throne and I will become the queen.
Even the queen will be un-der me, I will control her and her daughters I can even throw them out of my husband’s house.
It will just be me and my lovely husband!
” Yeah, where’s everyone?” I asked
” No ma’am, they are at the hospital ”
Huh? Hospital? For what?
I narrowed my eyes and furrowed my eyebrows in confusion
” What for? A tour or what?”
” No ma’am, the King was sh0t ”

Well , it’s none of my business. I pray he dies, it will be easier for me .

Gabrielle checked her time again for the 20th time, why isn’t Alyssa here? Or did she perhaps get into trouble again?
That’s what her daughter is known for but she’s scared !
That girl is sure going to kill her one of this days.
Sometimes she wondered if she gave birth to her or they were exchanged during birth.
She chuckled at her own thoughts! Alyssa is no different from her father.
It was that fight that brou-ght them together!
She remembered that day they first met and smiled.
She had mistakenly spilled a milk on him and he roared and gave her a resounding sl@p.
Even as she knew he was like that, it shocked her that he raised his hand on a lady.
He was rude and arrogant although Alyssa is still different.
As a reserved lady she is, she still told him sorry after receiving the sl@p and left .
Guess that was what attra-cted him to her.
She shook her head trying to forget her husband else she will end up shedding tears. She has promised to be strong for Alyssa, that’s what she will do!
To be strong for their baby girl!
But what’s keeping her? She ought to be here by now!
She was dressed before she left home this morning just that she was in haste to get to the shop and out her new delivery girls throu-gh.
She’d hope she has not gotten into any kind of trouble or had broken someone’s head again and this time arrested.
What is she going to do with her?
If she’s arrested, she will leave her there for two weeks before bailing her.
Who’s she kidding? Can she do that? Her only child, the one she’s living for!
She’d bail her out that instant!

The king’s face brightened up as he saw me!
I was the last that entered to at least give the family some time together.
I went to him and bowed in respect!
” Good afternoon my King ” I greeted nervously still wondering why he wanted to see me.
” Come here….”
” Alyssa ” I said sharply avoiding everyone’s gaze. I know it will be boring holes into me.
” You are such a br@ve girl, I have never seen a lady as smart as you are since the past thirty eight years ”
” Thank you so much for saving us, we’d be death by now if not for you and it baffles me how you got the courage ”
” I have decided about something and none of you here should say no to, you ought to respect and thank her. ”
” I have come to a conclusion that Alyssa here should……..”
