EPISODE 18๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ

They were finally alone on the patio, stood
staring at one another. Ricco wasn’t sure how
to begin. He could see by the hurt look on her
face that he had hurt her badly, the tears
stained her face.
“I’m waiting, Ricco, tell me the truth.” She said,
her voice cracking with each word spoken.
“It’s true, I was expected to marry Maria. But it
wasn’t my decision, it was planned by our
families.”
He went to move closer but Frankie held out
her hand. “Don’t come any closer. Why would
they try to f0rรงยฃ you into marrying someone
you didn’t love?”
“Both our families own the largest winery in the
world. If we married both families would merge
the companies together, ma-king them the
riche-st people in the world. They are a very
greedy bunch, no amount of money is enough
for them.”
“Can’t they do that without an arranged
marriage?”
“They could, but Maria’s father won’t unless I
marry her.” Ricco paced back and forth, soon
he would have to tell her the rest.
“Why you Ricco? why doesn’t Bernardo marry
her?”
“It’s me she wants, though she and Bernardo
have sle-pt together on many occasions. I
wouldn’t, she considers me a challenge.”
Frankie felt her stomach churning, it all
sounded so ridicules to her. “So, you married
me just to get out of marrying her?”
His eyes pleaded with her to un-derstand. “Yes,
at first. But I fell in love with you and wanted
us to be together, I love you, Frankie, you
know that.”
She wiped the tears from her face, and a
thought crossed her mind. “You tricked me into
marrying you. Tell me, the first time you saw
me, was it alre-ady a plan you had?”
“Frankie, plea-se.”
“Tell me, Ricco, tell me everything or I’ll walk
out of here and you’ll never see me again.”
“Ok. When I walked into that bar I did so on
the sole purpose of picking someone out to
marry. I had it all planned out, offer money to
go to Veg@s with me, get her drun!kand marry
her. You were there, looking so beautiful,
crying. The moment I saw you I knew you were
the one.”
She held her stomach, feeling sick. The man
she had fallen in love with had used her,
deliberately tricked her. “How could you be so
cruel?” She cried, her heart breaking.
“Frankie I’m sorry, I know it was wrong. But
honey we love each other. Isn’t that all that
matters now?”
She turned and glared at him. “You say you
love me, how can I ever trust you to be telling
me the truth?”
“Damn it, Frankie, you know I love you.” Ricco
was becoming angry, wondering why women
always had to complicate everything.
She felt sick and wanted to leave. “I’m going
back to the h0tel, alone.”
“Not without me you’re not.” He barked.
“I don’t want you anywhere near me, I nee-d
time to think.” She said angerly.
“I’ll take you, and you can have the be-droom,
I’ll sleep on the sofa.” He said as he tried to
take her arm, but she pu-ll-ed away.”
Bernardo appeared, the other’s had sยฃnt him
out to find out what was happening.
“Everything alright out here?” He asked.
Ricco’s eyes burned with anger when he
looked at his brother. Hating him and the
others for causing all this trouble between him
and Frankie. “I’m taking my wife back to the
h0tel and try to save my marriage.”

Bernardo walked back into the Ballroom to
confront his father and sister, as usual, her
husband was off somewhere, getting la-id, and
drun!k.
“So what is happening?” Orfeo barked.
“Frankie is really angry with Ricco, it doesn’t
look good for him.”
“Where are they now?” Adriana asked, a wicked
sm-irk on her face.
“Headed back to the h0tel, he says he’s going
to save his marriage. Father, perhaps you
should tell Ricco the whole truth about why he
has to marry Maria.” Bernardo said, feeling
tired of the whole thing, it was getting way out
of hand. “Maybe if he knew the truth he’ll agree
to marry Maria.”
“No.” Orfeo snapped. “Your brother is no
longer one of us. Right now he is thinking with
his d!ยขk and that woman, he’ll not give her up
on his own. You go later to the h0tel and find
what’s happening, and not a word to Ricco.”

EPISODE 19๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ
๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Frankie kept quiet on the ride back to the
h0tel, sitting as far from Ricco as was
possible. She fought to hold in the tears that
wanted to flow, like an open faucet. The pain
in her heart was unbearable, cutting throu-gh
her like a knife.
He held the door open for her when they
entered the h0tel room. Taking her hand in his
she pu-ll-ed away.
“I don’t want you to tยฉuรงh me, I’m going to
be-d.”
When she walked away he gr@bbยฃd her hand
and turned her to face him. “We have to talk
Frankie. I love you, give me another chance to
fix things between us.”
Removing her hand from his she shook her
head, a tear rolled down her face. “I nee-d
some time away from you, to think. Keep your
promise to sleep on the sofa.” She walked
away, leaving Ricco heartbroken.
Hell, he thought, no wonder I never wanted to
be in love, it hurts too damn much. Pouring
himself a sh0t of whiskey sat down and
swallowed it in one gulp. A few minutes later
he heard the be-droom open, his heart speeded
up, she was coming to him.
But his heart dropped when she c@mยฃ out and
handed him a pillow and blankets. “Here, you’ll
nee-d these.” Then she turned and went back to
the be-droom.
She la-id in be-d, tossing and turning. She
missed having him beside her, the be-d felt
empty and cold without him. No matter what
he had done she loved him. And was she
willing to end her marriage for one stupid
mistake? He had said he was sorry and he
knew what he did was wrong. She knew he
loved her, she could see it in his eyes
whenever he looked at her.
Ricco stood on the balcony in his briefs,
staring out at the night sky. He hadn’t heard
Frankie approaching until he heard her speak
his name.
“Ricco.” She stood there, just staring.
He stood up straight, staring back at her.
“Frankie.”
“Ricco, is there anything else that I should
know? Are there any more lie’s?”
“No baby, I swear it.” He looked at her, a
glimmer of hope filled his heart.
Frankie let the tears fall as she ran into Ricco’s
arms, wra-pping her legs around his w@!st,
clinging onto him with all her strength.
“Ricco I love you, plea-se, don’t ever hurt me
again.” She cried.
gr-abbing a fistful of her hair gently pu-ll-ed her
head back to look into her eyes. “Never again,
I promise.” He then k!$$ยฃd her ha-rd and
headed to the be-droom.
But just then someone knocked on the door.
Ricco growled, setting down Frankie. “I’ll get
rid of whoever it is.”
She walked with him over to the door, they
both stared at Bernardo. “What are you doing
here?” Ricco snapped at him.
Bernardo looked from one to the other, seeing
Ricco’s arm around her w@!st. “I thought I
would see how you two are doing. I see you’ve
made up.”
“Yes, we have.” He smiled at Frankie. “We’ve
decided to try again. I thank God Frankie has
forgiven me. No thanks to you and the other’s,
so go back and tell the other’s to stay out of
our lives.”
Bernardo shifted from one foot to the other, his
conscience weighing heavily on his mind. “I
nee-d to talk to you Ricco, alone.”
“Whatever you’ve got to say to me you can say
in front of my wife.”
“Ricco, plea-se.” Bernardo pleaded.
Frankie placed her hand on his arm. “It’s ok,
I’m feeling tired, I’m going to be-d.”
Ricco leaned over and gave her a k!ss. “I’ll be
right in.”
As soon as Frankie was gone Ricco whirled
angrily on Bernardo. “Out with it.”
“Divorce Frankie, marry Maria. You can keep
her as your mistress Ricco, do this for the
family.”
Ricco gr@bbยฃd Bernardo by his collar, pinning
him up against the door. “You listen to me you
son of a bit-ch. I will never divorce her, and I
sure wouldn’t disrespect her by keeping her as
a mistress. Go back and tell the others it won’t
work. Tomorrow we are going home, I never
want to see any of you again.” Letting Bernardo
go, opened the door. “Now get the hell out.”
Stยฉpping at the door he looked at Ricco, a
look of regret crossed his face. “I am sorry my
brother, I hope in time you’ll find it in your
heart to forgive me.” He turned and walked
out.
There was something in the way Bernardo was
acting that had Ricco wondering what he was
up to. But, he didn’t want to waste time
thinking about him, he had a beautiful woman
waiting for him in be-d.
As soon as he crawled into be-d Frankie
reached out for him, wanting to feel him,
wanted his tยฉuรงh, his k!ss, she nee-ded him. He
did not disappoint her, he made love to her
with all the love and pas-sion he felt for her.

Back home Bernardo was surrounded by his
father and sister, all wanting to know if Ricco’s
marriage was over.
“So, what did you find out?” Orfeo barked.
“She’s forgiven him, they’re stronger than ever.”
“$h!t.” Both Orfeo and Adriana hissed.
“Well, I’ve got a call to make, it’s time to end
this once and for all,” Orfeo said, walking over
to the phone.
